We hired First Class for my sister's wedding and also the bachelorette party. Since my family had already booked them for the wedding, First Class hooked us up with discounted pricing for the bachelorette party which was great. For both occasions, the drivers were pretty well-versed with all of the stops we wanted to make. I'm sure providing all of this info ahead of time helped. I thought the driver on the day of the wedding was particularly awesome. He not only knew each stop in two different states without needing help from anyone in the bridal party but he also handled the gigantic limo bus really well and always found a convenient place to park. The limo bus we had for the wedding was pretty incredible. We fit sixteen people easily and could have fit more. There was tons of space, plenty of handrails and even a stripper pole. Yup. I was a passenger on one of these limos because a great friend of mine got married last weekend. I almost feel bad writing this review because previous reviewers found their experience to be amazing, but our experience was NOT. The women were set to leave the hotel and head to the venue from the hotel at 145, but somehow, the wrong limo arrived to pick up the men and that caused the women to have to leave later than planned. When the driver came to get us, he remained seated with his seat belt on, despite the fact that we were women in gowns and despite the fact that we were late and it wasn't our fault. He was an older gentleman who was unaware of chivalry and clearly wasn't interested in putting on airs for this group of beauties: he was here to take us to our destination and get on about his day. We got moving to our venue and the limo was hot. Not like a spring day, but sweltering like the heat was on full blast. The driver was pretty sure we had turned on the heat, but it's June, we're in gowns and trying not to sweat off our makeup. When we got on the limo bus, it was hot. When we got off, it was no cooler. There are so many good reviews here that it seems like our experience was a one off but it's frustrating because my BFF and her bridesmaids deserved better. The vehicle was beautiful, but the service made the experience unforgettable in the worst way. I'm editing this review because the owner reached out to me. I appreciate how straightforward you were John and I appreciate the effort that was made to financially remedy the frustration that my best friend felt that day.
