When we arrived to our event early for photographs she showed us everything that she had done and it was perfect, she even added a few touches of her own which worked amazingly well for the candle lighting ceremony that we did. The venue is painted black with tons of neon and artwork and has a separate area for the kids to have a cocktail hour and one for them to eat upstairs with a dance floor that's common for everybody. They do a fun reveal for dinner where they open the garage doors to the room where the adults will be eating which has a water wall and all kinds of interesting artwork on the walls. The transition was completely seamless, which is a huge testament to Vikki and her amazing staff. We worked with Vikki throughout the planning process, and she was incredible. She was responsive, organized, and present every step of the way. She coordinated with all of our vendors, kept everything running smoothly, and was there in person on the wedding day, which made such a difference. I had mentioned a few small personal touches I wanted set up, and without hesitation, she took care of every one of them herself. When we returned to pick up our belongings, everything had been packed neatly and carefully, which was such a thoughtful touch. We toured several other restaurant venues while planning our wedding, and at one venue we were told the coordinator would help us plan but wouldn't actually be there on the wedding day.
