Went to this car wash for the first time today and the guys could see my car was really dirty. I parked under the wrong tree and had really stuck on fruit and poop. The machine attendant was really helpful and told me exactly which wash to get and the car wash attendant gave me a pre spray down because of how bad it looked. Great set of guys. What a joke, new owner and quality is a mess. This is literally me pulling out after they cleaned my car. Paid for the highest package and there's dust and marks everywhere. Nothing was wiped down. I shouldn't have to tell people how to do their job and micromanage like a Karen. I just let people's work and honor speak for themselves and warn people not to waste their money here. (Came here twice after the new owner btw because I believe in 2nd chances. Same exact thing. I don't give 3rd chances). read more

I've come to this place occasionally over the past few years. It's a noticeable difference in changing of management. They ask you what service you want, by the time you're done the price has gone up 2 or 3 times. They seem to be in a hurry. Definitely not as nice or patient as the previous owners but your car will be clean. read more

We had just drove home from Florida with 2 large dogs and 2 parakeets. My car was a mess!! I pulled in and asked for the Mini Detail. When I was rung up the price was higher than advertised on the boards where I pulled in. I questioned and the gentleman explained that the prices had gone up and they were awaiting new signs. He promised me "Sweetheart, you will be happy with the job we do." Well... I have to say... I WAS!! Bubble Bath Car Wash did an above and beyond job on my whole car. All of the bugs on the windshield were gone, cup holders spotless, floor mats looked brand new and perfectly clean seats and floors. I am definitely going there again and again. First time coming here for a car wash. I did the "the works" wash which was $18 and included exterior wash, windows, interiors, tire shine and what not. The exterior wash was okay, miss some dirty spots around my car. Interior part, they also missed a couple spots when wiping around my dash area. Now as far as where my tires and rims go, it was pretty bad. No tire shine whatsoever and my rims were still dirty. I had to go home and just do it myself. This place is good only for just a quick basic exterior wash. They clean it really fast (25-30 mins) but they don't pay attention to the details. read more

My dissatisfaction was that the car was still dirty under the luggage bars along the roof sides. I had just purchased a top package monthly membership. When I went back inside to tell them, I was told that only what the wash itself gets is all they do. Over a few washes it'll eventually get cleaned. Wtf? I guess for the price I cant complain too much. The Works got all the grunge from the snow and driving around off my car. The detailing inside the car left much to be desired, though. There was still a lot left on my floor mats, even after the vacuum. They spritzed Armor All on the dash and radio, but did a terrible job wiping it off. It looked like I sprayed hairspray on my radio and just left it. I think I'd rather pay more to have the inside cleaned correctly. read more

Went on a quiet Saturday evening for the mini detailing for the first time. So I was promised that it will be great deal: $35 for about half an hour. My car came out pretty well cleaned, I liked it, also was asked twice if I liked it :) Overall my experience was pleasant so I will be definitely back! Great place to bring your car too in the northeast. They're polite and thorough with their cleaning. The cost isn't bad either, even for the deluxe package. You do have to come a bit early or during non peak hour because I have seen the line very long. Which is a good thing overall. But definitely will recommend to anyone. read more

My first trip to the bubble bath car wash. Based on time I had and reviews went with the basic exterior wash. Everybody was very professional. A thorough pre-wash to the car to scrub off the exterior grit. Inside, the wash is your basic soft brush wash that does a good job of getting off the rest of the dirt. Outside the wash, three or four guys come to hand drive your car. Everything came out looking very nice. One criticism is that upon exiting the wash, you are trapped behind cars that are getting "the works", so that you may have to wait a few minutes before exiting. But, the guys did move the cars around so if the let me pass as soon as they could.The wash was not very busy on this weekend morning, and took me about 15 minutes to get through. Not bad, but certainly not fast for a basic car wash. For basic car wash you stay in your car. For the more expensive washes you exit your car and they drive it through. Overall, very good experience and I'll be back for a more extensive wash. read more

Fast service but I'm pretty annoyed with the quality. Just spent $15 on a car wash then when I got home I realized I have white dry marks on the side of my car, 1 shined tire, 3 unsigned tires and if you look closely to the paint on the vehicle it looks like there is tiny scratches everywhere. I wouldn't typically blame this on a car wash but considering I literally just got the vehicle with less than 100 miles on it and this is the only place that has washed the car I'd be crazy not to think it came from the brushes they're using... idk but I'm definitely upset with the outcome of the wash. read more

Decent car wash. I've brought my car here many times over the years since they opened. At first, they used to wash cars by hand, without the use of machines. I guess it was too much work so they went ahead and installed the machinery to wash cars quicker. The staff is usually friendly. They have these cards that offer customers a "free" wash after several car washes. I say "free" because I once was supposed to get a free wash but they refused to honor it, saying I had to pay them $8 EVEN THOUGH the card clearly said I was to get a FREE car wash. They refused to honor it. Besides that, it's a decent car wash. read more

Today was my first time trying them out. I just moved to the area & was looking for a new car washing place. I drove by Bubble today & stopped in because my car was a HOT MESS! I haven't washed my car in MONTHS and my floors were littered with gum wrappers, food crumbs, etc; super gross. When I first arrived, the first guy wasn't the "nicest". His exact words were: "Just get out of the car and go inside". Um... Excuse me sir? Lol. But I just smiled & just headed on inside. I paid him through a little window and then headed through the tunnel to the front door. You do have the option of waiting inside but you don't have to. I got the $12 full service. It included the wash, vacuuming, door jam cleaning, & an interior window w/ dashboard wash. When I say they spent an EXTRA amount of time vacuuming my little coupe out, TWO CARS behind me were almost done before they finished my little car lol. So I can definitely say they do a great job! Horrible experience. The guys that worked there clearly don't take any pride in their work whatsoever. I took my Wrangler there for a basic wash. First of they charged me 1 dollar more because I guess it's a "small suv" even though my Jeep definitely has a much smaller footprint then most cars. Secondly the car wash machine is a joke That unit barely scrapes and cleans anything. After the wash I waited for at least 5 minutes for the guys to come and hand dry it but they seemed preoccupied with the cars that got "the works" even though one of those cars came after me. If I have to take my Jeep home and re clean it after a car wash I guess this business shouldn't be classified as a car wash. I truly miss the fully automated car wash I had in Jersey where no one needed to hand dry it after the car came out of the car wash. The only reason this place is towel drying it is so that they can hide the poor job that the wash unit does. Really disappointed. Never going back there. read more
