    She was supposed to be at my house at 3:30 but was just arriving to the venue.

    I hired this company for my wedding on 6/5/21. Two stops in total, one to pick up the groomsmen and take to the venue, then a second stop to pick up the bridesmaids & bride and take to the venue. The drive each way is only 30 minutes. It took the driver a total 1hour for the first stop. Myself (the bride) and my entire bridal party had to find alternate transportation last minute so we wouldn't miss my wedding ceremony. Their manager Ron, who I spoke with about the incident was extremely apologetic at first, stating he didn't understand why she took back roads, why she would have stopped at wawa to fill up on gas with the groomsmen in the vehicle and didn't understand how it took so long for what should have been a 30 minute drive. The second time I spoke with Ron, he stated he spoke with the driver who suggested stopping at wawa because the men were talking about how hungry they were, however the groom stated that no, they would not be stopping as he knew he had a deadline to meet. They stopped anyway for the driver to top off on gas. Ron then used this situation to place ALL of the blame on my husband. After this he became extremely rude and arrogant, and as I said blamed everything on my husband, although Ron even initially stated himself that the wawa stop was only a total of 7 minutes. So where are the other 24 minutes accounted for, since the 30 minute drive took a total of 1 hour? I have time stamped text messages from the driver informing me she had just arrived at the venue exactly an hour after she left the groomsmen's house. Meaning it would take another hour to get to my house, and another hour after that to get to the venue, which would have made me and my bridesmaids miss my ceremony COMPLETELY. We had no choice, we had to leave to make it on time. Since her 30 minute drive was an hour. Ron could not have treated me and my husband any worse, and took zero responsibility for anything, even after he admitted to speaking with the driver and stating he didn't understand why she would have done any of that. I paid $400 to be taken to my wedding but instead my wedding photographer had to remove the car seats from her car to take me and my family to the wedding. I am absolutely mortified that this company would deem this acceptable. I will say that the last phone call I had with Ron became extremely heated on both ends, things were said and it turned into a full on argument, but I urge you to please go back and listen to all the previous recordings, including the one on the day of the wedding. I really am an understanding person and we made the best of the situation but when I am insulted and treated the way I was with Ron, well, I just don't stand for that. On the other hand, Don, the guy I spoke with on my wedding day, he was awesome, give that dude Ron's job. Oh also Ron made it clear that I will not be receiving a refund as 'it's all my husband's fault' that the driver never made it on time. So I have issued a charge back on my card for the final payment, I have sent my bank the schedule, trip confirmation, and text messages with the driver. I will never recommend this company to anyone, solely due to the way Ron treated me and my husband for something that was completely out of our control.

    Sterling Limo is an OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL & RELIABLE company! I will never look for another car service. I had to make changes to my reservation, moving from a 8-10 passenger limo, to a 4 passenger, then to a Sedan as 2 friends cancelled, then another 2. Everyone I spoke with at Sterling was accommodating and professional. Driver David was early, very nice & a perfect driver. We arrived at EWR right on time & the car was beautiful and clean. Thank you Sterling for being the perfectly professional company that we're all searching for. LOOK NO FURTHER THAN STERLING LIMO, they're the BEST!

    Ownership/Management of this company is shady. Their drivers are really good, but the company stinks. Today is 1-13-2015. This company has been billing a "fuel surcharge" to all their customers EVEN as crude oil prices and retail fuel prices have been dropping like a rock. When I confronted them on this matter, I was told it was how they do business. I also noticed they bill their customers a "transportation service fee." It is 22%. This is on top of the base fee to PHL which is $84. It is essentially a tip for the COMPANY, not for the DRIVER. When I spoke to the people in the office, they were bewildered that I questioned their billing practices. I'm guessing they couldn't figure out I was irritated about paying them and additional $28.48 just because they were Sterling. SHADY (not Sterling) is there strength

    Horrible service and extremely expensive; Uber has better customer service, which is what is not saying much.
