I've been a customer of Galaxy for many years and this time I needed helped as a solo flyer. From my first call to Linda and Kirk to my limo arrival with Joe at the helm, I was very blessed. Great conversation to the airport in Philadelphia and even offered to take my picture for my daughter who awaited my arrival in TX. With Bill arriving for my ride back to PA., he was terrific. The traffic was a mess and he had the "inside scoop" to get through the area at peak travel time safely. I'm thankful for this amazing team and know I'll continue to use them with all my travels going forward. I recommended them to a friend who is a Uber "junky" and he and his wife are new converts. Thank you to Kirk, Linda, Joe, Bill and your entire team. I am thankful for your years of experience and professionalism. Paula Bridge read more

Galaxy Limo was a stellar experience from beginning to end. Getting a quote and making the reservation was quick and easy and the price was more than reasonable. We booked a round trip to Newark airport which was flawless. Our driver Clint is such a lovely man. We really enjoyed talking with him during both legs of our journey. He was on time and drove safely. Pick-up at Newark airport upon our return was super. We were totally exhausted. Clint was waiting for us to take our luggage from our weary hands and bring us to the car. We will only use Galaxy from now on when we need a ride to any airport or event. read more

They did a great job. On time for a very early pickup and we're there waiting when we landed. Aaron was great. Will be using them again when we travel next year. read more

Galaxy Limo was great! They were responsive, on time, and the drivers were very professional. The cars were clean. One driver had to wait for me for a long time after our plane was late. He was patient, and continued to email me with his location. He found me in minutes after I exited baggage claim. I was very grateful for his patience. Their prices were very competitive. I will definitely use Galaxy again. read more

Our son got married to a wonderful woman and the day was perfect. What helped make it so perfect was the excellent choice for a limousine company. The original F-350 we were suppose to get had some issues. They upgraded us. We were all surprised to see this big bus looking limo drive up. There was so much room inside. Lights going in different colors, a fire burning on a fireplace on every TV screen, a mini bar, music going. It was fantastic!!! And the vehicle was super clean inside & out. Couldn't have a better driver. He was so accommodating. Very professional. His name is Luis Miranda. He was great with our whole wedding party. A great driver with a great personality. Would definitely use Galaxy Limousine, Inc. in the future. And of course, we would have to special request Luis. Thank you greatly for such a great experience. Everyone so enjoyed ourselves!!! read more

I rented one of their big limousine buses for a wedding. I spent a lot of money for an 9 hour window. On the day of the wedding the driver informed me that they will only drive back and forth between the hotel and the wedding venue. This was troublesome for me because we had family members at other locations that we were planning on picking up. What limo company gives restrictions on where you can go locally? When I called the owner Kirk he said it's "not an uber" and they are only contracted to drive back and forth between the 2 locations that were in the contract. I was under the impression for $1200 I could take the limo where I wanted locally and pick up family members before the wedding. We also wanted to stop at a bar for a drink in between pictures but that wasn't allowed either. Rip off and terrible customer service...... read more

What more could we have asked for to celebrate a 50th birthday party in New. York City! The limo was terrific, the driver was on time and knew his way around Manhattan, got us to the party on time, picked us up when requested, and drove us home. The limo was well stocked with water, soda, chips, ice, glasses, etc. And best of all, our driver was professional, fun, and a terrific guy (thanks Rob!). We highly recommend Galaxy Limo and will be using their services again! Howard & Michele Pisetzner read more

5 star service all around. Spoke with Kirk on the phone and arranged car service to a concert for me and my wife. Our driver, Clint, showed up in a beautiful Cadillac. The entire process and experience was fantastic. Special appreciation to Clint. He made the journey very enjoyable. read more

Absolutely amazing experience. Ice, soda, water, and snacks were all provided. I recommend Galaxy to anyone looking for a limo company. Our driver was so accommodating and was extremely helpful when it came to wedding pictures. They really made our special day even better. read more

I used Galaxy Limousine to take my family to and from the airport for our recent vacation. We had excellent service both trips. The drivers were friendly, helpful and extremely professional. The vehicle was clean, well equipped and fit our party of seven very comfortably, even with all of our luggage. I would highly recommend them. read more

We reserved the 24 passenger Limo Bus for our wedding in downtown Philadelphia. The driver called the day before the event to confirm the details of the day and was very friendly. She arrived on time and did a great job of navigating Philadelphia in rush hour traffic. The Limo Bus was as expected and we really appreciated their service. Highly recommended! read more

If I could give them more stars I would. Rented the stretch SUV for my son's wedding. All they had to do was bring boys to church, then girls, then for pictures, then to reception. But, they did all that and more. The father of the bride arrived late to the church because he had trouble figuring out how to put on the rental tux. The Limo driver got him dressed and ready in 2 minutes! He got the wedding lined up and helped everyone know when to walk, because you know despite the rehearsal no one ever remembers. Then he got everyone out to Washington Crossing for pictures. Being a November wedding, the weather was cold. He parked as close as he could to the picture area, and when they got into the limo, the heat was on full blast and there were hot pretzels for everyone! The owners really go out of their way to assure that their customers are comfortable and happy with the service. I am more than happy to recommend them. read more

My wedding date was originally scheduled for September 12, 2020 but due to Covid 19 we had decided to move the reception date to May 1, 2021. Galaxy Limo was able to accommodate the move of the limo. But as the May 1 date got closer and the virus hadn't subsided and the vaccine was not fully distributed in early 2021 we had moved our date again to Sept 2021. As a result of moving the wedding date again the limo bus was no longer needed. All vendors were supportive and cooperative however Galaxy Limo was not. We had requested our deposit back and Kirk indicated he was unable to reimburse due to not being able to schedule another client for the May 1, 2021 date. A week before May 1 I received a call from Kirk advising there was an issue with the Limo bus. When I spoke with him I reminded him that we cancelled however had not received our deposit back. In the conversation he advised he was calling me about the May 1 wedding because he was double booked. When I requested the deposit back since he was able to utilize the bus on that date he changed why he was calling. He then stated he had "remembered" we had cancelled and was calling to confirm. read more

Rude and unprofessional, and an appalling attitude toward prospective customers. I called to inquire about availability, and a woman at Galaxy quoted me a price on a vehicle for the specific date. I wanted to ask my fiance if the timing would work, so I asked if I could call back. When I did call back, a man answered the phone and told me (1) the original quoted price was incorrect because they charge more for weddings, (2) he accused me of not telling the original sales rep that the limo was for a wedding (which is not true) and (3) they did not have any cars available anyways because HIS daughter was getting married on Saturday and he was not going to allow any cars to be sent out. If they are going to treat potential customers like this, I am afraid to think of how they treat customers who have booked with them. read more

Senior prom. Ford Explorer SUV. Limo was immaculate and there were water bottles on ice. NO issue with vehicle. Driver was not what we expected. Would not allow the kids to use some of the features of the limo. i.e., darken the car so they could turn lights on. Dropped them off at the LOADING DOCK of the venue! Intimidated them to leave an hour early. Kids arrived home half hour early. We contracted 6 hours and did not get 6 hours. Guess he wanted to get home! Emaile dth ecompany and no answer to the problem as of yet. I would say "poor" customer service. read more

Kirk and his team were phenomenal! I used him twice: once for my West African ceremony and reception, and a couple days later for my actual wedding. Both times the service and professionalism was exceptional. Both times they showed up a little early and called me to let me know they had arrived. They gave me plenty of time, and were great at helping me in and out of the limo. The limos were clean, well maintained, and spacious. They also provided water and sodas in the limo which came in handy. For each of my events, we had multiple planned stops along the way. We arrived at each location on time and seamlessly. On top of the great limos, and great service, the price was very reasonable for the custom limos Kirk has in his fleet. I shopped around and other options were either more expensive, or lacked in quality. Hiring Kirk and his team I didn't have to think about transportation or worry about it for a second. Thank you for your awesome service, amazing limos, and a stress-free wedding day. read more

Have used Galaxy several times in the past 6 months, to and from PHL. They are excellent. Always on time, friendly and polite. You can't beat the price as well. Great company. read more

We reserved transportation through Galaxy for round trip transfer to and from Newark airport. We live over an hour from the airport. We booked 2 weeks in advance and I have paperwork to prove it. First, we were told the driver would call us the night before we were leaving for the airport to confirm. No one called. We contacted them the next morning and they told us the driver was sick but they would find another driver and they would call us later that morning. No one called. We called them again and they did send someone to pick us up and transported us to the airport. However, they FORGOT to send a driver to pick us up from the airport when we returned. We had traveled 11 hours to get home from Europe to find out no one was coming to pick us up. Unbelievable! We found alternative transportation home. We have yet to hear from Galaxy to apologize for leaving us stranded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

Our family has used Galaxy Limousine in Levittown twice in the past two weeks. The first time was in late October and we had Dee as our driver. She showed up early and the limo was in perfect condition and had plenty of snacks, soda, water and ice. She was very nice and professional. The second time was the first weekend in November where we had the whole family in a huge limo going down to the city. Again the limo showed up early (which other companies show up on time or late). He was great, drove us everywhere very professional and courteous. I left my phone behind late Saturday night hidden under the television and the owner even went back in on Sunday so that I could get my phone from the limo. AAA+ service and you could not beat the price! Will highly recommend and will definitely use again. read more

Great service. Very professional staff. Used Galaxy two times for rides to Newark airport. One driver refused to go down a street "without police" ....we went a little out of our way to get to the turnpike. If we missed our flight because of this, my wife and I would have been upset. Luckily we made it on time. It was only Green ln in levittown...I drive down that road all the time...not sure why...but overall great service read more

I can't say enough about Galaxy limousine service!!! I needed a ride to the airport for an 8:30AM flight to Orlando. Jim picked me up at exactly 6:00, when he said he would. I came back a week later and Chuck was right where they said he would be when I came down on the elevator. Both men were friendly and extremely professional. The cars were immaculate and very comfortable. I would never hesitate to use Galaxy again nor would I hesitate to refer my friends and neighbors to them. Great job guys. Thanks for being there!!! read more

I used this company for a night out with a party bus. The woman on the phone was very polite and gave me all the information. When I went into the office to book it, I was treated very well by a very knowledgeable owner. He gave me tips on making my night out more enjoyable. The driver that picked us up was very professional. He came right to the house to pick us up. We had a party of about 20. He waited very patiently and my 2 kids just adored him. The ride out was very entertaining. The party bus has everything we needed. We were treated very well and he even drove us around just so we could enjoy ourselves on the bus for the remaining time we had it booked for. I am going to use this service whenever I need a limo or party bus and I highly recommend it to everyone. read more
