Incredibly subpar service for traveling in groups with minors. Overall cost was much higher than if we booked through the airline directly, and the company made no efforts to walk us through the steps needed to get every child checked in prior to the flight. All children were listed as unaccompanied minors, even if their parent was traveling as a chaperone, making checking in very difficult and stressful. They also never told us that upon arrival we should be checking in directly with an attendant, as they should have our boarding passes preprinted for us, which would have saved over two hours of time at the kiosks. When the return flight was delayed and we had questions, the person assisting us was dismissive and stated 'they can help you more when you get there, so you'll have to wait'. Unless improvements are made to customer service, I would not recommend this company for group travel, especially with minors, as nearly every step of the travel process was made more difficult. read more

A few months ago my now wife and I emailed the Travel Haus seeking help. We were 4 four months away from a date we had planned to get married. The travel agent we were working with for close to a month stopped returning our calls. We were confused and desperate and felt lost. Liza Leister from the travel Haus replied to our 911 email and within minutes she was coaching, advising and helping us plan our destination wedding . Our wedding was in Jamaica and we had from Feb to the end of June to get ready and get married. We would love to tell you that it was a walk through the park but it wasn't. We had over 40 friends and family members that told us they wanted to join us. Liza and her crew jumped right in and held our hands. She looked up flights from NY,PA,MI,LA,MD, DC and VA for everyone , while creating a flyers with rates to email to every , she worked with our wedding consultants at the resort to make sure everything was the way we needed it to be there. We had a few friends that backed out after promising they would come, couple that with a few other unexpected let downs. With all that going on there were two things certain 1. We were getting married no matter what ( ), 2. Liza was a professional all along. Words cannot express how grateful we are to you and the rest of the staff at Travel Haus.
