On the return, though takeoff had been delayed, we arrived an hour earlier than scheduled. I was concerned because my physical condition had altered and waiting would be difficult. The driver had already checked the flight and changes. He made the necessary changes to be in time, handled the baggage and my anxiety. Just as I said there would be a week earlier. I waited an hour and fourth minutes past our agreed upon meeting time before the driver finally called and told me to walk three blocks dragging my bags to a random parking lot where he was waiting. Again with the weaving in and out of traffic and cutting people off, just not as bad. The driver's attitude stunk. He was not apologetic. He had the opportunity to make up his lack of professionalism on the return trip and he just did the same thing. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wouldn't want someone else to have a bad experience like this, waste your money, almost miss your cruise, and be in danger with poor driving. Just not good.

When…read moreI called to reconfirm my service I spoke with the owner who assured me I would be taken care of. The driver was provided my name and number and called me when he was about 15 minutes away. I traveled from Philadelphia to JFK airport with 18 people in my group. We had two vans and a luggage trailer which provided a comfortable ride there and back. The driver provided clear instructions for the return service and even though I was out of the country and 8 hours ahead of the US, I was able to leave a voicemail. When I landed back at JFK I had a voicemail from the driver letting me know that he was there. I wish the process to get through customs and immigration and retrieve luggage was faster because the driver had to wait even longer. We made a rest stop about half way through our journey which allowed people to use the restroom and grab something to drink. I will definitely use Priority Shuttle in the future. Updated 4/9/19: I used Priority Transportation for the second time to take 8 of us from Philadelphia to Newark Airport. Pick-up and drop-off were timely. He arrived early with a route already planned out, navigated perfectly, made a pit stop for us, and got us there with time to spare. The van was new, spacious and clean. We felt like we were riding in style. We got the quote super fast through Yelp and all the support staff were professional and kind. It was about a week's time between when we got the quote and when we decided to book and the staff was super patient with us. This experience was worth every penny. I'd do it again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.
