We had called the day before to ask if they could please make sure they had us in the main buffet room as we had two handicapped seniors with us. We were told not a problem. When we showed up we were taken to the table and greeted by our very sweet and attentive server Shelby. She also had a helper named Natalie that was also super kind. My parents had never been so they tried a bit of this and a bit of that. Dad loves fish so he had the fresh Ahi Tuna/salmon served at the salad bar as well as the served grilled shrimp. Mom had breakfast food to start and finished with beef rib and pineapple. I had a bit of this and that and was super stuffed. The mango chicken that comes around was delicious as well. I have to say the pineapple is a fan favorite of ours. The fellas that come around were super quick and ready to serve you up delicious yums. Jake and Justin were super friendly and kept our bellies full. Traditional Brazilian barbecue uses coarse salt on the meat that is cooked over an open flame or direct heat source. None of the meat was seasoned this way. 2) Farofa (unforgivable oversight for Brazilians). 3) Lightly breaded, fried bananas - a churrascaria staple. 4) Picanha com alho (garlic) - They served a garlic covered cheaper piece of meat. 5) Creme de Papaya com Cassis. Service was efficient, and they ran a special for people celebrating their birthday. The birthday person gets their main course for free. 20% tip was automatically added. Our server reminded us that was divided between them and other staff and pointed out the space where we could add an additional tip. Ambiance was traditional Brazilian steakhouse, with a small salad bar with hot food selections, as well. Conclusion: If you want an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse / Churrascaria experience, you're better off driving into Philadelphia, to King of Prussia, or Easton where you can still find it. When we arrived to our event early for photographs she showed us everything that she had done and it was perfect, she even added a few touches of her own which worked amazingly well for the candle lighting ceremony that we did. The venue is painted black with tons of neon and artwork and has a separate area for the kids to have a cocktail hour and one for them to eat upstairs with a dance floor that's common for everybody. They do a fun reveal for dinner where they open the garage doors to the room where the adults will be eating which has a water wall and all kinds of interesting artwork on the walls. Erika streamlined everything working with all of our vendors and making sure that everything was perfect. I cannot say enough about how wonderful it is to have an event at a place where you know you're gonna be taken care of and have it turn out better than expected. It was a beautiful day, and our guests enjoyed the drinks and butler-ed hors'dourves outside. After the cocktail, everyone moved into the huge ballroom, which also had an outdoor terrace. The view of the sunset behind the endless grassy golf course and trees was breathtaking. The best thing about WCC is that they only have one ballroom, one event at a time. There was no confusion who's event was where, like some of the other wedding I had been to. I highly recommend WCC for any classy event. The food is excellent and the location is simply beautiful. The restaurant has several gorgeous chandeliers and a very upscale vibe. The dining area seemed to be split in two and we sat in what seemed to be the main dining area, with the bar. But there was another extended area beyond. I was completing dry January so opted to have a mocktail. I had a guava margarita mocktail and let me tell you... This was the best mocktail I've ever had! A lot of times when I order one it just literally tastes like soda. I'm not sure exactly what they put into this one, but there was a smoky finish that made it taste like there was mezcal. Even my husband was surprised at how delicious it was and how much it resembled an alcoholic drink. I was elated to actually have a delicious tasting non-alcoholic drink. (For once) To eat, my husband and I shared the antojitos sampler. This made more sense for us than getting the individual appetizers we got - as that way would have been more expensive and we wanted to be able to try multiple things. And by 10:30 the place was a ghost town--no last call, no notice, nothing. Overall, communication was poor and everything else was just mediocre. Do better.
