Very professional service. They did an amazing job cleaning the inside of my car. Removed all of my husky hair which I thought was impossible to do. These guys really took their time and spent hours working on my car. The day they came out it was raining and dark. Missed some spots on the seats, which I totally understood why. I contacted them and they came back another day with no hesitation. Really great service and definitely worth the price. If I can give them more stars, I totally would. This rating is not based upon the service because I didn't get a chance to get my car detailed from these folks. I first reached out to this business around a month ago to try and schedule an interior detail. I left a voicemail. I called multiple times and probably sent no less than 12 emails to try and get something scheduled. Responses were inconsistent. I would follow-up and get no reply. Then I'd get in touch again and the earliest times they would have would be two weeks out because they spent so long getting back to me. Was really looking forward to helping a local business but good luck trying to schedule something if using their email or phone. They did reply two weeks later via Yelp with a quote? My experience with Epic Mobile Detailing has been amazing! From my initial inquiry, they have been prompt and thorough, my message was returned promptly with a quote for the services I requested. When I spoke with Cleveland on the phone he took the time to answer all my questions completely. The convenience of having them come to the house is awesome! I have two cars I wanted them to complete, I wasn't able to be home with both in the morning when they arrived. Cleveland showed up on time and started on my first vehicle even though I wasn't there yet. When I arrived he was working diligently. This car is 8 years old and has never had a good deep cleaning/waxing. I am giving the car to my niece who just got her license and I wanted to restore it to "like new" for her. The entire car looks like new, the leather shines and it even has that new car smell. The biggest transformation is the headlights. They had become quite cloudy over the years. I spoke with Cleveland about this and he explained his process of restoration. The results are SPECTACULAR! I can not believe it, they look like new again. The results on my second car are fantastic as well. I can't say enough about these guys. Answered right away and came out to my house within 48 hours of my request. I literally handed Tyrone my keys and he detailed everything while I was in the comfort of my own home. He was fast and efficient and didn't bother me at all. The car looked perfect and smelled great. Not the strong car scents that many other companies use. This was so easy and convenient that I thought it was too good to be true. I let him know when we were looking to get our car detailed this week (ahead of possibly selling it) and he quickly booked us for Friday morning. My Honda Civic was in DESPERATE need for a full detailing, my daughter spilled food & soda multiple times in the back seat, the grease and stains went deep into the seats. All of the reviews were for Cleveland. However, Tyrone arrived to clean the interior of my car. He was late and the service was very poor. He never flipped my back seats up to clean them, the carpet shampooing was bad, the overspray of cleaning supplies on my dashboard left my windshield a mess, there was no attention to detail in the cleaning. For $120 for just the interior, I expected a reasonable cleaning and I was VERY disappointed. I found a round plastic piece that matches my interior on the ground next to my car when he was done. I have no idea where it came from? I will never use them again but you can make your own decision if some other guy is available. read more

Cleveland met me at my apartment right on time and talked with me about my car and if there was anything I wanted him to make sure he focused on. Best auto detailing experience and service I can remember. Tyrone made my 11-year old Honda as good as new. The interior was cleaned thoroughly but gently, with no harsh chemicals or residues anywhere. Seats were shampooed completely free of any water stains, vents were dusted and left smelling as fresh as ever, a waxy chocolate stain was removed from a seat belt. I like to keep my car in good shape and detail it every year or so, and from now on I'll go with Epic over any competitor - including the dealer. We asked Cleveland and his team to detail our 2003 SUV which had been neglected for 10 years (don't judge us...LOL). There was even old gum, sun-baked into the exterior paint which had been there for years! We figured there wasn't much they could do, but we wanted it semi-clean for our daughter to use. When I say Tyrone was prompt, I'm pretty sure he arrived down to the very minute he promised. My car is a new 2019 Camry and he still took 3-4 hours (good thing!) to ensure every single nook and cranny was clean and sparkling.
