This rating is not based on their service, as I was unable to take advantage of that. Instead, this review is for their communication, or lack thereof. I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. We had our 2020 Kia Soul detailed for the first time with Magic Motorz. We inquired for a quote through Yelp and they responded promptly with their pricing and availability. We opted for the valet service which was very convenient. They sent a text to let us know when they were on their way and how long it would take them to arrive. Did the same upon return. It felt a little funny letting a stranger drive off with our only vehicle, but they returned it in ship shape. It smells like a new car and it is spotless. It feels good to support a local women-run business. Natalie is fantastic (didn't meet her daughter, I'm sure she's fabulous). We'll return to Magic Motorz for the magic touch! read more

I had a great experience with this company. They did a great job. I asked for the company to do a deep clean of the inside of the car, front to back. They made my very dirty interior very clean and removed the smoke odor. I'm very satisfied, so much so I'll bring my car back to do an extensive cleaning of the exterior of the car. I have to be honest, I don't usually do these reviews but felt this firm deserved one. From start to finish this firm Majic Mororz was the first to get back to me and were a woman owned business, honest and respectful and understood my needs. My car was done to perfection what a beautiful job, they picked up my car and had it back ro me on the same day. I have a 2007 VW Beetle it looks brand new inside and out. If you are looking for the best detail work you will ever have, this business is the one for you. From the exterior to the interior the work was done to sheer perfection. They are professional and do many other services than just detailing. Tori the owner and her Mother Natele took so much pride in what they did to bring my car back to life. If you want to prep your car for the winter and or summer Majic Motors has you covered. They were on time we went over everything before the took the car and brought back a 2007 VW Beetle Convertible to life. If you are a dealership who needs to prep your car for sale these are the people you should do business with. All I can say is that they are so great and professional and get the job done the right way. I did not know these great detailers and no one reccomened them to me, I just took a chance and rolled the dice and I am happy I did. I contacted Magic Motorz to clean/refresh my 2011 Toyota RAV4 -- I bought a new car and I was going to give my RAV4 to my niece. My goal was to get it cleaned up for her and get all the stickers off the car. Magic Motorz came and picked up my RAV4 and brought it back to me the next day. It was SPOTLESS!! when I contacted Magic Motorz the response was immediately! We set up an appointment for Sunday morning (!) and they were waiting for me when I arrived. I handed over the keys and went to a local diner up the road (1 mile away). After brunch , I strolled around in the close by garden store (huge) and after a few hours, I got the message that my truck was done. Engine cleaning (looked great after the wash) and exterior cleaning. The truck looked like new again! I will certainly use Magic Motorz again! Highly recommended. read more

Great service! I am visiting and wanted to do something for my hard working son and daughter in law. Their two cars looked like they could use some attention, so I searched reviews for an auto detailer. When I reached out to Tori at Magic Motorz, I received friendly, courteous response by phone and text. Coordination and drop off went smoothly, and four hours later the SUV looked brand new. I purchased a used car that was quite stained and dirty on the interior, and this mother-daughter team transformed it into a vehicle that looks brand new. They spent the whole day working on it, offering to drive it back to return it to us when it took longer than they had expected to complete the job. It's not my thing to write reviews, but I'm making an exception for an EXCEPTIONAL company. Unfortunately, someone got sick while in the passenger seat of my car around 4 PM on a Wednesday. Of course, my first thought was the health of my passenger. My second thought was that I needed to get the car thoroughly cleaned asap. The only hand car wash near me that I knew of was closed and the owner told me he was not able to do it the following day either. I was at a loss because I didn't know of any other places that would wash this kind of mess out of a car. I went onto Yelp once I got home; found the highest rated car wash in the area and telephoned immediately. I got their voice mail. I then sent a written message explaining the situation. Within minutes, I received a telephone call from Tori of Magic Motorz. I was a bit confused because that was not the company I reached out to and because she was located over a half an hour away from me. I couldn't leave my sick passenger alone; I needed someone to come get the car, and by now it was after 5 PM. I learned that Yelp sends the messages to like businesses in the area. I know this review is lengthy, but the gist is that Tori of Magic Motorz drove to my place at 7 PM with a helper and couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating. They worked for 2 1/2 hours in the dark and finally asked permission to take the car to finish it the following day in daylight. The car came back sparkling clean like it was brand new.
