Min was extremely helpful in coordinating our party bus on short notice. I reached out Thursday to book a bus for Saturday and Min had a bus and a driver ready for us in no time. Truthfully, It ended up being even better than I had imagined. The driver Aladdin arrived early, he was extremely friendly, the bus was clean, and Aladdin was always on time to pick us up from one stop to the next. Long story short... very unprofessional (in the sense of no receipts, contracts, and the attitude) and TERRIBLE customer service. We talked on June 8th for my BACH June 25th to 27th and we discussed everything $500 for the rides both days + $100 as a tip for the driver. I left a $150 deposit, and moved on. Everything was great. Come DAY OF MY BACH... I call Min at 8 AM to pay the balance due $350 and he okayed it, confined time and he said "Please text me your address and time again" I sent all the info... 30 min go by, Min texts me and says it's $600 + 20% gratuity for the driver. I texted back saying "we agreed on a price and I've already put a deposit down" I immediately called him and said this is unbelievable it's the DAY OF my Bach and your wanting to charge me more??? WTF. After TONS of arguing and yelling over the phone FROM MIN, he said he'd call me back in 15 min, he's gotta look at his "notes" I decided to call back immediately and just ask to get a full refund. He refuses to refund me my FULL amount. So unpredictable and unprofessional. I even told him, "this is insane, your yelling at me over the phone, speaking over me, telling me I misunderstood, and I'm in the wrong, and I'm just trying to get one up on him. No way. In the same phone call, my friend got on the phone and talked to him... turns out he's completely OK with taking the loss and still is gonna pick us up at 2 and Sunday as well AFTER I asked for a full refund. PLEASE explain to me if it's really $600 + 20% gratuity... how you gave in so easily to just $500 + $100 for the driver. I'm very upset that I couldn't have the party bus for my BACH when I was planning on it and day of BACH WKND he wants to charge me more -- NO WAY. He ended up refunding me the $350 through Venmo and currently still waiting for the $150 from my CC. If you decide to do business with Min, I HIGHLY suggest getting an invoice, receipts, confirmations, everything to make sure it goes SMOOTHLY. Although I don't recommend it. read more

We went with 17 people in the party bus from Brigantine to Bally's Casino. We had such an EPIC time. The party bus was very affordable cheaper than Uber and we truly did ride in style!!!!!!!!!!!! We enjoyed it so much we took the big stretch hummer home too! He was on time, and even waited patiently for our friends to come get in!!!! Min is the BEST! I highly recommend! read more

I used Party Transportation for my April 2023 wedding at Eastlyn in Vineland. We used a party bus for transporting the bridal party and then to use as the hotel shuttle. Min was so easy to communicate with, the prices can't be beat, and our driver Nick was the absolute best. There was a mix up with the hotel putting the wrong guests on our bus (seriously) and Nick handled communicating with me, getting those guests back where they needed to be, AND getting our guests to our venue on time. At 3:48pm, we called for a 6:30pm reservation. At 5:00pm, we got a phone call asking us to move our reservation to 6:00pm so that the driver could pick up another party at 6:45pm. We agreed, although, I wasn't happy with the way the conversation went. The drive to A.C. was fine. Driver was nice, bus was clean, music was good (hence the 2 stars). We were told "When you are ready to be picked up, give us 20 minutes notice." I asked if we pay round trip up front or do we pay each way. The driver left it up to us & STUPIDLY, we decided to pay round trip in full. Skip ahead to 1:00am, we called for our pick up, 20 minutes later, no driver. 1:30am, we called again & were told that it would be at least another 30 minutes for our pick up & there was nothing he could do. I was already annoyed from the earlier pick up time, so this "30 minutes more" wasn't flying with us. Plus, our group was fading fast. We got another ride home, paid additional money & lost the money that we already paid to this guy. Don't waste your time or money with this company. EDIT: Within minutes of this review the owner reached out to me to offer a refund & further explanation of why our pick up was to be so delayed. Up'd to 4 stars for that. read more

We had the best experience with Min and Party Transportation. He was responsive and super simple to book and pay. He was early, the bus was clean and had blue tooth to play our music. He drove us all around Cape May County and even ran out to get us drinks for the ride home. I can't recommend him and his business enough! read more
