Flash forward to late December last year when we were rear-ended by an Upper Darby cab driver. Major damage! The highest compliment you can give a business is to continue using them. It was a no brainer to bring our car here. The customer service we received from Bob and Kim was excellent. Super friendly folks. My car was returned back to me in pristine condition. Actually it was even better than that. I had a major scuff mark on a front fender from "touching" a curb months before. Bob offered to fix that for FREE. Now that is outstanding service! I asked him about prices about for a part for the front bumper, and if it was possible for me to bring in the OEM part from the dealership on my own. UPDATE 6/29: Just received a call saying to pick up my car. The associate on the phone said "We don't do jobs for customers who leave scathing google reviews". This is the most unprofessional, and discriminatory shop I've ever dealt with. Instead of listening and caring for their customers, they bully them around and expect a thank you in return. UPDATE #2 6/29: Another bodyshop called Classic to let them know they would be transferring the vehicle tomorrow. The associate on the phone immediately started yelling at the lady from the other bodyshop and told her "I'm gonna leave his car parked in the street with his windows down and the keys in the ignition!". Everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful, and I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. I'd read that my car's particular paint color (Mazda Soul Red Crystal Metallic) is notoriously difficult to match. As it turned out, the first time the new paint was applied, there was some flaw in the paint product itself, so John and team had to completely repeat the paint job from scratch. In the end it was obvious they had devoted a very high level of care and attention to this job! Not only did John and his team perfectly repair the dents in the door, but the paint job is immaculate and perfectly matched to the rest of the car.
