a little late, darren did an amazing job on my car. I was side swiped and had a vacation coming up and needed more than a good amount of damaged fixed, and they did exactly that within a week so I was able to go on vacation still. the insurance as usual was giving everybody a hard time and didnt want to fix some damage that occurred. well Darren still fixed the dent and made it look damn near brand new even when the insurance didn't pay for it. they are an excellent body shop and I recommend going there for any fix for your car. read more

I haven't been happier with an auto body shop in YEARS! Thanks to the lovely weather we've endured this winter, my car window randomly shattered on 202 the other night. I called Copperhead to have it replaced, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only did they get my window delivered that same day, AND scheduled my appointment for that same day, but it was DONE that same day! Additionally, it turned out my car (which I only purchased 2 months ago) had aftermarket tint on the windows that I didn't know about. Darren was so proactive, he called my insurance company to make sure that they'd cover the additional cost to re-tint my window, and he let me know when his "tint guy" would be at his shop next. Turns out it was the following Saturday (2 days later). I dropped my car off at their shop Friday night, and by Saturday afternoon, my car was 100% done. I highly recommend them, and I also will be using them going forward (though hopefully I won't need to anytime soon!) read more

Highly Recommend. Fantastic body work done to my 2008 Ford Focus, all the while speedy communication with updates on time estimates. What else can I say, their estimate was spot-on with their final bill, oh, and they left my car EXACTLY as I gave it to them, besides the Armor All wipes they must've swiped across my dashboard. If I could these guys 10 stars I would !!! Copperhead does EXCELLENT bodywork, they are ALWAYS fair, I have never had better pricing. They can rebuild your car or if you have a ding that gets on your nerves they can fix that (u would never b able to tell where the ding was). I'm certain if you have a project car you have been refinishing for 6 years they can do that too. I went there on two different occasions both for damage from fender benders and the first time they gave me a fair and honest price for fixing my rear bumper which would've been hundreds of dollars more expensive at other shops when I compared prices. They had my car in and out in a few hours and saved me so much money! The second time I had some scuff marks after being side swiped and the guy was able to take them off for me free of charge in less than 5 minutes. My car looked like it wasn't even in an accident by the end! I will never go anywhere else and love this place. The first time I contacted them to replace my bumper I dealt with one of the sons, who was fantastic. He was friendly and very helpful. I scheduled an appointment, but had to reschedule until I received payment from the other persons insurance company. He understood and said it would be no problems. I told him it would probably be at least 2-3 weeks before I'd be able to have the work done. This was about two weeks ago. I just received the insurance check this week, and was going to schedule an appoint when my schedule would permit it. I received a call from the Father today who was very gruff on my voice mail. He said they had already prepaid for the bumper and that I needed to let them know when I was coming in, etc etc. I called him to let him know I had already spoken to his son. I felt he was very rude and gruff to me, and I told him I didn't appreciate being talked to in such a fashion. I was after all a customer who has been up front with them from the first day, and thought I had a good relationship with the son. He was unapologetic and informed me he was done talking to me about this, at which point I told him I would not be using his service. Since I was referred by my car dealer, I called them so they would realize the treatment I received. If you go to this place avoid the father like a plague. read more

Holy cow I was amazed by the work they do if there were more stars they would have them all. they did a great job on my Lexus is300 I thought it was taking alittle long but I now know why they made it look perfect and brand new with the repairs. Ok, so I hit a deer and this is the first time anything like this has happened to me and honestly I did not know what to do. I called my insurance company and got an estimate for the repairs. I looked online and talked to friends for a local body shop. I was told to check these guys out because they were local and good at what they do. Boy, am I impressed at what they did and the service they provided. When I dropped the car off, they stopped what they were doing and walked the car with me. They showed me what needed to be fixed, what did not need to be fixed and made me feel that they really cared that they did the repai right. One week later I have my car back and it's perfect. Not only did they fix it but took the time to wash and detail it. When I went to get the car, they again walked the car with me. They took the time to show me what they had done. I could not of asked for better auto body repair people. They made me feel like family and they made my bad experience a good one.
