I needed transportation from Center City, Philadelphia to Philadelphia International Airport with 10 luggages and another passenger with me. Hassan responded to my inquiry within minutes and gave a price quote for the type of car service that I need. He gave me specific and easy to follow instructions on how to book my ride either through call or text. As soon as I booked it, I was immediately given contact info of my driver to double check every details with him. Our driver, Mongi, was punctual and very professional. He helped us with our suitcases and drove us safely to the airport. The car was very clean and in great condition. Overall, it was very excellent experience. I will definitely book with them again.

Our driver Auggie was 20-30 minutes late picking up the me and my groomsmen from the hotel to bring us to the venue for photos. When he finally arrived while we were all waiting on the street, I mentioned how late he was. He told me it was my wife's fault and I had to take it up with her. He was then incredibly rude the entire ride to the venue, mouthy and unprofessional. We arrived nearly an hour late for our photos which the had to get cut short. He then picked us up at the end of the night. Was he on time you ask? Of course not. We waited 30 minutes late at night for him to be there for us.did he apologize or try to smooth things over? Nope, just grumpy, unprofessional and blamed everyone but him. We called the owners today and the owner completely had his employees back. Saying it was our fault and he was simply sorry for any inconvenience. I asked plainly for a partial to full refund for the horrible experience and the owner told me he runs a business and they provided a service. His words were "did we provide a service that got you to your place on time?" I responded, "literally no, which is why I am calling." He told me we can fight it out online with reviews so here I am. Don't EVER use this company.
