In November 2024, I entrusted my 2025 BMW to Moppert Collision Center, hoping for timely and professional repairs. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward process turned into a four-month ordeal due to ongoing disputes between Moppert and my insurance provider, Progressive. This unnecessary back-and-forth resulted in significant delays for repairs that ultimately took only two weeks to complete. Throughout this process, I experienced unprofessional behavior, particularly from the owner, Doug Moppert. Even on the day I arrived to retrieve my vehicle after four long months, I was met with further frustration. Doug Moppert refused to release my car, initially claiming that it needed to be washed--a concern I expressed was unnecessary given the circumstances. When that excuse was dismissed, he then cited an inability to process the deductible payment and insisted I return the following day, citing "company policy." This led to an incredibly disheartening moment, where I was left sitting in my rental car, overwhelmed with frustration and disappointment. After some time, Doug approached me and stated that if I was willing to wait, he would clean the car and release it. I agreed, and eventually, another employee processed my deductible payment before Doug finally returned my vehicle. During the four months my car remained at Moppert, I endured rude and condescending treatment, including being yelled at via email, scolded by another employee, and misled by Doug Moppert himself up until the very last day. The lack of customer service and professionalism was appalling. Additionally, their practice of inflating estimates and delaying repairs until all supplemental payments are approved by the insurance company only prolonged the process and maximized their payout. Moppert claims to be a Certified BMW Collision Center, but the certification they reference is from their Pennsylvania location. The Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ location does not hold this certification. If you're in South Jersey and need collision repairs, I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. Even if it means covering towing expenses yourself, taking your car to a reputable facility will likely save you time, money, and a great deal of frustration. Moppert Brother's on Keadron Ave. was amazing! I was hit at a stop sign and was 0% at fault, so I had to work closely with them and the other driver's insurance company to get my Jeep fixed. Not only was I informed of everything every step of the way, but they handled all insurance stand-stills in a timely manner and also returned my car cleaner than it was sent in. Added bonus, they work with Enterprise and took care of setting me up with a rental while I waited for my repairs (also covered by insurance). The customer service was excellent, too. !!!!!!PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!! *****UNSAFE AND HACK JOB REPAIR***** IF YOU have used this shop in the past PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go have a post repair inspection!! YOU and YOUR family could be in danger!!!! They destroyed our 2022 Tesla with 4 failed repair attempts. They did not straighten the metal on our quarter panel properly. They packed it with body filler and tried to deliver our vehicle with the cracking filler under a horrible paint job. The quarter panel is now worse than it was when we brought it to them! The metal is so over stretched from their hack repair I fear for the safety of my family. I expressed this to them and they respond by trying to defraud the insurance company to pay for their horrible attempts at a repair!! My husband and I are in the collision industry with decades of experience. When Harry the owner called my husband he starts the conversation with "99% of people would have found that repair acceptable" like he is some how proud of his ability to rip off poor unsuspecting vehicle owners with his hack job repairs!!! THE QUARTER PANAL WAS STILL SUNKEN IN 2 INCHES!!!! He is insane if he actually believes this repair is acceptable for anyone!! This shop is absolutely disgraceful. They refuse to answer my emails in which I asked to see what they were charging the insurance company for. After the first failed repair we asked to see the vehicle mid repair so we could make sure they addressed any damage to the inner panel. They ignore these requests because they know they are wrong and trying to cheat us and pull the wool of our eyes like they have done countless times to others who don't know better. I used Moppert in September 2024 for minor damage to the trunk of my Tesla Y that turned out to be an expensive, insurance claim worthy fix. Sean was terrific and oversaw all the work. They were true to their estimate cost and time frame. Six months later something happened to the trunk's alignment. I brought it in and Matt fixed it up quickly. Glad to have Moppert located near us as it's one of the few authorized Tesla repair shops in the area! Fixing the rear end damage on our car took awhile bc it coincided with the Auto Workers strike and supply chain issues (no fault of Moppert's!). But Moppert kept us posted on ETA --Bob in particular was awesome to deal with!! They were apologetic for the delay (tho again no fault of theirs), and went above and beyond by returning our car detailed like new, and even checked, diagnosed and sealed a slow leaking tire for us, at no charge. I hope never to have to put the car in the shop for repairs again, but if I do I'll take it to Moppert without hesitation! read more

After getting hit while parked at a red light, Nationwide directed me to Moppert Bros, who they arranged to do the body work on my Mazda. Communication was on point throughout, they arranged for the rental car to meet me there and be dropped off, they got it all done quicker than was promised and they washed, vacuumed and detailed the car as well. My Tesla was rear ended on Philadelphia's Betsy Ross bridge. I previously had collision repair at Service King, but Tesla dropped them 5 days before my accident. This time I went to Moppert Bros., new to the Tesla approved list. They did a fantastic job. The car looks brand new. They even correct some panel line issues Collision Max missed. I could always get my service manager Paul on the phone. He was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. If I could give them a negative 5 rating, I would! Having this place work on my car was hands down the worst consumer experience I have had in 60:years! I took my hail damaged Tesla Y to them, as they were Tesla certified and assured me that they could use PDR to fix most of the dents. They ended up not using that at all, without prior authorization from my insurance company, and then returned to me a car that. has 3 different hues of white, a misaligned hood, paint splatter on the wheels, etc. When I complained, the owner chastised me for letting my insurance company k now that there were problems with the repair! Then when I took it back to be fixed, they kept the car hostage until they got my insurance company to pay t almost twice the originally pre approved work...and work that was poorly done! When my wife attempted to pick up the car, the owner yelled at her and pounded his fist like a lunatic and sent her away. She felt absolutely threatened. In the end, I have a ruined one year old Tesla with mismatched colors and an awful looking hood. Needless to say, I am pursuing a legal remedy from them and/or Tesla corporate who certified this shop. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TESLA THERE,! read more

Service was great and Harry JR (I remembered!!!) was very accommodating in giving me an appointment (after i sched AND resched). It's about $80 for the inspection and that doesn't include tax, sticker fee or any addl problems you may have with your car. Hubby brought the car in and they told him what needed to be done and fixed. Gets you in and out in a very timely matter. Ordered the tires Thursday and got them installed today. So inspection was passed and we were rewarded with our state inspection sticker!! Off we go! read more

A old Iron Fence Post recently jumped off its pedestal and created a large set of dents and scratches along the right side of why Mini Van. AAA sent me to Moppert Brothers for repair. The car never looked better and a rattle that had been their since I bought this car and that Toyota was never able to find, suddenly is gone! They did great work within the time frame they promised. They were easy to deal with. Hopefully, I will never need them again but if I get attached by another fence post or some other thing that could never be my fault, I will go right to them. read more

As a business owner myself, I am always exceedingly impressed when I find an honest, kind, and helpful company who operates with morals and values. I've had a brand new car for a little over 3 weeks and today, while on the highway, a rock flew up and cracked my windshield. It's a very expensive windshield to replace and needless to say, I was devastated. I called Moppert and spoke to Harry and he was so helpful and kind over the phone. He encouraged me to bring it by so they could have a look. Lucky for me, the resident glass specialist was coming in later and he said he reach out once he was there to determine what needed to happen. As promised, Harry called me and I went back. Not even 30 minutes later, and much to my delight, they were able to address the small crack in an effort to prevent it from spreading or worsening. I cannot express my sincere gratitude. I fully understand that this may not be a long-term solution, however, their graciousness and kindness does not go unnoticed. When I have to replace the windshield, I will ABSOLUTELY come back here. Just picked up my car from a deer catastrophe after geico led me astray to another shop. Very happy that I decided to move my car to Moppert to handle the repairs, the staff is communicative and friendly and the work was done quickly and efficiently. They know how to keep on schedule and work with the insurance to keep things moving. My car was immaculate when I picked it up and all of the new parts match perfectly. This is the second time I have used Moppert and although I hope I don't have any future collision needs I would not hesitate to use them again. I was putting my bicycle on the roof rack of my new car when the step stool I was on collapsed. I fell to the ground and the bike scratched the roof, the spoiler, and the hatch down to the bare metal. Dented the car and nicked the roof rack too. My car dealer recommended Moppert Brothers in Warminster for the repairs. Jeff, who later told me he used to work for an insurance company, did an excellent job documenting the damage and preparing the estimate. He sent me an electronic copy including the photos which I then forwarded to my insurance company. And even though the 4th of July fell in the middle of the week, I had my claim approved by Thursday afternoon. I dropped the car off the next Monday and picked it up on Thursday as promised. Completely lied multiple times to my wife about what needed to be replaced and when the part was available. Churches has had the part they need to replace since the say the car was dropped off, which was a week ago and still they haven't touched the car. I recently scratched my husbands car bumper parking in a lot that had a low post I did not see. I knew it was not worth contacting our insurance. Since we had work on both our cars in the past and were more than satisfied with their service I stopped in to see how much it would cost. Just wanted to give a shout out to Moppert Brothers for fixing my car after a rear-end accident; they did a great job with the repairs and paint (silver, particularly after a few years in they sun, is very difficult to get right), and with dealing with USAA, who wanted to total my car, a 2000 5-series in pristine condition with less than 43K, for $6000 of damage. After a small accident on the front end, my windshield was repaired by this shop. When I look through the "new" glass, it looks like you are looking through the heat waves you see above a hot pavement in the summertime. Thanks alot for the cheap glass guys. NOT Also, they fixed or replaced $5000 worth of parts, but misdiagnosed the radiator and didn't replace it. After a few months it developed corrosion from the undetected leak and then they wanted me to pay for a new one. They did not stand up and accept their mistake. Class act auto body all the way. I just picked up my truck and couldn't be happier with the work completed on my truck and their customer service. I originally was only supposed to take it there to get an inspection for the insurance company after being hit by another driver. After speaking with the front of the house, and then to Harry Jr for inspection, I felt extremely comfortable leaving my truck in their hands. Their facility is beautiful and everyone there is extremely friendly. They definitely put the customer first and it shows. My family has taken many cars here and given much business but this last time when they did not fix our car correctly and we tried to take it back they not only did not want to take responsibility but also made false accusations of having work done somewhere else and trying to take it back which was absolutely untrue ! I gave 4 stars because I gave the zero I wanted to then it wouldn't get posted like the other negative on this site. I've dealt with some shady people in my day but this repar shop is the worst. I feel stupid thats I was a return customer. When we went to pick up our car the repairs were not done correctly. We were told that they would fix it. It didn't happen. They are very good at telling you what you want to hear but they are only interested in seeing you gone. We were lied to about the repair status and it took weeks to get the car back. The battery was dead and they never told us. They jumped it in back and drobve it around never saying a word but told us the car has no gas...We never run it that low and went to the gas station up the street to fill it up, the car would not start after that. I understand that the car was sitting but they could have told us so we could get a new battery right from there. Bottom line: They do not care about the customers. read more
