They were on time and Willy was so nice about our 1 1/2 hour delay on the return trip. The cars were nice, new, & clean. Know worries about getting to the airport and knowing where to drop off or paying for parking. And in the middle of the night no worries about being tired and driving. I suggest that a confirmation paper be sent to the customer, shortly after the reservations are made. It should include the customer name(s). And the date, time, & location of the pickup, the flight out & the return flight. Also the phone numbers of the company & any drivers involved. And if the driver is changed the new driver should contact the customer with this information. The driver should contact the customer a week or so of the date and a text the day before and day of. This confirmation should list an itemized list of the costs and how the bill is being paid. I really think a confirmation paper would put the customers mind at ease and if there are any incorrect info that can be communicated. Again the drivers & cars were all great.

The ride to the airport was great, the driver was polite, on time, and got her there in plenty of time for her flight. However, the ride home was disasterous. She never received a confirmation call despite her flight being delayed due to weather conditions. She called the owner to confirm the reservation back, which he was disgruntled by the fact she was calling to confirm. Then the driver finally reached out with his information. When she arrived she was notified that driver had arrived and she should go to baggage claim. The driver claimed there was too much traffic to pick up at the designated rideshare pickup and he would have to go to another location. The driver should have been in the correct location knowing that traffic is part of the daily commuter problem coming in and out of Philadelphia. When she called to discuss with him, he was annoyed and dismissive of her request. She then again attempted to contact the owner with no response. She texted the owner what had happened and magically the driver got a phone call from the owner. The following ride home was concerning as the driver was on his phone and not abiding by the rules of the road. The owner called the following day not to apologize about the situation, but to act surprised that all of this had taken place. Despite the debacle, she tipped well because she felt like it was the right thing to do. This will be the last time we use such an unprofessional service. This was supposed to be a relaxing and calming experience due to the professionalism that is customary.

They still advertise that they use Town cars, but that is not what you get. For the drive to JFK, the driver showed up with a Kia Optima, their own personal vehicle which wasn't the cleanest and included a bumper sticker for their personal business. When I questioned Bri and Wyomissing Limo, she said they don't use town cars anymore, but the cars they provide are spacious. First, we paid town car rates-$750 round trip, and right on their website they state "Traveling alone? You'll enjoy traveling in our comfortable, luxurious town car. " On the return trip, we had an SUV that the backseat was so worn, their was no springs or cushioning, my back was killing me by the time I got home. My husband checked the Uber app, and for a round trip to JFK we could have had better cars, at a cheaper price including tolls and gratuity. Advertising you use Town cars and sending basically an Uber to us is deceptive advertising. My husband is 6'4", and the Town cars we had been given in the past were great. This time, both trips my husband's knees were squished against the seat in front of him. We never had received deceitful practices from the previous owners, but these newer owners are very deceptive with what they advertise on their website. We will NEVER use Wyomissing Limo again.

They pull out in front of you, and are just very aggressive drivers in general. However, the La Mexicana Express driver I encountered on Friday, 05/16/25 around 8:15 AM on N. 11th St., between Amity and Union, takes the cake and is the reason for this poor review. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a clear photo of the plate or car number, just a blurry photo. However, it was a metallic light-brown/bronze 4-door Chevrolet SUV. The gentleman appeared to be Latino, maybe 50 years old, heavier set, wearing a plain white t-shirt and white Polo baseball hat. As he very quickly sped up next to me, he got super close as if he was about to change lanes. Fearing I was in his blind spot, I gave a polite *beep beep* to essentially let him know I was there. This absolutely unhinged man then proceeded to swerve sharply, attempting to strike my vehicle, while yelling at me in Spanish. He then sped up a bit and break checked me three times- hard enough that my chest hit my steering wheel and my belongings flew off of my passenger seat, and almost sending me into parked cars. He absolutely chose to act this way because he saw that I was a female. The entire thing was so chaotic that other vehicles behind us stopped and stayed back. The most disheartening part? He chose to drive like a mentally unstable lunatic during a busy week day morning, at a time of day when parents and children are crossing the street to walk to school at the very nearby 13th and Union Elementary School. He literally could have killed a walking child. A few minutes later, as I stopped at the Wawa down the street on Rockland, I immediately called La Mexicana. I spoke to a polite female by the name of Jenny, who confirmed she was pretty sure she knew who the driver/vehicle was, and that he was currently at a stop on Moss St, still nearby. She took my information, and let me know that I could expect a call from the manager, Ere, on Monday. It's now Thursday, and no call from Ere. Incredibly disappointing that La Mexicana doesn't seem to care that they have a complete nut case, and not to mention a liability to them, representing their company. If you see a La Mexicana Express car on the road, stay away from them, and certainly don't patronize their business.
