Horrible customer Service! Until now, this was my go to Limo…read moreprovider not anymore! I had a trip scheduled for my family to PHL for an international flight. On the departure day, the driver parked in front of our house on the street not the driveway, he NEVER notified us of his arrival, consequently making us late to the airport! He simply sat outside in the street! It was not until my son called out the door that he walked up! Additionally, my husband was on crutches and we all just scrambled with our luggage down the driveway rushing. Now, Muhammad who picked us up on the way back was amazing! Here is the problem! I called to book a $700 plus service to EWR (I said well this was one bad experience so let's try again). I begin to explain to Patrick my negative experience. He's response "did you tell the driver to drive up the driveway?""that's what I would have done" REALLY!!!! Not once he said, I'm sorry this happened to you, this is not the process when picking up clients, No empathy or I give a darn for you the client, NOTHING! He had the audacity to ask me twice! So it's my fault that your driver didn't notify us of his arrival, it's my fault that the driver didn't come up my driveway, I guess It's my fault we were late because we didn't tell the driver sooner as paying customers, it's also my fault that service was not to par and you don't really care. Patrick said he'll have the manager call me, it's been a week!!!! So, That's basically my fault that I chose Lazer Limo!!! I'm using another Limo company for my travels and I'm not referring my friends, business associates etc, to Lazer Limo you've lost a customer and potentially more and it's ALL YOUR FAULT!!

So far so good. Easy to arrange trip on line for three weeks in advance…read more Will continue to evaluate once trip is completed

We have trusted Line Limousine to be our airport transfer car service of choice over the years and…read morehave never been disappointed - Now I can add that they are also our special event car service of choice because today they helped to pull off the most spectacular surprise for my son's birthday and we will never forget it. They were able to work with me and my price point, and despite it being so close to the holidays and also a last minute idea - they found the perfect vehicle to escort me, my son and his 3 best friends to his birthday party in the city. Their driver was exceedingly professional, and when the kids got into the car there were balloons, ambient lighting, interactive iPads with game and music options, a crown for the birthday boy and they even gave him a gift which was above and beyond expectations. I was also able to relax, which I never would have done driving on my own with 4 boys into the city, and feel safe as we got to his party destination on time, and in style! When it was time to head out our driver was right there, ready to take us back home. There were waters and even gum - I could go on and on. I have used other transportation services in the area and they are fine - they arrive on time, we would get to where we needed to go but there was never any special touch despite it being so expensive. Everyone always says, you get what you pay for - but with Line Limo - we got WAY more than what we paid for - which by the way was significantly less than any other transportation service I contacted between Delaware Montgomery County PA and south NJ - including other KOP locations - we will recommend them to family/friends exclusively going forward. I have so much gratitude for the way they were able to put everything together to make my son's birthday so memorable and special. We will never forget this day!

Our daughter and her boyfriend broke up the day before senior prom. We could have driven her, but wanted her last prom to be special and scrambled to find her a ride. Everyone was booked due to the Taylor Swift concert and I'd given up hope, but KOP Coach said they would make it work - they had kids too and wanted to make her feel better. They are a family run business that clearly goes above and beyond for their clients. They helped make her last prom a happy memorable one, and we had peace of mind knowing she was in safe hands. I can't say enough good things about or recommend them enough. Thank you so much!!

Looking for a one-way airport transport, I found Kop Coach. Went through the process and was…read moredelighted with the price of $85. Set up an account, filled in all of the info, and ATTEMPTED to pay online with a credit card. A window popped up which I had never seen before. I was supposed to try to pay with a FAKE credit card number, which was provided. I ignored that, and filled in my own credit card info. For some strange reason, the card was declined. I was instructed to call for assistance. Which I did. After about a ten-minute discussion, she said she would text me a confirmation code, and then I could pay. She called me back within two minutes. It seems the price quoted online was a MISTAKE. The correct price should have been around $157. But they would give me a discounted price of $145!!!. When I protested that this all sounded a bit shady, she protested and said she'd send me a screen shot of the correct price. Well I could have sent HER a screenshot AND a copy of my confirmation email with the price of $85, but I did not. Told her it was absolutely ridiculous, I'll get an Uber, and never go on their website again. You know the adage...if it seems to good to be true, it probably is.
