After researching and reading reviews, I decided to take a chance on PJM Auto Detailing and I am so incredibly grateful I did. I am a first time customer and I brought my 11-year-old car in for a deep interior clean and exterior clean and detail and what I received was an incredible miracle! When I saw my car after Peter and his son finished and showed me the car I was in absolute awe and amazement and wanted to cry tears of joy. I couldn't believe my eyes. He even took the time to clean under the hood. It is no exaggeration, my car looked and smelled like a brand new car! What impacted me even more than the results was the care, integrity, and heart behind the work....it was truly a labor of love. He stayed true to the original quote even though the labor took longer than the original time estimate. That kind of honesty and work ethic is rare, and it more to me than I can fully express. From the moment I walked into the shop, it reminded me of home and my dad who is a mechanic. There was a sense of hospitality, trust, and genuine care that you don't come across often. I didn't feel like just another customer, I felt like I was genuinely being taken care of. I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review.
