I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

When we tried to retrieve our vehicle close to 12 AM June 4, we were told by the valet service, they could not find our key. We waited for about 45 minutes and there was no sign of our vehicle or key. We live in Princeton, NJ. I had plans to leave for a funeral in DC that morning at 4:00 AM. We found ourselves 80 miles from home, with no key to our vehicle or home. In fact when we asked the valet service where our car was, the gentleman could not even give us a specific location. He gave us an approximate location. That night we had to find a way home, call a locksmith to get into our house, and then drive back to pick up our car to drive down to DC. Given the fact that the valet service had not provided the precise location of the car, once we arrived in the general vicinity of the car, we had to drive around for 30 minutes until we finally found the car at 5 AM! Not counting the many inconveniences caused due to the irresponsible crew of Empire Valet. The expense incurred was $542 for locksmith and duplicate key! I would not recommend the services of Empire Valet in Wayne, PA.

They upgraded my reservation from a standard SUV to a luxury SUV at no additional cost. After collecting eight quotes for transportation from Philadelphia to Newark Airport, Colonial Liberty Limo was the most reasonable option--about $200 less than five of the other companies. I chose them based on their excellent recent reviews on both Yelp and Google. **Communication and Reliability** When I reserved the trip, they immediately sent a confirmation email. The day before and morning of our departure, they texted me updates confirming that our driver was en route. Our driver arrived 45 minutes early, which turned out to be perfect timing since I had underestimated how long it would take to get my family of four and six suitcases organized and loaded into the vehicle. **Service Quality** Our driver was polite, professional, and friendly throughout both legs of our journey. I felt completely safe, and we arrived at Newark Airport on time without any issues. For our return trip, the driver maintained constant communication about his location around the airport. Despite heavy traffic around Newark, picking up my family and luggage was effortless, and we arrived home safely, quickly, and comfortably. **Overall Experience** I highly recommend Colonial Liberty Limo and will definitely use their services for future transportation needs. Their combination of competitive pricing, reliable service, and professional drivers made our airport transfers stress-free and pleasant.

As many issues that Philly might have, there is an unfettered joy and sense of adventure for me with the random, chance encounters the city offers. As I am conveyed back and forth to the South Street vet with my sick little white cat, once again I get to have some funny, interesting, happy, poignant and occasionally simply dull, yawning interactions with Uber's legions of drivers. I love getting a minute peek into the thoughts and lives of these drivers who are so often taken for granted and treated like robots. Sure, some of these folx have complicated lives, second and third jobs and want nothing more to get through their shift in peace and quiet. As an introvert, I always test the conversational waters when I step into an Uber vehicle. If the driver answers me in monosyllables, I take it he or she simply wants to drive, thus I keep to myself. Some drivers are possibly bored yet enthused about chatting so as a result I have been privileged to learn about their families, their country of origin, their snack preferences, some of the odd/interesting/pesky passengers they've conveyed, music tastes and most of all-how connected everyone of us really are. Almost as good, since I don't drive, is having the little kid in me awakened and absolutely thrilled at going out for a car ride. (Sure, it isn't free but the little boy in me never even considers that. He simply has a blast seeing the city from a vehicle...) While Uber is a business, it would be nothing without its drivers. Sure, sometimes they are slow to arrive or they flip your trip to another driver. From time to time, a driver is having a rotten day and acts out a bit. Examine your conscience. Haven't you had similar days or nights, no matter what you do for a living? Rather than bitching and moaning, treat your Uber ride as a way to connect with someone you'd probably never meet in your regular social circle. See your driver like the unique, silly, grouchy, aspiring, single parenting, hard working, dream filled human being they are; under the t-shirt, under the jacket, under the trucker's cap, behind the knock off shades-they are someone just like you.

We could not gain entry to our 2016 SUV. Luckily, the electronic FOB contained an internal key. Unfortunately, despite unlocking the door, we could not start the SUV. The SUV vehicle battery had been replaced 1-month before so it became apparent that the FOB batteries (2) were dead. I went to the parking lot office for assistance. The on-duty Supervisor Kendal Warren and her assistant opened their personal car FOBs to see if their FOB batteries would help. Unfortunately, they were not the same exact batteries and despite the effort they did not work. I was going to call a cab or an Uber to get to an auto parts store or a CVS store. The on-duty Supervisor Kendal Warren was so kind to offer to use her own personal car to take me to a local store. Her Assistant Supervisor covered the parking location. After 2- stops, we finally found a CVS store that had my exact FOB batteries. We returned to the Wally Park location and we were successful in starting our SUV! The on-duty Supervisor Kendal Warren went above and beyond to assist us in our time of need. She was a credit to the Wally Park organization. She was kind, empathetic and had a positive "think outside the box" approach to help us. Her exemplary customer service and outstanding "Can Do" attitude was incredible and should be recognized.
