I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

I was shocked as they showed me they couldn't remove a spot on the leather- they sprayed "window cleaner" on the leather seats and scrubbed the leather away right in front of me revealing the material underneath, what they believed was a spot to be removed, instead making the damage worse. The owner could tell I was shocked and began applying his go to "special conditioner" on the leather, however the leather was already damaged beyond repair. If you need a carpet cleaned this is a fine spot but do not trust them to clean leather. I was charged $250.

They didn't even touch the seats or the floors. I had to clean them myself afterward. There were visible scratches left on the paint, and I had to go out and buy a dry eraser to fix it myself because the car looked worse after I left than before I came in. What made the experience even worse was how uncomfortable I felt with the men standing out front. They were staring and giggling at me the entire time, which was completely unprofessional and made me feel incredibly uneasy. I called in to request a refund due to the poor quality of service, and instead of making it right, they told me I'd have to bring the van back. I don't have the time or energy to chase around a business that should have done it right the first time. This isn't a one-off, either. This is the 3rd or 4th time this place has dropped the ball, and I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. Never again. Terrible service, uncomfortable atmosphere, and a team of lazy bums who clearly don't take pride in their work. They also had my air on full blast (max AC) when i got back in the car when I originally had it on 3, which is rude--do not use/change the resources in my car when i hire you for work. I forgot, they also left my back window down and my back seat got SOAKED and they left it like thst. I had to request for it to be dried. Awful service--but I digress. I won't be returning
