Quality car wash with reasonable prices (starting I believe at $11 as of the date of this review). I've also had cars waxed and detailed here and thought they did a good job. If you wash your car more than once a month, the unlimited plans are a good deal. They also have self-wash bays, though I've never used them. Employees are always friendly. I like that they towel dry your car after it goes through the tunnel, which not all car washes do for you. That's worth extra to me, and I always tip them as well. read more

It's a good place to get your car washed, whether you do it yourself in their self-car wash area or you drive through. My Dad's been coming to this establishment for over a decade, so I chose this place to do my car detailing. I picked the supreme interior detailing with a basic wash for the exterior. I'd give the WHOLE detailing job a 7/10. I'm not busting their chops or upset, but I paid full price for a rad-quality cleaning, but someone forgot to wash/clean my driver seat which is not so good looking and the same stain(s) still resides. Maybe they cleaned my whole interior, sitting in that same seat, got up and just forgot to clean the seat they were sitting on, and left it at that. Anyone could tell, when everything else is cleaned, washed, vacuumed, but the driver seat. Basic exterior wash was expected, still dirty in various spots, but cleaner than it was before! I hope I'm not being nit picky about it, but shit is expensive these days and maybe I was expecting near perfection, but isn't that what people pay for, especially for quality? Love this place!! There's a crab apple tree right in front of my parking spot at my house. Unfortunately, every fall/winter the crab apples get on my car and are really hard to get off. I've been to several car washes and this wash is the only one that was able to get them off. This is now the only one I'll go to! read more

Car wash is good. We used our credit card to pay and was notified about a suspicious charge. We looked at our payments and the car wash and another charge for some scam friend finder. If we ever go back we will use cash only. Owner should look at his credit card machines and employees. read more

Drove out of my way to try this wash but even after paying for the "Extreme" wash, my tires were not treated and the towel dry afterwards was haphazard. I asked if they would clean the interior and they said exterior only. I really miss the place by Arby's in East Norriton, for less money they would vacuum the mats and clean the windows. UPDATE: Ryan, the owner who commented below reached out to apologize and told the manager would give me a call to "make things right." I never heard from anybody. I messaged Ryan again and was met with dead air. As if failing to wash the car was bad enough now I see the powers that be at this place are dishonest. No wonder the staff are so awful, a fish stinks from its head down. Very disappointed by this place. Came by to try it once before subscribing to the monthly wash plan. I paid for the top level wash because my truck needed a real good cow sing after getting covered in sand at drill. The top thing I was after was an undercarriage wash (which is Included in that wash). When I got to to work I released the wheel wells and entire undercarriage were still filthy and clearly untouched. Further, the "tire shine applied by hand" was not applied. BEST CAR WASH EVER. I was iffy about spending $20 for them to clean my car inside and out. But it took 30 minutes and it was the best car wash ever. They are detailed but quick. This is my go-to car wash! I used to go in the mornings but recently due to my schedule I have started coming in the afternoon. There is an employee who works the register in the afternoon who is amazing! He has always done everything in his power to help if there was ever an issue. He even helped me jump my car when my battery died. Always has a smile on his face and is very friendly. All of the other employees do a wonderful job too. Always willing to help if the manager isn't available. They all deserve a raise! Definitely will sign up for a membership next time I come through! read more

5 Stars for a car wash? Yes. Basically this place rocks. Although it is a little pricey....they do an amazing job at washing your car. They have the automatic car wash and a "do-it-yourself" wash. There are also vacuums. The best part? For 10 bucks they will do "express detailing" after your automatic car wash. Just pull your car off to the side and they'll vacuum the carpets and seats, armor-all the dash and wash interior windows. read more

I am a monthly car wash subscriber, yesterday while in the car wash, the entire system shut down, i heard people yelling yet couldn't make out what they were saying, heard beeps/alarm sounds, I sat & I sat and then I started to get more and more anxious. This was stressful ! When the car wash resumed, and I exited, there was no explanation, no apologies, nothing! I called afterward, to provide feedback on my experience, Rich answered the phone told me he was the manager and when I explained my upset, he told me I was ridiculous and that no one had ever complained, and that I needed to get over being stuck in the car wash for seconds~ I was dismayed by his lack of understanding as people with multiple abilities come through that car wash. Wow, he went on to belittle me and summed it up with hey, this is business. I emailed the owner, canceled my membership and will notify my Cc company . It's not one of those real thorough car washes that you find in FL, for some reason, the guys in FL know how to clean your car. But they do try hard, cold weather, salt scum and all. I wish they would do my wheels better though. After 5PM on weekdays there is $3 off any car wash you desire. That allows you to toss the extra $3 to the guys as an extra tip. I have come here before and have had very good service with the lower cost options. Today I paid for the $22 ultimate wash with tire shine, and there was little to no tire shine on the car. This was after I asked one of the gentleman drying the car if it had been done, and he told me that it had been. They did a great job with my wife's car which had streaks of tar along the back bumper and rear passenger door. The car looks like it rolled out of the dealership. As clean as the exterior was, they did an amazing job with the interior. Someone left a can of Coke in the rear cup holder which eventually exploded all over the back seat due to the hot summer heat. They were able to clean the carpets and the leather seats without leaving a trace of soda. read more

Came here last Friday evening after work, but they were no longer doing interior cleaning, seeing as they had already washed over 1,000 cars for the day, and the line for service was practically backed up all the way on Pennsylvania Ave. The gentleman I spoke with apologized for the inconvenience, and allowed me to get my exterior washed at a discounted price. I came this morning before work to avoid having the same situation occur. The staff was so accommodating, and took their time cleaning, wiping, and vacuuming my car, both inside and out. The whole process took about 30 minutes. My car looks AMAZING. Get the express detailing. It's so worth it. I'll definitely be coming back. No other car wash exists in my eyes. read more

Today I went with the intention to have the interior of my truck done and the guy working the register instantly said not today ... I don't have enough guys for that!!! Really? There were 5 guys drying cars and two including himself in the back! Well way to turn down more money to the business! I give it a 3 out of 5 stars because when I went the other day I paid for the extreme thinking my car would come out clean and shiny. Nope I was wrong. The dirt was still on the bottom part of my car by the door on both sides and all on the top of my car and in the back and on the hood. Key places where it should of got cleaner then the rest of the car. I took it to my brother mechanic shop grabbed a rag and wiped where the dirt was and it started to come off.. why couldn't the "clean machine" clean my car the right way?? $22 I won't get back and I won't be going back. It's a shame cause I know ppl who work there and I like to bring my business to them but not if $22 (the highest treatment) couldn't wash my car all the way. read more

Just had an awful experience here with my 2 week old car. My car stopped progressing through the wash near the end. My steering wheel started turning on its own. My car jerked periodically as the rollers tried to catch the tire. I know you are not supposed to touch the steering wheel or brakes during a car wash (this was not my first time in a car wash!) so I didn't know what to do. I saw a car immediately behind me (looked like it was touching me) and straightened my steering wheel to see if that would help. It did. When I got out I looked at the back of my 2 week old car and saw part of my bumper had popped out. Everyone there was super rude and treated me like I did not know how to drive a car through the car wash. They said it was probably like that before and I hadn't noticed. They told me I "jumped the rollers" and that I hit the brake and it it was my fault. They reviewed a video. I asked if they could see my brake lights or my foot on the brake In the video?! Of course not. I'm not sure if the car behind me hit me or the car wash itself pulled my bumper out. I would NOT go here. read more

I've struggled to find a good car wash in the area so I was pretty pleased when I came across Clean Machine in FTW. Great quick car wash. For $17 I got interior and exterior fully cleaned (and tires but no wax). The people working on the interior did a great job cleaning my windows, dash, and vacuuming. Very attentive although they weren't busy at all (blame the pending rain) so that may have helped. But I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and will be going back. read more

I was totally impressed with this car wash, how friendly the entire staff was as well as the attention to detail...They noticed there was tree sap on my car as they were drying it after I went thru the wash, and they not only proceeded to removed all of it by hand, they asked me run thru the tunnel again to be certain! To make a long story straight I went around a sign I should not have which resulted in an employee asking me "can you fucking read?" This created a big argument w the manager getting involved. The interior of my car was a mess, so I was looking in to getting my car detailed but didn't have time. Came here and paid $12 for the super wash and an extra $8 for the interior cleaning. What those guys did for $8 was amazing. There were 2 to 4 guys in my cars for 10 minutes cleaning EVERYTHING. read more
