Horrible customer Service! Until now, this was my go to Limo provider not anymore! I had a trip scheduled for my family to PHL for an international flight. On the departure day, the driver parked in front of our house on the street not the driveway, he NEVER notified us of his arrival, consequently making us late to the airport! He simply sat outside in the street! It was not until my son called out the door that he walked up! Additionally, my husband was on crutches and we all just scrambled with our luggage down the driveway rushing. Now, Muhammad who picked us up on the way back was amazing! Here is the problem! I called to book a $700 plus service to EWR (I said well this was one bad experience so let's try again). I begin to explain to Patrick my negative experience. He's response "did you tell the driver to drive up the driveway?""that's what I would have done" REALLY!!!! Not once he said, I'm sorry this happened to you, this is not the process when picking up clients, No empathy or I give a darn for you the client, NOTHING! He had the audacity to ask me twice! So it's my fault that your driver didn't notify us of his arrival, it's my fault that the driver didn't come up my driveway, I guess It's my fault we were late because we didn't tell the driver sooner as paying customers, it's also my fault that service was not to par and you don't really care. Patrick said he'll have the manager call me, it's been a week!!!! So, That's basically my fault that I chose Lazer Limo!!! I'm using another Limo company for my travels and I'm not referring my friends, business associates etc, to Lazer Limo you've lost a customer and potentially more and it's ALL YOUR FAULT!! read more

Lazer left me and my ex-wife at the airport with no ride. So this is going back several years and maybe things have changed. So here's the story. Booked a roundtrip limo from my home to the airport and subsequent return trip on our arrival back in Philly. The trip to the to the airport was fine. Clean limo, nice driver and he was on time. The return trip was not so good. We arrived back in Philly around 2am (from Vegas). I expected to see the driver waiting at baggage claim, but no luck. I waited for about 15 minutes, and then started calling their office. I tried for an hour and finally called my father to come get us. In between that time, the manager called me back and told me "the driver forgot." WTF!!!! Awesome. As a limo service you really only have three things to accomplish: Be on time. Provide a clean well maintained vehicle. Be courteous and friendly.When any of those three are not provided, why bother using the service. I declined the mangers offer to pick me up that night as my father was on his way. I went into their office the next day. While the manger apologized, no offer was made to win my business back. That is simply unacceptable. At the very least a discounted or free one way trip was in order. I would have probably declined it anyway. I rarely take advantage of those things, but the effort should have been made. Since then, I've spent thousands on a car service. But not Lazer Limo. Lazer provided us with an 18 passenger party bus for my daughter birthday. It was on time, clean and very reasonably priced. When I asked for a quote I received a prompt response from them, unlike the other two companies I contacted. Mark our driver was very nice and helpful. All in all I would definitely recommend and use them again. read more

We used Lazer to get to and from JFK airport in New York and the service was fantastic! My wife and I had no experience driving to or from NY and had never been to JFK before so we figured the best thing to do would be to get a ride. We didn't want the standard, Stinky ride offered from a taxi and don't trust uber drivers so we searched for a reputable limo company. Living so close to Lazer, we gave them a shot. I must have mentioned on the phone when booked the trip that my wife and I were recently married because they even provided champagne and glasses. We will use them every time we need to get to the airport and have recommended their services in our neighborhood! read more

Had to use them last year because they monopolized our area. Had a ride to Philadelphia Airport and on top of being too expensive, they sent a driver that had a cold! Got the cold in the middle of my vacation and didn't enjoy the rest of my time there. Would not recommend at all. read more

My niece used their shuttle service for her wedding. A large number of family members stayed at a hotel a few miles from the wedding venue. The service was to provide shuttle service to and from the venue from 4:45pm - 1:30am. 2 large groups returned to the hotel and intended on returning to the venue to continue the celebration. We were told by the driver "I'm not here to bring you back." (He WAS supposed to) The groom heard some conversations going on in the hotel lobby and inquired about the issue. Upon hearing what happened he called their office. He was told (at approximately 11:30pm) the driver was back and done for the night. Not only were they very rude, the also stranded family members are the venue. I'm not from the area of Pottstown, but I would never recommend them to anyone. read more

Since Lazer Limo has changed owners, the service has been wonderful. I used the service a few months ago to go to a concert. We had to change the time that we wanted to be picked up and there was no problem with the change. The driver arrived 10 minutes ahead of when we needed him.Got us to the venue in time and stayed the whole time at the concert and was available right outside the doors afterwards.In addition, he was very personable. I would recommend them for all sorts of services...airport runs to Philly, train stations, casinos runs and concerts. It certainly beats getting a DUI or having your car damaged at the park and go. read more

Unbelievable! Wife had a pick-up scheduled for 12:35 am this morning. Lazer was not there! When she called the dispatcher argued with her that the pick-up was for tonight. Apparently they don't know how to read a calendar. Response was just a "sorry, we don't have a driver for you." Left her stranded at the airport in Philadelphia at 1:00 am in morning. read more

I would NOT recommend Lazer Limousine for transportation from PHL airport. I booked a round trip for a pick up at my home to PHL airport on October 18, 2014, return pick up on October 25, 2014. Trip to PHL airport was wonderful, Lazer was on time, drive friendly, car was very clean, no problems. The pick up was a VERY different situation. My plane was delayed 2 hours from Cancun. When we arrived in PHL, NO ONE from Lazer was there to meet us. I had 5 elderly people in my party. At 9 p.m. on a Saturday night, it was VERY stressful. Called 800 number, no return phone call to my friends cell phone. My cell phone froze up, so there was no way to know if they had call me. The ground transportation people were very helpful and arranged for Tropiano to take us home. Tropiano arrived 10 minutes later for the ride home. Lazer did leave a message on my cell, letting me know they did not have a car to pick the 5 of us up 2 hours late & suggested we take a cab. Do not use Lazer read more
