Incredibly subpar service for traveling in groups with minors. Overall cost was much higher than if…read morewe booked through the airline directly, and the company made no efforts to walk us through the steps needed to get every child checked in prior to the flight. All children were listed as unaccompanied minors, even if their parent was traveling as a chaperone, making checking in very difficult and stressful. They also never told us that upon arrival we should be checking in directly with an attendant, as they should have our boarding passes preprinted for us, which would have saved over two hours of time at the kiosks. When the return flight was delayed and we had questions, the person assisting us was dismissive and stated 'they can help you more when you get there, so you'll have to wait'. Unless improvements are made to customer service, I would not recommend this company for group travel, especially with minors, as nearly every step of the travel process was made more difficult.
