The driver was 15 minutes late picking up my mom - no notification - which made her frantic with anxiety and I had to stop her from driving herself. Pluses were that he was apparently a good driver and they made it in time but still: unnecessary agita in terms of booking and the lack of communication about being delayed.

I wish there were a 10 star rating, because that is what I would give them. The Chevrolet Surburban was spotlessly clean and elegantly appointed. The ride was smooth and comfortable because of both the quality of the vehicle and the driver, Samir. The best part of this trip to Penn Medicine was Samir. Both my wife and myself cannot extend enough praise to do this man justice. He was prompt, professionally dressed, and personable. Most importantly, he was extremely attentive to our mobility issues. He provided patient and skilled assistance getting into and out of the vehicle. The step into a suburban is very high and I would not have been able to get in the vehicle without his kind assistance. To further praise his help, let me tell you what he did when he came to pick us up at the medical center. He parked on the street next to a generous curb so as to provide an additional step to allow greater ease on entering the vehicle. He came to the driveway of the medical center to assist us in walking down the graded driveway. This was both professional and personal attention to us. Shame of King Limo ! Went to the Trusit Golf Tournament yesterday with my wife. Being disabled and…read morehaving to use a Rollator we checked with the PGA about parking and handicap transportation. We go to the designated handicap parking and we're happy to see a handicap van waiting. The van was empty and just sitting there. I walked over with my Rollator to get on and the older white haired driver said he wouldn't take me unless I was in a wheelchair ! We tried to reason with him and show him I was truly disabled. He said for me to walk down to a coach bus 100 yards away ! I can't even get onto a regular bus. Luckily we found a parking attendant who went to him and told him to drive us to the course ! Needless to say we were upset. After 30 minutes he finally took us to the tournament. On the return we luckily found another King Limousine handicap van driver who was incredibly nice and helpful. We appreciated him. When we returned to the handicap lot the same older white haired driver was still sitting in his empty van doing nothing. Hopefully no one else has to be subjected to such miserable service.

On the return, though takeoff had been delayed, we arrived an hour earlier than scheduled. I was concerned because my physical condition had altered and waiting would be difficult. The driver had already checked the flight and changes. He made the necessary changes to be in time, handled the baggage and my anxiety. Though it was almost rush hour, he still provided that comfortable, smooth and confident drive. I am not usually comfortable with other peoples driving. Just as I said there would be a week earlier. I waited an hour and fourth minutes past our agreed upon meeting time before the driver finally called and told me to walk three blocks dragging my bags to a random parking lot where he was waiting. Again with the weaving in and out of traffic and cutting people off, just not as bad. The driver's attitude stunk. He was not apologetic. He had the opportunity to make up his lack of professionalism on the return trip and he just did the same thing. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wouldn't want someone else to have a bad experience like this, waste your money, almost miss your cruise, and be in danger with poor driving. Just not good.
