When my fiance and I decided to get a limousine, we really didn't know what to expect. We had never rented one or done anything like this. From the moment my bride-to-be made the first call to Secrets, we knew we had made the right choice. She spoke with Flo, who walked her through every step of the process. She was nice, fun to speak to, and actually engaged her in conversation. Subsequent conversations were equally wonderful. We changed the pickup/dropoff times more than once, and each time they made it easy. The day of the wedding was just as excellent. Our driver, Bryan, was super relaxed and level-headed even as the bride and groom were crunched for time. He came into the house, grabbed the dresses, gently tucked them into the back of the van and was a general help. Once there, he brought everything inside and simply went above and beyond the call of duty. Bryan listened to our suggested routes and changed on the fly, without as much as a peep of protest. On the way home, he assisted us getting in and out of the vehicle, even moving the van closer to our reception site just to make it easier on some of our less-agile passengers. Total professionals. Also when she originally booked the flights the return flight was for the 16th which would have brought me back 4 days after graduation, something she was made aware of. Luckily one of the students going on the same trip noticed and had her change it. Overall I'm pretty upset and I really hope that people who travel with this agency in the future won't have to spend hundreds because of a few miscommunications.
