5 star service and a great time. Booked the 14 person limo bus for my wife's surprise 40th birthday party. Worked out a loose plan for pick-up and the rest of the night upon booking. Received a text confirmation the day prior to the rental to confirm everything. Driver (Brian) arrived early and was very courteous and professional. Told him our starting point and rough plan for the night. The limo bus was a nice shiny white on the outside, with "conversational perimeter seating", basically a long leather couch type seating that runs the length of each side, so everyone can sit and face each other. (Certainly better than sitting in traditional seating, facing forward, without really being able to enjoy each others' company).Big screen TV, sounds system, ice, snacks and water/soda provided. One of our friends made up a play list and was able to connect it via Bluetooth to the audio system. BYOB as long as you're 21 or over. Made 4 stops at restaurants/bars over the course of our 8 hour night, plus a few individual drop-offs, had a great time and didnt have to worry about a thing aside from enjoying ourselves. Brian kept close and as the night unfolded, all we had to do was give him a quick call before we were ready to leave and he met us minutes later. Upon booking, i wasnt sure how many people we were going to have for the night out, so i went conservative with the vehicle size we needed. We ended up having 10 people in the 14 passenger limo, which was actually perfect. Although it fits 14, with a full 14 passengers, you'd be sitting right next to each other, without a lot of room to move around. The whole experience was top notch and highly recommended. read more

Follow-up: Infinity has been very gracious and made amends by acknowledging the error and providing another trip to the airport, for no charge. On our return from travel, they picked us up just as the COVID panic was unfolding and brought us home with no issues. The driver was exceptionally professional and courteous. I booked a ride to/from Newark airport and had an awesome experience. My driver contacted me the night before the ride to make sure everything was in order for the next day. On the day of my trip, he arrived perfectly on time and got us on our way. The ride was very comfortable and seamless. It was a late night drive so we actually fell asleep in the back of the car! We rented a limo for a 4- hour sightseeing tour of New York City. This was a great service, the limo was beautiful, looked new with gorgeous fittings inside. Our driver turned up early was friendly and professional. I gave him a list of where we wanted to visit and he planned a good route, taking us everywhere on our list. He let us out and either waited or drove around the block until we were ready, he gave us some good tips and info about some of the sights we visited. I will never request Limousine services from this company again! My mom and I specifically sought out this limo company for my neices prom. She wanted to go to the prom in a blue Cadillac Escalade. We spoke with the owner extensively about the importance of the experience my neice would receive. We paid in advance. On the day of prom the driver showed up on time, but in a black Suburban and not the Escalade that we were contracted under. I didn't realize that the driver brought the suburban until hours after he showed up and failed to even mention that he didn't bring the Escalade which he clearly knew after the discovery was made that he was supposed to have brought the Escalade. I called the limo office and spoke to Andy the owner who told me that the Escalade wasn't working and so he sent another vehicle in it's place. We were never notified that there was even an issue with the vehicle we contracted with him. He never communicated any issues with us. I specifically wanted the Escalade not the Suburban. After a lot of back and forth Andy finally stated that he will have the Escalade to the pick up location within the next hour to hour and a half. I asked if the truck would be clean because it would be in a prom parade and needed to be shining. I was told it would be clean. While waiting the driver waited in the house and took a nap while snoring. This is concerning and very unprofessional. When the truck finally showed up it was dirty inside and out. My neice barely made the prom parade . By the time she made it in line she was the 3rd to last vehicle. The crowd had thinned out so much due to the parade essentially being over. The entire time in the parade the driver was constantly on his phone and not paying attention to driving in the parade. My neice was offered warm stale water that could have been in there several trips prior. When you pay $700 for an SUV you expect to have the vehicle clean and a professional driver dressed like he works for a limo service and be provided exceptional chauffeur service which we were not! When I spoke to Andy the Monday after prom and explained my disappointment all I got in return was a promise to return $50 which hasn't happened to date and excuses. I will never go to this company again in the future. Keep this story in mind when thinking of hiring them for your special day. I thought they would be reputable due to their fantastic reviews, but I was wrong! read more

Murray and Bill (our driver) were fantastic when scheduling our trip using the limo party bus. Our party of five, which was a dinner about 45 minutes away, was for our parents' 60th anniversary. The bus was absolutely clean and comfortable. Bill was completely accommodating even though I was 45 minutes late arriving (accident on I-81 that closed the highway). If I ever need limo services again in the future, I definitely will use Infinity again. I would highly recommend them over all other limo companies in the area (some of which wouldn't even answer their phones when I was simply trying to find out the costs). Used this service to go from Philadelphia airport to the Reading area. Well organized. Tom was very courteous, had my baggage claim info for me as I met him, and had me wait inside the warm building while he got the car. This review is overdue, but much deserved. We used infinity and upgraded to a limo as a treat for our Disney vacation, flying out of PHL. Larry our driver was so wonderful. He installed my daughters carseat and talked to her about Mickey. On time, professional, easy departure. The flight back was a total nightmare (delayed for hours during layover) and my only consolation was that Larry kept in touch and was very reassuring and helpful. I'm sure it totally inconvenienced his night but he was there with a smile 5 hours after our scheduled pick up time, car seat back in, parked very conveniently and helped us with our bags. He remembered my daughter's name and was so kind and friendly to her again. I could have cried after the hassle of our layover. No way my husband or I could have driven home. This company is so great. We will definitely use again. Booking was also a breeze, even though I called kind of last minute. Friendly staff who gave me a little discount because I upgraded. Considering you pay $20/day to park in a secure location at PHL, plus gas, you can't beat the cost for peace of mind and ease of transfers. read more

We used this service for a trip to the BVI. The van service timely picked us up at our home and picked up the other two couples at their homes too. We flew from JFK and the driver was able to get us to our flights on time. The driver recommended a nice pit stop on the way to the airport to pick up our morning coffee. Likewise, after the trip, the driver was there to greet us and transport us back from JFK. JFK can be a bad airport to fly out of - but the drivers and Infinity were a pleasure.
