I was going to Lucky Strike in Philadelphia with a group I am involved with and we took Mid-Atlantic Limousine. The limo was very large and made up of large cushions rather than specific seats, which was nice. Further, the walkway was very large as well and the food was high, so getting around was a breeze, especially compared to other party buses. The driver was professional throughout the time and arrived on time. The driver also got us to Lucky Strike very quickly. The bus also had some cool amenities including overhead party lights, a mini-refrigerator and a Bluetooth speaker. Many of the guests loved the speaker as they could connect music through their phones to the bus. Altogether, this is a great bus company with nice staff and amenities. read more

I recently had a medical emergency in my family and had to cancel within 24 hrs. Despite my thorough explanation, they charged me the full fee, including gratuity!! In conversations with various drivers, the "gratuity" the company changes on their bill never reaches the drivers. Poor management and sleazy operations. Use Paoli Limo instead. read more

Great overall experience with MidAtlantic Limo. We had the 14 person SUV which was completely decked out. Booking was easy, driver was on time and friendly, and the evening a success. I would recommend MidAtlantic to anyone planning an event. Many thanks to Dan and his team. Book these guys with confidence. read more

I was looking for a limo service for our wedding in May and was utterly disappointed in the customer service. I called for terms of their contract (which was enticing) and when it was time for signing the contract, the terms were different. I confronted Dan (the manager) about this and he was completely unwilling to go with the quoted terms his staff offered me. And then, while I called later in the day confronting the discrepancy, he stated it was my fault for not catching this with my initial 5 min. review of the document. Furthermore, he was completely unprofessional as I was being cussed out (inadvertently) as he thought he had hung up the phone while leaving a voice mail. Would not recommend this company.....not worth the aggravation... read more

We have used Mid Atlantic for many trips and weddings. Every time has been outstanding. This last trip our driver was Lucian. He was excellent! If there were more stars they would get them all! Use Mid Atlantic for all your events and travel. read more

I just booked a party limo bus for a Saturday in January. So far, they have been SO ACCOMODATING and have worked with me to try to give me exactly what I want. I am very impressed with the staff and can finish the review after my party. read more

A complete disaster. I called more than 2 weeks ahead of time to set up round trip service from my home in Glen Mills to Kennett Square for 9 people. I was told that 2 cabs would suffice, as we could squeeze 4 people in the back of one of the cabs since we had several very petite people in our party. I called again at 1:30 on the day of the reservation just to confirm and was told that yes, we were all set to be picked up at 6:15 and would be picked up for the return trip at 11. When 6:15 rolled around and there was no cab and no call, I wasn't worried... yet. By 6:25, I was starting to get worried, as we had reservations at 7 and needed to leave by 6:35 to be on time. I was told by the dispatcher that my cabs were on their way to my house and would arrive "any minute." Finally, at 6:45, I received a call from one of the cabs who said he was on his way and that he was West Chester... which is a good 20 minutes from my house. At this point, I was starting to see red, and I told the very surprised driver that his arriving at my house 5 minutes AFTER dinner was supposed to start would not be helpful. I then called the main number back, and after explaining that failing to honor my reservation and then lying about it was not acceptable, I was told "I'm just the dispatcher, I'll have a manager call you back." Needless to say, I still haven't heard from a manager and am not expecting a call back anytime soon. Fortunately, my story had a happy ending, as one person in our party was able to drive and we were able to get an Uber fairly quickly, so we were only 15 minutes late to dinner. As far as Mid-Atlantic Express Cab goes, failing to keep my reservation + lying about the reservation = 0 stars. Would not recommend using this company under any circumstances. read more

In my group of friends, I'm often the one to coordinate concerts and events. I've booked with a few limo companies in the Philadelphia region, but none compare to the level of service from Mid Atlantic. Friday I believe was the sixth time I've booked with this company. We usually get the SUV stretch, but when there was a problem with that limo for a Dave Matthews concert, they sent a huge limo bus at no additional charge. Very professional. The communication prior to our event date is always clear and the driver arrives early. I can't express how easy and comforting it is to deal with a company so well run. When I need a limo, I no longer call anyone other than Mid Atlantic. I highly recommend them. read more

Fantastic experience!! I used Mid-Atlantic twice in one night for my wife's 30th birthday. We had two drivers, Gary and Chuck. They were on time and very friendly. I had a town car take my wife and I to dinner. Then I had a party bus filled with my wife's friends pick us up at the restaurant and drive us into Philly. Everyone in the party had an absolute blast! Now on to Clarabelle. Big shout out to her!! She was awesome and deserves a raise. She was very accommodating and made the whole process stress free. After my first call to her I knew I was going to book with Mid-Atlantic and not have to shop around for other businesses. It was an overall great evening and I would recommend Mid-Atlantic to anyone who is looking to have a fun stress free evening!! read more

I am never driving myself to the airport again! We have used Mid-Atlantic twice now. The service both times was excellent, and it starts from the time you place the call. I am going to call for my next trip as soon as I am done with this review! read more

bad experience. seeking limo ride for a friend who was arriving at philly airport. there was a small snow storm that day and i accept that that can cause issues with availability. but they told me they had availability and kept me on the phone 25 minutes (i looked at my phone when i hung up) getting all the information and my credit card etc.....only to say after 25 minutes that they were not taking my limo order. if they had said right away, sorry bad day not available fine. but the way they handled it really made me mad. the flight in question was on time. from the other reviews sounds like a good company but they get an F for me for this particular experience. read more

I used Mid Atlantic for my bachelorette party based on them appearing at my wedding venue's open house and the beautiful new party bus displayed. They pulled a bait and switch the day of my event. I spoke with them the week of and week prior to my event to confirm the details and never once did they mention that the bus I ordered was now in the shop. The day of when I complained they told me the bus I ordered had been in the shop for a few weeks. They then hiked up the charges and provided me with a small discount due to the change in price for a bus with a pole vs one without. The short is, with all of the limo company's out here I highly recommend you look elsewhere. They will not communicate with you any vehicle changes ahead of time. They will leave you stuck the day of so that you have no option to make other arrangements. I searched after the fact and found another review where they did something similar. read more
