We used this service a couple times to go into Philadelphia, NJ Airports and to the Cruise Ship Port in NY. The first time we asked them to take us to NY PORT the driver was not prepared at all. We drove through all FIVE boroughs if NY trying to find access to the PORT and finally arrived with only minutes to spare. We had left Philadelphia like 4 hours prior!!!! My family also used them to get to and from Newark airport when flying to IRELAND. The driver arrived to pick them up after flying ALL NIGHT and this fool went to the DOMESTIC terminal, waited an hour and then left!!!!! IRELAND PICKUP should have been at the INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL!!!!! So my family was LEFT STRANDED at NEWARK airport with NO WAY home to Philadelphia and this limousine service stated IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT and would NOT reimburse the money paid!! This is UNPROFESSIONAL and UNCONSCIONABLE!!!!! Our family WILL NEVER use SECRETS LIMO again!! EVER. If we could give you NEGATIVE stars we would. Shame on you!!! I would suggest you find a different limousine service. Secrets used to be fabulous but they were sold to Eagle a couple of years ago. We just used them for three airport trips (PHL) and all three times the interior of the cars were dirty. The first trip was for someone coming to see us at our home and he reported the car was dirty, with coffee spills down the door, dog hair and dog slobber on the window. We used the service a couple of days later and had the same driver/car (which prompted us to ask our guest about the condition of the car when it picked him up). We actually had to give the driver a lint roller because the dog hair in the backseat was so bad. Same coffee spill and dog slobber, plus the back of the driver's seat was coming off. Just unacceptable. We were picked up 5 days later by a different driver, and while the car was a bit cleaner, it wasn't up to what we expect from a $120 limousine service. I called the company after the second ride because our flight home was cancelled and I needed to reschedule the pickup to the next day. What I find really annoying is that, even though I reported the two problems, the car that picked us up wasn't much better. Plus there was no offer of any discount or adjustment for the filthy conditions we endured. I definitely won't be using this service again as they don't seem to care about the conditions of their cars. I normally wouldn't be this harsh in a Yelp review, but the fact they did nothing to address my concerns after the phone call is very frustrating. read more

Living in South Philly and having your wedding in Media presents some difficulties. First and foremost is transportation. When my fiance and I decided to get a limousine, we really didn't know what to expect. We had never rented one or done anything like this. From the moment my bride-to-be made the first call to Secrets, we knew we had made the right choice. She spoke with Flo, who walked her through every step of the process. She was nice, fun to speak to, and actually engaged her in conversation. Subsequent conversations were equally wonderful. We changed the pickup/dropoff times more than once, and each time they made it easy. The day of the wedding was just as excellent. Our driver, Bryan, was super relaxed and level-headed even as the bride and groom were crunched for time. He came into the house, grabbed the dresses, gently tucked them into the back of the van and was a general help. Once there, he brought everything inside and simply went above and beyond the call of duty. Bryan listened to our suggested routes and changed on the fly, without as much as a peep of protest. On the way home, he assisted us getting in and out of the vehicle, even moving the van closer to our reception site just to make it easier on some of our less-agile passengers. Total professionals. My wife and her other mid-40's girlfriends decided we all needed to go out for a fun night, and rent a limo to drive us around so everyone could drink. I got assigned the task of finding the limo. Thanks, guys. But I quickly found Secrets, and their awesome limos. The night was an incredible blast: the Chrysler 300 was over the top with the neon, mirrors and sound system, and John made the ride amazing... full service! After our first stop, he had several suggestions for what to do for our next stops, culminating with driving around to the top of the Art Museum steps, with a great view of Philly and a few other limos in the know. My brother surprised us with a Dodge Charger Limo to take us to New York City from Philadelphia for a Broadway Show. When the limo arrived at the house, the red carpet was rolled out - which we thought was awesome. Our limo driver John K. introduced himself and after we were situated, we were on our way to New York. (We were given a brief tutorial on how the radio and lighting worked inside the limo). The limo (inside and out) was perfect, clean and stocked with plenty of glasses, cups and napkins. The limo was so spacious and comfortable for our drive. John dropped us off directly in front of the theater and as soon as the show ended, John had texted my brother letting him know he was in the same spot waiting for us. It was a great surprise and want to that Secrets Limo Service as well as our drive, John K. for taking such good care of our family. The service was great.... The driver was prompt and VERY nice...HOWEVER BEWARE OF the Extra unexpected charge on my account after the fact has me very upset... When I booked the limo bus for Prom kids I explained to the person taking reservation that prom was 6 to 11....And where the prom was..so we needed to have pick up at 5 to get them there on time...I was quoted 1269.00 ....I called to inquire about the extra charge of 210.69 taken out of my account without notice... she said well you went over your time...the bus dropped you off at 11:50 ... When I booked I explained what our needs were...and this is what my quote was.... She just kept saying you went over time... I said the prom was over at 11....the were picked up and taken right home.....What a scam..... She said the kids should have left prom early that my time was up at 11....unreal.... She said the driver needs to get paid....really he got a tip from us too... This will absolutely be my go to service for any airport transportation needs. They assisted my group of 11 with a 14 passenger shuttle for round trip service to PHL from Conshohocken. I have absolutely no complaints! Vehicle was in excellent condition for both trips. Drivers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our return flight was delayed over an hour, but our driver had excellent communication with us to assure no issues. Prices were very reasonable and communication with those answering the phone was always great. I have no hesitation recommending this company. Heard about this company through an acquaintance of mine. I booked the 14-pass Escalade for my boyfriend's 30th surprise party. The booking process was flawless. Laura (she's no longer there) and Dominique were so patient with me and helped me with the planning process and payment schedule (they don't require it, I needed it for myself). Jill (I think she's the Director of Operations) is the sweetest person I have ever spoken to. She made sure I didn't have any questions or concern the evening of the party. Cost wise, it was great! They included 15% gratuity with the cost, but I still had to give the limo driver more, because he was just that awesome. Driver was John Burke, and he is good at what he does. He called me the morning of to go over the itinerary for evening. When he got to the house, he carried out the beer and wine and set them up in the limo. The drive was flawless and he was just so personable. Everytime we were ready to move on to our next destination, all I had to do was give him a call and seconds later he would be outside waiting for us. AND before he started driving again, he would always do a headcount to make sure we were all accounted for. Best part - one of the girls felt nauseous in the limo so I yelled up to John to let him know. He throws back a puke bucket, roll of paper towels and a rubber band to tie her hair up with - who the heck does that?! Luckily, we didn't have to utilize the puke bucket, but it's definitely good to know that he has it readily available. All-in-all, a really great experience with Secrets Limo. Secrets Limousine was absolutely amazing. They were the cheapest company for the limo size that we got. We got a 20 passenger vehicle. Our driver was John who was amazing!! We cannot rave enough about him. He was punctual to the home and things were pretty hectic there. He had the red carpet laid out with the champagne bottle and champagne flutes. When hearing about this perk, we thought it was a little cheesy, but it was great to pop the champagne prior to entering the limo and made for great pictures. John is an amazing driver, he knew all about the sights in Philadelphia and really could offer insider information, like construction at this place was happening so pictures would not be good. He was so accommodating, in holding my dress so i could enter, stopping traffic so we could get pictures in the median in front of city hall, etc. We were also running behind schedule, and what really put us in awe, is that he managed to get us up to the top of the art museum while driving the limo in reverse the whole way up because the other ramp was closed!! We had a fantastic experience with Secrets limousine. Their prices were very reasonable and the customer service was spectacular. The booking agent was very friendly and coordinated everything through email after the initial call. I reserved a car for an "afternoon out on th town" on 2/11/12. My wife had a great time. The driver (Brian) called me the night before to review the plans for the day and then showed up 15 minutes early, laying out a red carpet across the icy sidewalk. Limo showed up with a huge dent on the side of it on my wedding day. I was not informed ahead of time that the vehicle was damaged (of course, when I went to check out the vehicle in person and put my deposit down it was in perfect condition.) The only concern of Secrets was to collect full payment the week of my wedding. The limo was extremely hot and unbearable for my bridal party. We used Secrets for the first time years ago for our own wedding/bachelor/bachelorette parties and had an amazing experience but we used them again recently for a ride home from a family wedding and they were fantastic. The pick up was 12:30 AM, they called to confirm and give us our drivers' cell prior to and be sure he knew how to reach us to let us know he arrived. The night of he waited patiently as we dawdled and said our goodbyes in the bar... he dealt patiently with my husband and I as we were feeling "good" from a long day of celebration. He even helped us to our door with our bags when we arrived. We had two cars from Secrets for my daughter's wedding on May 23rd. We had a Hummer Limo and a Town Car, both were beautiful, but more importantly both drivers were AWESOME! We had John Krol and Chuck and they both were beyond wonderful! They went beyond what anyone could expect from them. I packed my personal car with items I needed for Church, but then ended up not taking my car to Church, John and Chuck made sure that everything I left in my car, got to Church, and even handed out the Mass programs to the guests that were already seated in the Church! My mom had recently been released from the hospital and started feeling weak in the middle of the day, and John actually made a sandwich for her that he had in his cooler for his own lunch! Listening to my Mom, it was the best sandwich she ever ate! Something that simple, made the day! My husband and I along with the Grooms parents, and the bride and groom, felt that both of these drivers made everyone's day Extra Special! Secrets and my driver Chuck were absolutely amazing!! I cannot say enough positive things!! Chuck was our driver for my bachelorette party and did such a great job that I called up secrets the next day to request Chuck be my driver for the day of the wedding! Since my wedding was only five days away i knew it would be a longshot that Chuck would be available and unfortunately Chuck had to work at his other job the day of my wedding and I was scheduled with another driver. Well, to my surprise guess who pulled up to my house on the day of the wedding?! Chuck! He was able to rearrange things with his other job the night before and really wanted to be there for us on the day of the wedding! It was so sweet and I hope chuck did not get fired from his other job!! Chuck went above and beyond! My wedding day was in the winter and so it was cold out. Chuck came prepared with hand warmers that we used when taking pictures outside! He thought of everything! He was out there with us in the cold during the pictures helping, holding my bouquet, etc. He was right there before I started down the aisle when it was just my dad and I and made sure my train was fluffed out and he was right there waiting when I walked back down the aisle at the end of the ceremony with my coat. Chuck was more than just a driver and made my special day extra special. I would highly recommend secrets and I tell everyone I know to use secrets and how great chuck was!! I'm so impressed with chuck and the staff I'm forgetting to even mention how great the limo was! I had the 20-pass Yukon Denali and it was fantastic! The vehicle was spotless and so roomy! Couldn't have picked a better company to transport our wedding reception guests. From the initial phone call to Secrets, to the day of the reception, the customer service was stellar. I had first called and spoke to Amy about reserving the van for our wedding guests. She was very professional, knowledgable and thorough. I received a very detailed invoice via email as confirmation right away. The day before the wedding I received a phone call from Secrets to double check everything and was told who my driver would be. The morning of the event, I received a call from the driver himself, Arthur. I was very worried about time - because I was using the van to get certain family members to the venue for pictures. He assured me he would be on time and even gave me his cell phone number in case there were any issues. Arthur really came through. Everyone loved him. He was a safe driver, the van was clean and comfortable. I can't recommend Secrets enough!!! read more

I am DISGUSTED by the owner of this establishment. I booked a bachelorette party and paid in full. The bride to be had a terrible tragedy happen to her and I had to cancel the party. I gave almost a month notice that I needed to cancel. The company paid me 1/2 of my money back told me I had to write an email stating why I needed to cancel and that it would be reviewed by the owner. They also told me full refunds were determined by him on a case by case basis. They then called me and told me the owner did not approve my refund and that I could have a credit. This left me short $486 for a service I never rendered. I canceled because of a true tragedy and the lack of compassion and understanding is disgusting. I would rather lose the money then take a credit from such a despicable establishment. I will say that the people who work in the office and answer the phones are some of the nicest, most genuine people I've ever had the pleasure of speaking to. Their willingness and desire to help me was admirable. I went to college in Philadelphia and I have MANY friends getting married in the next few years. I rented a 10 passenger limo for my 30th Birthday on July 8th. I rented the limo for 10 hours from Philadelphia to a club in Washington D.C. I originally booked this service because they have such great reviews. I am so happy I booked with them. I had a wonderful driver his name is Jason he was so polite and very patient with everyone. We had our music blasting for almost 3 hours and he did not mind at all. Once we left the club in Washington DC he was right on time. The limo was nice and cozy and they actually gave us the 14 passenger bigger than what I originally booked for. I had such a great experience and if I need a limousine service in the future I will definitely book with Secrets. They were so professional! If there could be zero stars, that would be my rating! We used Secrets for our wedding. We hired a limo to get the bridal party to the wedding and a bus to get our guests from the various hotels to and from our wedding. One problem... They FAILED to pick up the BRIDE AND GROOM after the wedding. So all of our guests were sitting at the hotel waiting for us to arrive and we sat at the venue for an hour thinking the driver was coming back. When we called the cell phone number the driver gave us, the phone number was disconnected. It was a horrible ending to an otherwise perfect day... NO THANKS TO YOU SECRETS!!! Oh and to add insult to injury - when we called after the wedding - they did NOTHING to make good on the fact that they FAILED to transport the two most important people of the day (oh wait... they offered us a $100 credit toward another trip - AS IF I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!) read more

We chose Secrets for our daughter's wedding even though they were more $ because of the good reviews. We had 2 limos and 2 shuttles. First limo driving to the venue Dan was awesome! While my husband and I did not ride the shuttles from hotel to venue and back our guests reported they were very nice but one each way got turned around and trip took 30 minutes instead of 15.But the real problem came with the limo picking us, bride and groom and grooms parents at the end of night. He was lost and my husband spent 30 minutes on the phone getting him there. He was about 45 minutes late. Once in the limo we asked him to keep window down so we could see where he was going. He ignored us and shut it. After driving for a little bit we checked our phones and he was going the wrong way. We had to bang on window and direct him. Wedding was over at 11:00 and we all got to after party at 12:45 and it should've been a 15 minute trip. Secrets office staff should be making sure their drivers know where they are going. There was no offer of refund for the awful limo ride at the end. This was the only black mark on the whole wedding! read more
