Great communication, excellent work, support, staff, phenomenal, and best part of all is when the car is returned to us it's in cleaner condition than it was when we purchased it. I scratched up my own car going into my garage- extremely embarrassed, I went a couple of places. Young's was very kind, was upfront about the work that needed to be done, provided the best estimate...and when I explained it would be a while before I could drop my car off for a couple of days they buffed the area and made it look 100 times better in the interim. Not to mention I had my three year old along with me and the guys were so friendly while we were waiting. A great local business!

The whole crew made the process feel smooth and well organized, which really took a lot of stress off me. I want to give a special shout-out to Ian, the Customer Service Manager. The extreme cold weather slowed down the paint process, but he and the team did everything they could to stay on schedule and get my car back to me as promised. I truly appreciate that effort. They also noticed an issue with my tire and brought it to my attention, making sure I understood the safety concern. They even helped me find a discounted replacement tire to bring the cost down. That meant a lot to me. It felt like they were looking out for me, not just trying to make extra bucks. Communication was great as well. I received regular updates, so I always knew what was going on. While they're busy, they have a shop cat to keep you company while you're waiting. I also requested an oil change, and during that service I was later told the oil pan bolt "broke" and that I now needed a new oil pan for an additional $600. I was not properly warned beforehand and felt pressured to pay, bringing my total close to $1,000. Just days later, the exact same noise was still there. When I brought it back, I was told it would now cost $900 for control arms. When I questioned why the original issue wasn't resolved, Steve became dismissive, hung up on me, and refused to do the repair. Regardless of the mechanical explanation, hanging up on a paying customer and refusing service when concerns are raised is unprofessional. I cannot recommend a business that handles customer concerns this way.
