The drivers, Red, to the airport, & Willy return trip, were both great. Their driving was good, they knew how to get to the airport in a good amount of time. They were on time and Willy was so nice about our 1 1/2 hour delay on the return trip. The cars were nice, new, & clean. Know worries about getting to the airport and knowing where to drop off or paying for parking. And in the middle of the night no worries about being tired and driving. I suggest that a confirmation paper be sent to the customer, shortly after the reservations are made. It should include the customer name(s). And the date, time, & location of the pickup, the flight out & the return flight. Also the phone numbers of the company & any drivers involved. And if the driver is changed the new driver should contact the customer with this information. The driver should contact the customer a week or so of the date and a text the day before and day of. This confirmation should list an itemized list of the costs and how the bill is being paid. I really think a confirmation paper would put the customers mind at ease and if there are any incorrect info that can be communicated. Again the drivers & cars were all great. read more

My wife just used Andrew's car service because it was recommended highly by one of our family members. The ride to the airport was great, the driver was polite, on time, and got her there in plenty of time for her flight. However, the ride home was disasterous. She never received a confirmation call despite her flight being delayed due to weather conditions. She called the owner to confirm the reservation back, which he was disgruntled by the fact she was calling to confirm. Then the driver finally reached out with his information. When she arrived she was notified that driver had arrived and she should go to baggage claim. The driver claimed there was too much traffic to pick up at the designated rideshare pickup and he would have to go to another location. The driver should have been in the correct location knowing that traffic is part of the daily commuter problem coming in and out of Philadelphia. When she called to discuss with him, he was annoyed and dismissive of her request. She then again attempted to contact the owner with no response. She texted the owner what had happened and magically the driver got a phone call from the owner. The following ride home was concerning as the driver was on his phone and not abiding by the rules of the road. The owner called the following day not to apologize about the situation, but to act surprised that all of this had taken place. Despite the debacle, she tipped well because she felt like it was the right thing to do. This will be the last time we use such an unprofessional service. This was supposed to be a relaxing and calming experience due to the professionalism that is customary. read more

On October 22nd, My friend and I used their service. The guy who picked us up at PHL kept on suggesting to stop at a bar before going to the hotel(destination). Also he said he wants to take us around the town during our stay. He wanted to set up the date and time to meet again. We said "no" politely. On 23rd, after 9pm, he called me 3 times, wanting to go out, and when I said no, he asked me to call him the following day. I also said no to that. I have never given him my phone number personally. He misused the information I've given to the company for his personal use. On 24th, he texted me saying he will drop by at the event I was attending. I did not reply. It was very scary experience. We were driving through unfamiliar deserted area. The guy knew my hotel, event location, my phone number and e-mail address. I have complained to the company, but did not receive any response from the business owner. read more

I used Andrew's Transportation to return from PHL airport after business conference. My fault that I did not ask for an after hours' contact number. I never thought I would need it. My credit card charge went through, so assumed everything was confirmed and that someone would meet me prior to baggage claim. I called Andrew's phone number from Columbus airport and left message that flight was delayed few minutes and I never received confirmation of pick-up. Arrived in PHL at 5:30pm and was still trying to locate driver and to make contact with Andrew's at 6:30p.m. Yes, I was the frustrated and emotionally drained woman in baggage claim area trying to transportation. I carried my luggage from one parking area to another for an hour. The driver did not have a cell phone. The office couldn't reach him on the payphone he used to call them. (How is there no company phone to use?) He needed twenty-five cents to get out of short term parking. (How does he not have $6 to get out of the parking lot the company always uses?) The drive was a bit precarious in rain and dark with a driver who was flustered. No GPS, had to give directions to house once off highway. This was an unpleasant end to a long week. Next time I'll pay the extra cash to save my sanity. read more

THere i was in Philly...with no ride home...but then i remembered i had Andrews transportations phone number in my phone. At 3:00 on a Tuesday I found out my ride to the Phila airport for Wednesday morning was not going to happen. Called Andrew's transportation. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant and took my info. She needed to see if they had a driver available. She called me back and confirmed my ride and rechecked the information. The driver called me later that evening to confirm the information. I appreciate the recheck because sometimes on the phone information can be misheard. The driver, Dujon was on time. We talked the whole 1 1/2 hour ride which made the commute go by quickly, pleasant, and the traffic bearable. Thank you Dujon! read more

I have used Andrews Transportation every week for 9 months for travel to PHL airport. Price is fair for the level of service usually received. The dispatcher/operator is responsive and thorough. Some drivers are professional and courteous and on-time, and some are not. When I say some are not, I am not exaggerating when I say that some should not only not be allowed to transport passengers, but some should not have a drivers license. My last experience was a driver that showed up 20+ minutes late and offered no apology. He was visibly unstable. Shaking. Cursing. At one point when we were entering the turnpike he cut off another car which tapped his horn to let us know he was there. The driver responded with laying on the horn, pounding the steering wheel, and yelling "I'm going to F__ing kill someone...". I reported the incident as it was happening to Andrews Transportation and never received a promised call back from the owner to ask for more details or to offer an apology. I also reported the incident to police. I will never use, and have rescinded my positive recommendation of this company to several other companies and individuals. read more
