I needed to coordinate a ride for my elderly mother to go to a medical appointment, from Montgomery…read moreCounty to Philadelphia. The ride was easy to book online but if you need to change the reservation, you have to call a number and it's a guy picking up who doesn't answer the phone with the name of the company or anything, and he's also very abrupt. The driver was 15 minutes late picking up my mom - no notification - which made her frantic with anxiety and I had to stop her from driving herself. Pluses were that he was apparently a good driver and they made it in time but still: unnecessary agita in terms of booking and the lack of communication about being delayed.

As soon as I booked it, I was immediately given contact info of my driver to double check every details with him. Our driver, Mongi, was punctual and very professional. He helped us with our suitcases and drove us safely to the airport. The car was very clean and in great condition. Overall, it was very excellent experience. I will definitely book with them again.

As someone who previously worked in the large-scale event planning industry, I know firsthand what…read moreit takes to execute complex logistics. I had actually used Ace Limo in the past with great results, which is exactly why I felt completely confident stepping in as the Best Man and main transportation point of contact for my best friend's wedding. I personally spent weeks coordinating with Samantha at Ace, as well as the couple's wedding planners, to ensure a flawless itinerary. Sadly, what we experienced on the wedding day was a total operational collapse. Without a single phone call, text, or email to me or the planning team, Ace decided to swap our reserved party bus for a generic Greyhound-style coach. They later claimed the original vehicle had an air conditioning issue. Having worked in events, I understand that mechanical failures happen, but the complete failure to communicate a major vehicle change to the designated point of contact is unprofessional and unacceptable. To make matters worse, they secretly outsourced the job. The driver who showed up didn't even work for Ace; he was a third-party contractor (we still do not know who or what company it was outsourced to) who clearly hadn't seen a single page of the itinerary Samantha and I had spent hours perfecting. That lack of preparation quickly turned into a disaster on the way to the ceremony. I realized we were heading in completely the wrong direction and literally had to leave my seat on a moving bus, walk up to the front, and physically tap the driver on the shoulder to get his attention because he was driving with his AirPods in. Despite my immediate corrections, his navigation blunders meant we were dropped off at the wrong location. Because of this, the bride was forced to walk the rest of the way to the church, exposing her to arriving guests and completely ruining the private, unseen arrival she had been looking forward to her entire life. You would expect a driver to snap to attention after a massive mistake like that, but the exact same thing happened on the way to the reception. Instead of heading to the venue, he obliviously started driving us back toward the hotel. For the second time that day, I had to play navigator, intervening and redirecting him to get us back on track while he continued to wear his AirPods. It is absolutely absurd that the Best Man had to babysit a hired driver all day just to get the wedding party from point A to point B. A transportation company's job is to alleviate stress on a wedding day, not be the primary cause of it. Ace Limo took our money, completely ignored the careful planning we did with their own staff, outsourced the job to an unprepared contractor, and failed at basic communication. Despite my previous positive history with this company, this experience was entirely unacceptable, and I will never recommend Ace Limo again.

By far the best car service I've used! My CEO comes in from Munich a few times a year and he wants…read moreto visit 5 to 7 customers per day when he comes to a town in my territory. He is extremely particular and wants perfection. I've had drivers from other services that wouldn't plan ahead, or wouldn't enter in all the stops in their GPS, or wouldn't check to make sure they had the right borough of Manhattan, or they weren't professional, etc. Drivers have caused unwanted stress to an already stressful day. This was not the case with here. Robert well exceeded our expectations! We had a 12 hour day of going to 7 different customers in the Philadelphia area and he made the day go seamlessly. As mentioned my CEO is very particular and he was growing frustrated that we didn't have time to stop and get him coffee and a Kind Bar between appointments. Robert went out during our meeting and came back with coffee and a box of Salted Carmel Kind Bars which he must have overheard my CEO say was his favorite. That immediately removed the tension in the car and allowed us to focus on the upcoming appointments. Robert did something so simple that was above and beyond what was required of him that day. I will always use Avalon from here forward and ask for Robert to be my driver. He cares about what he's doing and he cares about the client. Sincerely, Ben

We have trusted Line Limousine to be our airport transfer car service of choice over the years and…read morehave never been disappointed - Now I can add that they are also our special event car service of choice because today they helped to pull off the most spectacular surprise for my son's birthday and we will never forget it. They were able to work with me and my price point, and despite it being so close to the holidays and also a last minute idea - they found the perfect vehicle to escort me, my son and his 3 best friends to his birthday party in the city. Their driver was exceedingly professional, and when the kids got into the car there were balloons, ambient lighting, interactive iPads with game and music options, a crown for the birthday boy and they even gave him a gift which was above and beyond expectations. I was also able to relax, which I never would have done driving on my own with 4 boys into the city, and feel safe as we got to his party destination on time, and in style! When it was time to head out our driver was right there, ready to take us back home. There were waters and even gum - I could go on and on. I have used other transportation services in the area and they are fine - they arrive on time, we would get to where we needed to go but there was never any special touch despite it being so expensive. Everyone always says, you get what you pay for - but with Line Limo - we got WAY more than what we paid for - which by the way was significantly less than any other transportation service I contacted between Delaware Montgomery County PA and south NJ - including other KOP locations - we will recommend them to family/friends exclusively going forward. I have so much gratitude for the way they were able to put everything together to make my son's birthday so memorable and special. We will never forget this day!
