Very nice group to work with. I never spoke to them directly myself, but my husband and wedding planner did and everything went smoothly. The driver that pick me and my girls up to go to the venue was extremely friendly and nice. He helped us put everything in the car and laughed with us along the way to the wedding. The shuttle buses and van all showed up on time, they helped us every step of the way to make sure we got what we wanted and worked with us on our schedule. complaint regarding two deeply disappointing experiences with Limo Today. Some time ago, I rented a party bus through Limo Today. Unfortunately, the vehicle was clearly not maintained properly and began breaking down shortly before reaching our destination. The driver had to return to Pennsylvania in a failing vehicle while we ate dinner. Although a replacement party bus arrived by the time we were ready to leave, it was also substandard--leaking from the roof and without a functioning Wi-Fi connection. Despite the inconvenience, I chose not to pursue compensation. Glenn, the owner, apologized and assured us that our next rental would be "made right. "we booked a stretch limo for my graduation trip to Baltimore. We paid a significant amount for transportation to the ceremony, to dinner afterward, and back to New Jersey. We also tipped the driver $250. After the ceremony, we left around 5:00 p.m. for dinner nearby. My husband gave the driver an additional $150 in appreciation for the extra wait time, which the driver accepted. When we booked, we were told that dinner after the event was acceptable and there was no need to worry about going slightly over our time. Despite this understanding, Glenn called the next day and claimed we owed an additional $750 for being two hours over schedule. This was both shocking and unfair, especially after we had confirmed with both the driver and Glenn that our schedule would be flexible. I reminded him that we had compensated the driver in good faith for his time and that the driver had agreed without objection. Yet instead of honoring his word, Glenn added insult to injury by demanding more. Our frustration was compounded during a two-hour phone call between Glenn and my husband. Glenn eventually agreed to reduce the additional charge to $500, but he stated that if we refused to comply, he would charge our credit card on file without authorization. My husband then offered to apply our deposit--originally intended for a July airport transfer--toward the disputed amount. Glenn refused this solution, insisted we were not entitled to use the deposit for the existing charge, and stated we would not receive a refund if we canceled the July service. In our view, this coercive behavior borders on extortion. This situation is extremely troubling and ignores the patience and goodwill we have repeatedly shown your company. I did not demand compensation for the first rental, despite clear failures in service. Instead of honoring his promise to make things right, Glenn used our trust against us. read more

Communication was a bit wonky at times but overall the service was great. Our driver arrived promptly, was very friendly, assisted the girls in and out of the limo, and provided small things they may have needed. Would recommend them if you're looking for a limo service. Side note for the money concerned, this type of service is going to be a bit pricy but after shopping around limo today had the best prices for what we needed. read more

Really good experience with the company and the employees, Glen, Dawn, David. Glen's passion is awesome, I was worried not having a contract and he seems like his word is his bond so he said he'll call back and leave a voicemail where he will spell out everything. I saved that voicemail but no need, everything was a done as we agreed on. Dawn was good to get everything finalized, and David was the driver that has done this before and made sure to go above and beyond. This is a power team that everything clicked perfect. update from my 10/31 review: owner Glenn contacted me about the issues with the limo for my daughters wedding. when we spoke, I told him I was advised by my attorney that I should get a 100% refund for all the anxiety we had on our trip to the wedding. Glenn offered me $400 check and a limo for 8 people anytime in the next 6 months for 4 hours. I accepted that offer but today, I got a $350 check! Why??!! Glen arranged everything perfectly. All 3 drivers called me before the event to verify times and pickup locations. They were on time and extremely professional. Great experience at almost half the cost of other companies. Used them for a wedding drop off and a pick up 5 hours latter. No wait time. Great drivers, Clean vehicles and reasonable prices. Gratuities were included in the price but we always take care of the drivers. Highly recommend and the price was well worth it. 15 minutes early on the pick ups. Since all of these reviews are at least a year old, let me give you a more recent experience. We booked a limo for a concert at PNC Bank Arts center in NJ last night (8/30/2014.) I booked the limo back in February, and I was very explicit in what I was looking for, in terms of dates, times, and limo (14 person Cadillac Escalade.) Right off the bat, the confirmation e-mails I received had the wrong dates and times, and there were hidden fees included that were not supposed to be according to their original quote. My attempts to contact them were ignored, and I finally got the right confirmation e-mail from them seemingly out of the blue one day. My booking and confirmation experiences alone should have been enough warning for me to look elsewhere for a limo, but the price was better than anywhere else, and online reviews were generally positive, so I overlooked the bad booking experience. I confirmed with them three times verbally over the next few months, the most recent being last week, all details of the booking, once again stressing the dates, times, locations AND LIMO. Yesterday, our driver shows up a half an hour early. That would have been fine, but he claimed to me that he was right on time, and shows me the booking (which is surprisingly, now INCORRECT.) No real issue, since he said he'd just extend the time because I had the original confirmation to show him. Then I go outside to find not the Cadillac Escalade I'd reserved, but instead, a run down Ford Excursion. The Excursion is NOT an Escalade. The seating is divided into two sections: the normal "stretch" section, and a separate cramped bench seat in the back. What that meant was that at least 3 of our party were not going to get the "limo" experience--instead, we were cramped in a small seat that didn't even allow us to put our feet flat on the floor. Upon questioning the driver, he absolved himself of responsibility and said it's what he was told to bring. I told him he needed to correct the situation, and he called Limo Today and spoke to Glenn (the owner, I'm assuming.) Glenn said that the Escalade had been in an accident the night before, and the Excursion was all that was available. I'm calling BS on that, because I've heard nonsense like that before. Glenn also happened to be at a party, and told the limo driver that he hated dealing with stuff like this, and to just tell me they'll give me an extra hour. I forced the driver to let me speak to Glenn, and he basically gave me the same story. He said that someone was supposed to let me know about the change that morning, but no one had. So we had no choice but to take what was there, or drive separately. So we took the limo. Once inside, it became apparent that the limo hadn't been maintained at all. It was filthy, falling apart, and the floor vibrated badly the whole trip. The linings were ripped, mirrors were missing, and there was black sludge dripping from the cup holders. I'm posting those pics to other sites. Limo Today forces you to pay before you leave, so I'd already paid for the limo AND tip ($135) before going out to see the limo, and let me tell you, this driver did not deserve a tip. He chimed in with us about how bad Limo Today is as a company, and said he's quitting anyway to pursue his dream of becoming a garbage truck driver. His attitude was arrogant, condescending, and downright rude. Glenn, on the other hand, comes off as a nice guy, but he's a shady liar who is not concerned with customer experience. My advice is to stay far away from Limo Today, or any company that outsources their business to Limo Today. read more

We had a bit of a speed bump on our wedding day because these guys had one of their limos break down and had to use a partner instead. The partner company was not very cordial. I mentioned this to Limo Today and Glenn took it upon himself to offer us a makeup night free of charge so that we could see what it was like when his company ran the show. We planned to throw a surprise 40th anniversary for our parents. Everything was perfect. A day before the event, I received an email confirmation with all of the details, which really helped ease our worries. The driver arrived 10 minutes ahead of time to pick them up and kept the surprise a secret the whole way. He called just before arriving at the restaurant and coordinated everything so that we had enough time to get everyone in place. Limo Today helped give our parents the best anniversary surprise ever. We could not be more satisfied. In my opinion, the true mark of a company is not whether or not sometime goes wrong (because it inevitably will)... it's what they do when things do go wrong. And these guys made it right; that's class. read more

This company just took my son and friends to the prom! They were fantastic! From booking the limo at the last minute (literally the day before) to the driver who was professional, courteous and yet had them dancing before they even got to the prom in the back. The kids had a blast and it is truly something they will remember forever about this prom because they said the DJ at the prom was awful and had more fun with the limo driver! My other son is only 10, so it will be a while before I will need another prom limo but if I hear of a friend who needs one or am in need of one for another event, these guys are DEFINITELY the ones I am calling. read more

We used Limo Today for our daughters wedding on 10/10/2015 my wife and I went to there office two weeks prior to the wedding to pay the bill in full we only had to tip the driver $171.00 on the day of. On the day of the wedding first thing I did was tip the driver ( Stan ) $200.00. The contract stated that we needed to tip him $171.00. I thought it would get us better service. Stan did not help fix the radio that was not working properly and informed me that I owed $171.00 to the company plus his tip. I told him that I would take it up with the company but he said that he was gonna have to pay it out of his tip. He continued even after I produced an email showing I was paid in full. LimoToday was fantastic and a delightful company to deal with. We used them for a corporate transportation to our holiday party about 1 hour and 10 minutes away. Everyone in the office was professional and friendly. I even spoke with Glenn the owner personally and he assured me a great service and he was definitely correct! I had to write this review after reading some of the not so good reviews. First of all when the limo arrived, it was much better than the one we ordered. The driver mentioned that the other limo was had some minor problems so they upgraded us. I honestly do not even know where to begin with how disappointed I am with this company. I selected them because the owner, Glen, ALWAYS responded to comments posted online about the business which made me feel as though he really must care about it. I couldn't have been more wrong!!! I booked my limos (yes, two of them) all the way back in January for our May Wedding. I did not realize that I never received a contract, and since my credit card was charged I made the mistake of assuming that everything was set. About a month before our Wedding I got an e-mail from the company saying that I needed to make my final payment, and had to bring cash or a money order to their office because I missed the window to use a personal check. When I responded to the e-mail saying that I did not know that money was due because I never received a contract, they acted as though it was MY fault. When I finally got the contract days later via e-mail, EVERYTHING was wrong on it from the vehicles we had booked to our home address to the spelling of the word "matron" to the pick up time. I called the company in an absolute panic begging to speak to Glen, who at the time I thought would have been able to help me. I sat on the phone for OVER an hour speaking to a representative while I HEARD Glen in the background telling him to "deal with her" instead of speaking with me himself. I then called his "personal cell phone number" which they advertise as one of their bonus points, and he sent the call straight to voice mail. When I FINALLY got to speak to him on the phone, he was down right rude to me until I called him out on it. At the end of the conversation, I still did not have the limos that I booked, I did not receive any sort of discount, but was promised "complimentary airport transportation". A week and a half later, I received a contract for that via e-mail and was appalled to see that I was expected to pay a $54 gratuity to the driver and had to sign a contract saying I would do so. Since when does complimentary mean that I have to pay out of pocket? Needless to say, I called the company and told them that I was declining the "complimentary" airport transportation and was nearly brought to tears when I heard Glen laughing in the background. On the day of my Wedding, one of the limos showed up at my parent's house to pick us up. She looked ridiculous in a tuxedo straight from the 80s with tails and everything else. She then had the audacity to tell my dad to "relax" while she was going the completely wrong way to the church. She made us late for my own Wedding! The bottom line is that this company is absolutely, without a doubt, the WORST vendor that I made the mistake of hiring. One thing I truly learned: you get exactly what you pay for. This company was the cheapest I could find, because they were TERRIBLE. Stay far, far away! read more

Absolutely terrible. If I could've given zero stars I would have. I used Limo Today 2 times in a row (yes, I know, shame on me); and was let down both times. The first time the driver was 40 minutes late, and the air conditioning didn't work in the car...in the middle of the philadelphia summer. The second time the driver was almost an hour late. I order car services because I don't want a hassle, and I want to get places on time. If I'm going to have to wait, I'll take septa. I called to explain the situation, and was told the owner would call me back. After not receiving a call back, I called again, and was finally transferred to Glen (the owner), who said he'd call me the next day because his driver told him "he was only 5 minutes late" (as if that's acceptable...or accurate). Big surprise, Glen never called. If you want a reliable ride, go with someone else. If you don't care about waiting, or convenience, go with Septa, it's cheaper. read more

I wish that I could say my wedding day was perfect, unfortunately that was not the case. I had a limo, limo bus and shuttle service all arranged. The drivers that I had in the morning were great, the driver we had for our shuttle was an absolute disgrace! He cursed at the bridal party, and was over an hour late to pick up myself and my guest after the reception which was absolutely embarrassing! I had to call ubers to pick up my guest. Once the driver arrived to pick us he was aggressive towards my husband...totally uncalled for. I ended up emailing the owner Glenn to make him aware of the situation with his driver. I received an email back asking me to call him...REALLY?!? Me call you this is your business not mine. I did call Glenn and after speaking for 45 minutes he was going to call me the next day..here we are 3 days later and I haven't heard a word back from him.
