Booked with Epic Mobile Detailing for my first detailing and it was a great experience! Cleveland showed up and walked me through how simple it'll be. He asked if there's anything that I really care about when I step into my car -- this showed how personable the process is. I handed him the key and I went back into my apartment to work on other tasks. It took about 4 hour to do both the interior and exterior. He explained how he couldn't really fix the scratches because the thin coating on my paint was too thin. I understood because I personally haven't taken the time to take care of my car all these years. He was able to apply wax though. The car looked so shiny and clean. The interior really felt close to being brand new! We didn't have plans to go out that day but we couldn't resist the urge to go out in our "brand new" car and drove to Old City. Wish I had before and after photos but I hope these end results proves their work! read more

Had my Sequoia interior detailed yesterday by Epic. Fantastic job. He called me right back after I left a message. Arrived on time and finished the job in the estimated time frame. M ugh car has not looked this good since the day I bought it. I have 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs that shed a lot. When he was done, there was not a single hair I the car. All surfaces are now clean and shiny! read more

They did an amazing job on my SUV! It was the first time I had ever had my car detailed in the 6 years I have owned it and I was truly impressed. I requested a car detail from my husband as a birthday gift and I loved that they came right to the house. Very professional staff. We would definitely use them again. read more

They did a nice job with my old FJ. Would recommend. Performed an exterior clean and wax. If I could afford it, I would hire them for interior detailing but, here in the northeast, winter and snow and salt are not a good mix so, investing in the exterior saves me worry and time; I'll deal with the interior detail, tyvm. read more

Super late review! but they were absolutely amazing! cleaned the car as much as possible and some more, they were very generous and very nice! Will be using them in future again when I need to! honestly, perfect! read more

Because of the stellar reviews, I decided to try Epic Mobile Detailing even though it is a bit of a drive from my home. I brought my brother's car in for detailing. It looked sad and neglected and worst of all, it had a persistent odor that no previous remedies tackled. Their location offers a comfortable waiting area and also a desk, and I was able to get some work done while waiting. Cleveland and the staff were so nice and welcoming. The car came out gleaming and odor-free, far exceeding my expectations. I was so impressed that I brought my own car in for detailing two days later. It was full of dog hair and needed some serious love. It came out looking like the day I bought it. Five stars are not enough. Epic is the best in class. You will not find a better detailing service anywhere. read more

The team arrived on time and ready to do the job. They are polite and asked what we wanted them to focus on. The cars were very clean and well restored back to almost New. I will use them again. The cost was high but worth it. read more

Wish we could give more stars! Cleveland and his partner came out today to take care of our Subaru Forester and OLD, EXTREMELY dirty Acura TL. They did an absolutely amazing job. Cleveland was very knowledgeable and definitely a master of his trade. He was not only skilled but kind and so easy to work with! We can't thank him enough!!!! read more

All I can say is OMG. I am one of the pickiest people when it comes to cleanliness. I just picked up a company vehicle and whoever had it before me must have grown up in a garbage dump. There were crumbs, food, fries, and other stuff all stuffed in and spilled everywhere. I was horrified when I stepped into the vehicle. I searched online and found this company and when I called, spoke to the most polite man who assured me he could clean everything perfectly. They called before showing up(arrived early ), worked diligently for about 2-3 hours, were professional and made the car look better than it would have coming off the showroom floor. It sparkled. All the dirt and filth was gone and everything looked brand new. Huge shout out to Cleveland and Geoff for all their hard work and professionalism. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know. I am so impressed and thankful read more

Accidentally left shrimp in my trunk which seeped into the trunk carpet. You can imagine the scent, which lingered for days even though I tried to have it shampooed at a local car wash. Epic's team performed a full internal detail paying special attention to the area in question. They made sure I was completely satisfied not only that the smell was gone, but with their work which was beautifully done. Highly recommend. read more

This is a great service. They dealt with my many emails and came out to do an exterior detail on both my cars. They were on time and did a great job. I needed one car done by a certain time so we could get our girls from daycare. They had it it ready on time, as promised. Only regret is I didn't have them to do the interior as well. Will definitely use them again. read more

Highly recommend Epic! The main reason I reached out to them was because the headlights on my 2012 Prius needed restoration. They had considerable oxidation and the lenses had that telltale "fogginess." I threw in an exterior detailing on top of the headlight work. Epic did a great job. The headlights look almost like they did 10 years ago, and I'm very happy with them (like new wouldn't be possible on a 10-year old vehicle unless you replaced the headlight assemblies). See pic. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take a before pic for comparison but the difference is huge. Tyrone did a great job on the exterior detailing, too. read more

I could not be happier. Customer service is A+. The work done was exceptional. Thank you Cleveland!

Very happy with the detailing Epic Mobile did for my car. It was a mess with dog hair caked into the seats. Looks brand new now . They were very easy to schedule and they communicated well. The price is extremely fair for the work they put in. read more

The child seats look new and the over/all inside was spotless. The scheduling desk was great and the pick-up/drop-off right on time.

Bautful workmanship and very conscientious. Highly recommend.

A perfect example of strong communication, friendly customer service, and a superior service provided. Communication: Cleveland gave me a quote and availability within minutes of my inquiry, and answers all questions within hours. Friendly: Cleveland was very friendly and personable. Superior Service: My car was dirty and now it looks new! The meticulous attention to detail and superior service quality are worth every Penny of the quote. Tyrone and Cleveland were highly professional, responsive, and attentive throughout the process. They were attentive to detail and did a great job. What I really appreciated though was how they sought to understand my needs (getting my car prepped to be sold) and gave me insights on how to make my car appeal to the most appropriate target customers. Overall an extremely positive and high quality experience! read more

I requested a quote really early and responded fast. They came through with same day availability which is another plus for me . The person who I contacted over the phone explain the process and was very respectful. He asked the type of car and gave me a great price. The person who came out to detailed the car was also on top of it. He made my car look almost new (you know toddlers will ruin your car) . Thank you guys a lot I appreciate it and I'll recommend you guys and Deff book again . read more

I called these guys up the week before a road trip. They were very courteous and descriptive when it came to my questions about their detailing process. They were on point in letting me know when they would come out and showed up on time. They made the whole process easy. My car is typically kept clean but I enjoy a good detail once a year. These guys did not disappoint. From inside to outside it looked like my car rolled right off the dealership showroom floor. I'll definitely be using them again read more

Conclusion upfront: Use this crew when you need professional work done on your vehicles. They were kind, professional, safe, efficient, and all around great. So, I can't thank this crew enough for the amazing work that they did on our truck and car. We contacted them on a Saturday and they had room to come out the next day on a Sunday. We were able to start the week off right with clean cars. But let us talk about the clean. First car - Toyota truck. The interior had a bit of a smell. Second car - Subaru car. Leather interior caked with mud. Everything was basically covered in straw, dust, dirt, and horse manure. The team spent the good part of the whole day, much longer than they needed, in the heat and humidity of the day to make sure that everything was perfect. Was it perfect? Pretty sure the cars looked better inside and outside than when they were purchased. I am not kidding when I say how great these cars looked. The fabric was clean. The leather was amazing. The exterior was perfectly cleaned and waxed. It smelled like a new car. Every part of the process was done with care and consideration. They asked about how everything looked before moving onto a new part. They were completely professional and completely pro cleaners. When you only want the best. Get Epic Mobile Detailing. I definitely will use them again. read more

These guys did a great and fast job on my Subaru Crosstrek. It looks like new now. They were very reasonable compared to the competition and just as good. I paid well over 200 dollars last time for the same result. Highly recommend! read more

What more could you ask for? Cleveland replied to me within minutes of my quote request. He worked with me to determine my exact needs, was fair and upfront with cost, and was able to fit me in the same day. As I go to turn in my lease, my car looks as good as new. Professional, quick, and he came right to me. Living on a major street, I didn't even have to move my car. Don't scroll any further, this is who you want! read more

Disappointing experience with this business. I was straightforward with the assessment of my car and was assured it could be cleaned (with an extra fee I was fine with). After arriving late, I was told my car could not be cleaned unless I paid an even high rate. Time feels wasted. read more

Everything about these guys are A++! I reached out via Yelp and had a response within an hour including a comprehensive quote and availability. Cleveland was super fast to respond to my messages and when I messaged to confirm the night before he offered me a time slot earlier. They were punctual. My car was worked on diligently through the morning right in front of my driveway in the city. It was sparkling when they were finished and not a strand of dog fur left in the backseats. It was really exemplary work, extremely thorough, and at a fair price. Thank you!! read more

Never got an exact price for specific services. Just a "range." If you're afraid to post your prices, you need to do something else.

Seriously just stop scrolling. These guys are the best, everyone one else needs to keep up. Reached out at 10am this morning was replied to almost immediately. They were able to get me on the schedule same day, but never once felt like I was a scheduled add on. They called and were able to show up almost an hour early, and were able to work around a wonky daycare schedule. All that is what makes a business good, it's the quality of care that made this experience amazing. Both cars were complete messes, and now they look showroom ready. There really isn't more to add, they made both cars look perfect. Based on the other reviews this is their status quo. I look forward to using them again. Let me be clear, I'm a lazy SOB and it's midnight. I wanted to be sure to post a review today, that's how absolutely impressed I was. Just a truly fantastic experience. read more
