The ride was easy to book online but if you need to change the reservation, you have to call a number and it's a guy picking up who doesn't answer the phone with the name of the company or anything, and he's also very abrupt. The driver was 15 minutes late picking up my mom - no notification - which made her frantic with anxiety and I had to stop her from driving herself. Pluses were that he was apparently a good driver and they made it in time but still: unnecessary agita in terms of booking and the lack of communication about being delayed.

Working with Ray was a real pleasure. He is well versed on customer service and satisfaction. The drivers name was Skip, he was very professional. He treated these teenagers like they were VIP's. They took 100's of pictures at the homes and the restaurant and he was very patient. Very friendly and even had birthday balloons in the limo. All had a wonderful time thanks to Ray and Skip. We did want them for the whole day, which was not a problem at all. The shuttle was very clean and beautiful black leather seats and purple party lights. There was even room in the back for all the décor and garments that needed to go to our wedding venue. Tracy was our driver and she was AWESOME! She helped us load and upload. She was personable and funny. She wasn't stressed that we left the venue a little later than scheduled (Or if she was she didn't show it). Tracy even asked if we would like to stop at sheetz or McDonalds on the way back to our hotel. There was a tight squeeze at the first drop off hotel because someone else was parked like a jerk and Tracy handled it like a BOSS. We even cheered her on! Never enter into a verbal agreement with Unique Limousine Service in Lancaster, PA. They quoted one…read moreprice and charged more than we agreed upon. When we called them on the overcharge the woman claimed i talked to someone else and that person was gone for the day and she could not give me a set price. I told her I had not authorized a charge that large and if she didn't charge me the agreed upon amount to cancel and refund my money. She said fine, but kept my money anyway. I am currently attempting to get my money back through the credit card company, they say it doesn't look good, limo services do this all the time. We were unable to attend the rehearsal dinner because we couldn't afford an amount more than we agreed upon. Beware!!!!! Apparently Limo services get away with this all the time. They don't tell you on the phone that once they've got your credit card number you essentially have given them whatever deposit they choose to pay themselves and unless you have something in writing from them with the agreed upon set amount, you are screwed, because the deposit they neglect to mention they are paying themselves is also non-refundable. They asked me for an email address and i told them i wasn't near a computer so i wouldn't receive it, but she insisted in case they needed to reach me later about anything. So i provided an email address which they apparently sent the cancellation and refund policy to knowing I would not be able to receive an e-mail until the following week. When i requested the service be cancelled because they voided the contract for service by charging an amount i did not agree to, they should have told me then they had no intention on refunding me my money. Instead she said fine when i said cancel and refund my money. If they had told us they would not refund our money, we would have used the service anyway rather than give them our hard earned money. I don't have money to give away, i don't know about any of you. But $244.00 is a lot of money for someone to receive without providing any service. And the service was cancelled hours before the driver would have dispatched, and within 5 minutes of the charge. These people were taking advantage of the fact that we desperately were attempting to get to the rehearsal dinner, and they thought we'd just roll over and pay whatever. Well, we didn't have the extra money to have an open ended charge so we missed the rehearsal dinner and my husband had a prominent role at the dinner. We were they only family of the groom to come from out of town and he was devastated we were unable to attend the rehearsal dinner, and very disappointed with Unique Limo because his friends at the hotel referred them. We've also told the hotel to take them off their referral list.

Would not recommend this business when it comes to your safety with the drivers they have on staff…read more It was very untasteful to witness this vehicle hug the back of another cars bumper at a high rate of speed.. the one to the left of it to be exact. Had there been people in that vehicle they would have all been in danger with that person behind the wheel. Do better, you're literally driving a huge billboard!

In Charlotte we messaged Unique, and without missing a beat, Tracy helped us navigate all of the changes. She arranged for a clean comfortable car to meet us for a rescheduled connection in Philadelphia. Seamless. Incredibly kind, professional team. Unfortunately, our experience with Premier Limousine was disappointing…read more I originally contacted them about transportation for a group cruise and initially estimated 12 passengers. Before making the reservation, I specifically updated them that our group had grown to 18 people and asked for additional information regarding their 23-passenger minibus. Based on the information provided, we discussed the price with our entire group, everyone agreed, and we moved forward with the online booking and paid a deposit. After the reservation was made, we were contacted and advised that although the minibus seats 23 passengers, it has very limited luggage storage and no underbelly storage. We were told that with 18 passengers, we should limit everyone to one suitcase each and that additional luggage could create a problem. We later asked specifically about carry-on bags, backpacks, garment bags, etc. and were then told that carry-on-sized suitcases would not fit in the overhead storage and that suitcases could not be kept in the passenger compartment due to safety regulations. At that point, the alternative presented to us was upgrading to a small motorcoach, which increased our round-trip cost from $2,433.60 to $3,384. My issue is not that there are luggage limitations on a minibus. I completely understand that different vehicles have different storage capacities and that safety requirements need to be followed. My disappointment is that this information was not communicated before we booked. We had already specifically disclosed that we had 18 passengers traveling to a cruise and had asked about the minibus before making the reservation. Luggage is obviously a significant consideration for 18 people traveling on a cruise, and knowing these limitations beforehand would have absolutely affected our decision. To their credit, they did bring the issue to our attention before the trip and confirmed that they would provide a full refund of our deposit if we chose to cancel. After discussing it with our group, that is ultimately what we decided to do because we did not want to risk luggage not fitting on the morning of our cruise. I appreciate that they notified us well in advance and agreed to refund our deposit, but the entire situation could have been avoided with more thorough communication before the booking was made. When someone specifically provides a passenger count and asks questions about a vehicle before committing to a reservation, important limitations like luggage capacity should be clearly explained at that time. Unfortunately, the experience left us disappointed and looking elsewhere for our transportation.

He also accommodated our overpacked luggage. Trip from Washington Dulles International Airport: Ruby was our pleasant, personable, and outstanding driver. My husband and I were starving after our long flights from Rotterdam to Dublin and then to Dulles International. Ruby kindly took us to Gettysburg Royal Farms to try their world-famous chicken before returning to Harrisburg. We also appreciated the cold water for our ride to and from the airport.
