Waiting area and air fresheners for sale

Won't take my car anywhere else! Wheel Works is my favorite. Washes start at $27 for cars and $30 for SUVs. You can get the "ultimate upgrade" for an additional $15 and they provide extra services such as top off windshield wiper fluid, remove sap and bugs, fill your tires, clean rubber floor mats, etc. If you decide to get the ultimate upgrade, you're able to go back in 3 days for a FREE wash or go back in 5 days for a half price wash as long as you have your receipt. That's amazing. The service is unmatched for the price you pay. They are always consistent and friendly even during their busiest times. I can tell the employees enjoy what they do. They make it fun. I've seen them dancing and singing while they dry cars. Definitely seems like a positive working environment. Whenever I stop in on a weekend, they have free coffee and doughnuts for their customers. In the lobby, you'll find air fresheners, wiper blades, Wheel Works merchandise (t-shirts and hoodies) and gift cards available for purchase. Cash and credit cards are accepted. HIGHLY recommend to anyone who needs a thorough detail of their vehicle!

The quality of the service was the worst possible. The service requested was an upgrade wash, I paid $57 dollars for this bullshit. Don't waist your money on their car wash.

Found Wheel Works through a random Google search for a hand car wash which is harder to find than you'd imagine in Philadelphia. Wheel Works was a bit of a drive from my North Philly hotel but was 100% worth it. I have been to many hand car washes as I like to drive my older 'classic' vehicle around the country when I have the time and what's better than having a clean car to drive? I always seek out hand car washes for obvious reasons but not all are the same. Wheel Works far exceeded my expectations for a hand car wash, especially one that an old car owner could feel safe leaving in their hands. They knew exactly how to take care of the white wall tires for cleaning and bringing the white stripe back to life. I've asked hand car washes to use a brass brush so many times and just gotten blank stares back. Some even tell me I'd be crazy to use one. Most of all though, all of the staff took care of my car as if it were their own, from start to finish. You are able to see through the tunnel the entire length of the way so you never have to worry about what's going on behind closed doors. I also appreciate that Wheel Works has a large number of employees working so the wash and dry doesn't take much longer than if you went to an automatic car wash. I would have no problem going out of my way to have more extensive services done at Wheel Works and I recommend you give them a try for a wash at least.

This is how my car looking after i spent 46.75$ for the upgraded full service and with an additional$ of 15.00.for shampoo the rugs (that i never requested).Gladly i checked my trunk to find out they didn't vacuum or cleaned it at all.The employee was very rude. The 2 stars are for The receptionist who was very nice and professional. Overall I am very disappointed with the cleaning service especially when I spent over $60 for a car wash.

Revised Edition I had been using them for years. I even got along with the owner. Some people don't…read morelike him but once you get to know him he is a nice guy. About a month ago they were having issues with their equipment. They have two bays to go along with the tunnel. Since the Tunnel wasn't working I saw a car being washed in one of the bays. So I asked the manager if I could use one. This guy got in my face within less than an inch. I said nothing to provoke him. Putting all that aside, this is the best tunnel carwash in the state. After the wash they literally detail the car. They spend a minimum of fifteen minutes drying and cleaning the care. The car comes out looking like a diamond.

The place usually does a pretty good job, and you pay for it. However, I'm probably not going back…read more I was just paying for my wash when the guy at the counter goes on the typical right wing moanfest about pronouns that literally don't affect him at all, and then proceeded to profess he's okay with the gays but not the trans people. I basically let him know they're lucky they don't need his permission to exist and went to wait for my car. Dude, just wash my car and take my money, I don't need the ignorant hate and don't care about your terrible opinions. Really just off putting. I went for a car wash and got some white dude's bad take on an issue that doesn't affect him. Bad business sense. I know it's the 'burbs but it's a mistake to assume everyone's an asshole. Doubt I'd go back for this alone.

Their monthly packages are really good The customer service…read moreis also very helpful Would deff recommend

Wow, I have had such terrible treatment from a business. When I say avoid them? Please save…read moreyourself the hassle. There are way too many car washes to be treated the way I am currently being treated. I had been a monthly member and generally had no issues with this car wash until this experience. Unfortunately, the way management handled a simple mistake and what happened afterward was enough for me to recommend avoiding this business. During my wash, I thought the machine sign instructed me to pull forward, so I did. I quickly realized the wash apparently had not finished because my car was still soaked, so I circled back around and went through again. Afterward, an attendant approached me because the customer behind me had apparently experienced an issue. He just said "was there a problem?" I didn't know what he was talking about. "The lady behind you said you had a problem." First of all, that isn't how you talk to people. While I was explaining what happened, he told me I had "stolen her wash." I explained that I was a monthly subscriber and obviously had no intention of stealing a car wash. He then told me memberships were limited to one wash per day, which I hadn't realized. I responded, "Okay, thank you. I will keep that in mind." But he continued to lecture me. As I rolled up my window to leave saying "thank you I got it", he continued talking and then said, "Oh wow, that's rude." I have absolutely no problem being told that I made a mistake or being informed of a policy I didn't know about. If I misread the signal and caused a problem for the next customer, tell me what happened and what I should do differently. What I object to is being accused of "stealing," being interrupted while explaining an obvious misunderstanding, being lectured to, and then having an employee criticize my manners because I chose to end the interaction after acknowledging what he told me. What happened afterward made the situation considerably worse. After I posted a review describing the interaction, the business canceled my monthly membership without me requesting cancellation. In its public response, management defended the interaction, called me "very rude," and stated that it had refunded my monthly fee. This entire situation could have been resolved in about 30 seconds with basic courtesy: "It looks like you exited early and going through again affected the next customer's wash. Just so you know, memberships are limited to one wash per day." I would have said okay, thanked them, and gone home. Instead, a minor misunderstanding became an unnecessarily confrontational customer-service issue and ultimately resulted in the business canceling a paying customer's membership after he complained about how he was treated. There are plenty of places to wash a car. I won't be returning to this one.
