Detailed Review: Honda S2000 Purple/Black Call them up first thing in the morning and the customer service was 10/10. Patient, polite, really detailed asking me anything to watch out for, explained the pricing & service, and set me up same day at 10 am for an inside/outside + waxing. Arrived on time to my car, and worked around my tight parking garage spot with no complaining. Did a walk around the car with me to see where are all the spots to look out for (have a lot of carbon parts and even Lexan windows). Handed them the keys and let them get to work. Zero upsell pressure. It's a tiny 2 seater coupe S2000 and they spent 2+ hours just washing it. Called me to come back to take a look to see if there are any stubborn spots leftover (they were very gentle with my paint and decided not to use pressure wash, so they hand washed it!). Then they touched up some more cleaning areas before waxing the car for me. All in, they spent THREE HOURS!!!!! Absolutely incredible consider how small this car is. Excellent customer service, work ethic, professionalism, and even gave me tips/answer my questions about how to take care of the car myself. Truly impressive, and I can't imagine it gets any better. Do yourself a favor, call these guys up. Very competitive priced to other full auto detail places too at 2 benjamins. And before you think, well I can go for a 5 dollar car wash... it's not even close. It's like taking your date to McDonald's kids meal vs a Michelin star Italian restaurant that gives you a shoulder massage after your meal. The team was so accommodating, professional, and most importantly, did an OUTSTANDING job on our car which was filled with dog hair and not in the best condition. Overall my experience was generally very good but not exceptional. When I compare it to the price of taking the car to my local spot, it wasn't clear that it was an additional $200 well spent. Scheduling was easy. Called the number; got a call back and worked out the schedule. Customer service was outstanding. The team was about 2 hours late for the appointment, but I did get a call from the owner shortly after my target window to let me know they were running late. First round of cleaning was not outstanding (may have been that I was the last stop of a long day). A few leaves/debris under the seats, visible dirt on the mat in the hatchback, and just a general lack of attention to detail that I would expect at this price point. I raised a few concerns, however, and the team did not argue or complain. Instead they went back to work and made a marked improvement. I thought the end result was good. No regrets in calling the service and enjoying the convenience of at-home detailing. Hard to say if I would do it again vs. going to our local spot. Probably a better end result but not clear that it justifies the premium. Customer service is really important to me, however, and I give these guys five stars for that. Owner and cleaning team were both communicative, professional and really great to work with. read more

I can not recommend this place enough! So professional and efficient! You definitely get what you pay for. My jeep was covered in dog hair and dirt from traveling cross country with my dog. They were able to get all the pet hair out within 2 hours, the jeep looks brand new. They can come to you and bring all the equipment so super convenient! read more

I've never had my car detailed before, just regular car washes that cost $20-$40. So the price point was not something I was used to, but they really did a great job and it was definitely worth it. We had some tough stains and then a lot of general roughage inside and outside of the car, and they took care of it all. It was like new. read more

epic mobile Tyrone scratched my freshly painted car with the buffing machine. This company is unprofessional they are supposed to measure the thickness of the paint before they buff your car. This company is a scam they have no prices on there website nor an address. They have no insurance and refuse to give a refund unless you agree not to take them to court. It was super convenient to have them come to me at my home so I didn't have to get stuck waiting at a car wash. I HIGHLY recommend Epic for automotive beautification. The only thing Tyrone the owner, Navy veteran, and current fire fighter DIDN'T do was install "new car smell". My interior was as spotless as the day my car was "born". Tyrone is a true man of his word. He'd call when he said he'd call and he stands by his work. He doesn't accept payment until you do a 360 inspection. Tyrone came to my parents' to service my car. I couldn't find a hose but found a bucket for Tyrone to use as a water source.
