Recently used Albert's for a wedding. Vans AC was not working. Driver was rude, never introduced himself, never assisted the bride with getting on or off. When asked about the AC stated "it's on". Pathetic customer relations. Will not use or recommend. The venue is well aware and will not recommend them to anyone. read more

I have used Albert's in the past and have booked them again for an event this summer. I love that I am able to requests quotes online, make a decision, and call in to book and pay over the phone. You do not have to fill a contract in-person. Receipts are emailed which is great for record keeping. The drivers are always early, well dressed and extremely polite. The interiors of the fleet vehicles are impeccable and many include soft drinks and snacks which the kids in my niece's sweet 16 LOVED! Please note they offer shuttles which are a great option for weddings or other large parties. Albert's prices were significantly better than other South Jersey transportation companies. read more

Albert's has been my go-to transportation service to and from the Philadelphia International Airport for the past year. They are a first class act starting with the receptionist(s)...it goes a long way to say that you can "see" the smiling face just listening to the kind and friendly voice over the phone. The drivers are always on time, professional, courteous and their fleet of vehicles are tidy, clean and comfortable. As with most transportation services, they charge a flat rate which varies depending on what type of vehicle you book but reasonable; plus 20% gratuity and a $5.00 parking fee (for the airport). Please note that these are all up-front charges (including tip/gratuity), so an additional tip at the drop off is strictly at your own discretion. They always confirm your reservation a day head via e-mail to include all the pertinent details of your pick-up and drop off to ensure you're good to go. I emailed for a quote and sent the below info. "Comments: Price quote to pick up 2 people at house in Marlton on morning of 8/27/17 at 5:30 am. Then pick up 3 more at another house in Marlton and take all to philly airport. Will need pick up service on Thursday 8/31/17 at 2:30 pm." They email me a quote for $303. I call to book it and make the reservation. They then email me a confirmation with a new price of $333. When I asked why it was $30 more they said "because there are two pick up locations." I cancelled the reservation. This is not good business. If they made a mistake in quoting then honor the quote. Do the right thing. If I failed to mention a second pick up then that's on me. If it's your mistake, then it's on you. I would have liked to have given them a chance but it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. read more

Super disappointed in Albert's. We had a $100 gift card to use, the gift card stated minimum of $325 in services for wedding party/ bachelorette party. We wanted to use this for our wedding to transport to Newark airport for our wedding party- which was over the $325 minimum. They refused to let me use the gift card and told me it "bad business". The receptionist was trying to be helpful, but I received a phone call back from Joe who was a true POS. Would give this place a 0 out 5 if I could. read more

I made arrangements with Albert's for a group to be transported to the cruise port in Bayonne NJ on a Sunday and picked up the following Sunday. From the moment that they arrived I knew that I had made a wise choice. The bus was immaculate and looked brand new. The driver was very professional in every aspect- including his appearance- and was helpful in getting all of our luggage on board and settling us in. He was an excellent driver and we literally had door to door service. On the Sunday of our return, I received a text from our driver that he was in the parking lot and I was to let him know when we were through customs. When I did, he came to our exact location, loaded all of our bags and drove us home safely. This driver was different from our first but was just as professional, courteous and again, an excellent driver. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and we use them again for all of my transportation needs. read more

Our driver John did a great job getting all of our guests to the venue on time by navigating the back roads to the Merion. The Luxury Coach for 28 was clean and spacious. Completely unethical and shady business practices, and extremely rude manager who threatened to take all of our money. AVOID. My fiance called Albert's Limo on Friday morning (9/5/14) for an estimation for a shuttle for our wedding guests, and told the associate that he spoke to (Betty Hicks) that he was unsure if a shuttle was necessary yet. She advised him to put a deposit down without disclosing any financial policies to him at the time. At the end of the business day, my fiance finally received an email confirmation of his reservation, which stated that the deposit was more than 80% of the full value and that it was non-refundable. Upon receiving this email, he called back to cancel and had to leave a message with another employee (Matt). When we finally received a call back from Betty on Monday (9/8), she said the email confirmation had been sent to the wrong address at first, which is why it took so long to receive it. When I asked her to explain the refund policy to me, she was very inconsistent as to what percentage they take, and could not explain it other than "that's what we do." At this point, I asked to speak to the manager, and got a call back several hours later from Bob Schaivo. Mr. Schaivo very aggressively told me that I was lucky to be getting any refund at all, when I pointed out that it was unethical and fraudulent to fail to disclose any financial policies at the time if the transaction, especially because the transaction happened verbally and over the phone. He also changed the refund policy several times while on the phone with me, first saying they have to cover a 3% credit card processing fee, then 6% because they have to run the card number twice, and finally 10% because "that's just our policy." When I pointed out the discrepancy in his statement and his failure to disclose the policy before we made the transaction, and let him know that at this point, I would be filing a complaint with the BBB, he said to me "Well fine, I'll just take all of your money and not give you anything. You can do whatever you want. This conversation is done." before hanging up on me. read more

This is my first ever yelp review, because I thought that Albert's was so fantastic and deserves the good review and hopefully future business. I rented a 14-passenger van to take us from Mt. Laurel to Philly and back for a bachelorette party. The price was the most affordable we found. The staff were always quick to get back to me and flexible when we needed to change our pick-up time. Our driver, Jay, showed up on time, was patient with us throughout the night as we bounced around to different places, and so incredibly friendly. We couldn't have been happier! The worst customer service ever. The customer service rep Matt was going over the available vans for me to use as well as gave me the quotes for 2 of them and was looking into a 3rd for availability. He said he will call me back shortly as well as hold the one vehicle he already gave me pricing for. Of course he never called me back that day and I followed up with him first thing the following day and he acted like he never quoted me anything and said those vehicles are not available. Fortunately, I was able to get a vehicle from Trophy Limousines who were professional as well as cheaper for the same vehicles that they have. I would definitely go with Trophy Limousines for all of your needs. read more

From the easy reservation experience with the receptionist to the beautiful luxury vehicle, Albert's was top notch. I was given an exact quote, with tax and gratuity included, that was lower than surrounding car services. They called the day before to confirm the details and that nothing had changed. They picked up the author visiting our school on time in a beautiful, clean Cadillac and the driver was polite, friendly and professional the whole time. Bait and switch. No other words for it. We put down a deposit for a brand new bus that had white leather seats and were to make final payment after the wedding when it was determined how much time we had spent. Instead, 4 days prior to our wedding they made us pay in full. (Should have known then something was up!) They sent to the church a dirty used bus with purple and grey fabric seats. Far cry from new and not a darn thing we could do about it on the day of our wedding! When we asked for some money back they refused even when they admitted they had sent a totally inferior vehicle. PLUS, I knew of these folks from my membership in the Chamber of Commerce!!! So, be warned. These folks have no ethics. read more

We have used Albert's Limo for over 10 years now. The reasons are many but include prompt pick-up. clean new vehicles, professional drivers and the friendliest reservation staff anywhere. They track flights and notify you if there has been a change, often before the airlines. Their coverage is from the Philly area as well as MD through NYC. Going to a club, a play, a museum or restaurant you will travel in style and the driver will patiently wait until you are ready to return. Likewise, all airports in the region are covered and they will assure you get to the airport in plenty of time for your flight. We have had many of their drivers and all are excellent. One, in particular deserves a call-out, Al Newman. I just arrived from a two week business trip and was pretty much brain dead. Unthinking, I left my wallet in the Limo. An hour later, the doorbell rang and Al was there with my wallet. He was switching vehicles after my ride and happened to see it as he was doing his post drive checkout of the vehicle. I needed to get a limo or car to drive my parents (both 80) , my aunt (79) and my brother and niece from Pennsauken Nj to my daughter's wedding in Philly. Friends recommended Albert's and I couldn't have been more pleased. From the reservation with Joe to the day of pick up - everyone was personable and very professional. I was trusting my wonderful parents to someone else. and Albert's really came through. They cam in a beautiful new Navigator to take them to St. Augustine's church. They actually waited while they were at Mass and then took them to Cescaphe Ballroom. For the return trip, I asked them to come by 10:20PM and they actually had a stretch limo and surprised them with that (no extra charge). r parents said the drive was smooth and they always felt tended too. The worst service. We had a Friday wedding and it started at 4pm and the venue was 20mins away from the hotel. The driver took the longest way possible and wouldn't go a different route even when asked repeatedly. I had to get a ride with someone else since I was already late for my own wedding and the second shuttle trip was nowhere to be found. He also hit a road sign and was texting on his phone while driving. He then left the venue for 2 hours and didnt return until we called him. And then at the end of the night he stood around for 30mins and wouldnt make the first trip back to the hotel until I made him even though the shuttle was already full. He was completely clueless. We called to speak with the manager the following week and all he did was make excuses and NEVER offerred to make it right. When told about the driver hitting a sign, he said it was not a big deal and the shuttle is big so it happens. He then said that the driver doesnt take highways after 3pm and that it took longer because of traffic, excuse after excuse. And that he "disappeared" for 2 hours because he went back to the office for a while as they normally do but came back as soon as we called (60 mins later). Clear instructions were given to him on what, and when, and where we needed him. None of this normal practice of going back to the office or taking back roads after 3pm was disclosed or discussed before booking. They said that they only book full days(7+ hours) and not just a few hours so that the shuttle can stay with us in case anyone needs to go back to the hotel. So why did I have to pay for him not being there when I needed him and then added gratuity for clueless driver who cant follow instructions? I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as advising the wedding venue to make sure no one EVER uses them again, which I'm sure they already know from seeing the debacle. They ruined our wedding. Beware of their shady business practices and make sure they dont ruin your day. Their other bad reviews confirm their actions as we were not the only ones who had issues with them. read more
