Complete Autowash is a great and affordable car wash in Philadelphia. The prices are cheap and service is fantastic. You have an army of people that will do your inside and clean vacuum it out. Then you go through the automatic car wash and you are greeted with another set of people who dry your car. Everybody was really friendly and returned my car in great condition. Got banned after being a customer over 10 years. Just because my brother tried to do me a favor and take my car to get washed. Not knowing my membership expired a couple days prior. He tried to tell the owner that he was going to let me know so that I can handle the issue when I called to make a payment and get. this resolved Jeffrey tells me you are banned and hangs up on me. read more

I chose the $26 car wash which is their premium option not the basic, glad I didn't choose the top option which was $41 I would really be pissed. The owner was very unprofessional and combative, the crew cleaning my car acknowledged the horrible service and the owner still didn't want to come to a resolution. This was my first time here. My car was badly in need of a car wash so I stopped by here given the good Yelp review. I would recommend only if you're in the area and preferably on a Wednesday for a free upgrade from deluxe ($16.99) to premium ($21.99) car wash. You pull up your car at the entrance of the rolling car conveyor belt. You get out and the guy quickly vacuums inside before hopping into your car to drive through the wash. You get a receipt and pay inside (cash or credit card). You go outside to wait for your car but keep your receipt but sometimes the guy checks to make sure if it's the right car if it's busy. The guys quickly dry the car. Con: since it's machine and not hand wash, it's not a thorough cleaning. The vacuum inside was dismal... didn't look like it was cleaned at all. I probably should go to a gas station to vacuum myself. But the people were friendly. Just super fast service that seems rushed and careless. read more

We did not receive a call back to come pick up our vehicle by end of day. Today (Dec. 6th @10:30am) we stopped by your location to pick up our Black Kia Sorento S. Unfortunately today the location is closed due to the light rain, but as we drove around the lot, our car was not on the site. I come here every few months to get my car washed. It's affordable and they also thoroughly vacuum the inside of the car with each wash. My car always looks sparkly clean whenever I leave. They also have a la cart options such as tire shine, foot mat wash etc. They also provide an option where you pay a monthly fee and can get your car washed as many times as you like. I drive out of my way to come here so I definitely recommend. Side note: sometimes there is a long line of cars but it's worth the wait. read more

First time here and detailing the interior of my car. The owner was nice to me and even put my huge bag of junk that I didn't clear out of the car in his office. Oscar did a great job cleaning my dirty car. Price is very reasonable if you're comparing to other auto detailers. I wasn't expecting a car wash cuz I was being cheap but they did include washing my car and tires. It took alittle over 2 hrs so I walked over to the strip mall nearby. They had a few fast food joints and some shops; good for killing time. It's not white glove service where every spot is impeccable, but I very happy. A friend of mine even thought the car was new! Good service. I like that there's a window along the indoor automated car wash so you can watch as your car moves along. I asked for the "Gold Express" wash which cost $13.99. I noticed that the guys at the end took the time to wash the insides of my windows, which I've haven't seen car wash attendants do before. They left a few soap spots on one side of the car, but overall the car was clean. I was satisfied with the job they did and would return. read more

I came here on a Sunday morning after reading all of the great reviews. Drove right past at first, then turned in and went the wrong way. Now I know to drive around the back! This is not your typical overpriced, fancy establishment that does sub-par work. The basic wash was $10 and included some interior vacuuming as well. You pay inside while the car moves through, and credit cards are accepted. The cashier was friendly and gave my little one a lollipop while we had a very brief wait. There was a full group working on the interior after the car went through, and they were thorough and efficient. There was also a tip container available outside. I've been coming here for years and I love the service that has been done to any car I have brought here, the people are nice, helpful and the process is smooth, quick and professional! Things also just got better! They have a deal that is better than any other car wash I've seen, they now have ways you can enroll to only pay $40 a month and get your car washed as many times as you want! This would be a great if it were an unlimited basic wash but it's a deluxe wash which is pretty much like receiving a high quality car wash (interior and exterior) as many times as you want! Excellent experience! My truck was filthy... like 2 dogs, a 6 year old child, and several months since the last wash kind of filthy. Now $25 + tip and 45 min or so later for the platinum wash/ express detail type of package, it looks great! There are still several dirty nooks on the rims and my windshield is smudged. But the level of care and hard work that went into his work to get this much for the price is still very obvious to me. I will definitely go back!! read more

Just went for the first time based on reviews here. I got the Platinum express, and wow, they really go into detail! I will say my car was not all the way washed, there were parts that were missed, like the very front of the car near the bumper, but the rest of my car was spotless. Inside and out. I wanted to get this done before the winter comes and I was impressed. Keep in mind though, if you go during a busy time, you could be waiting a while. Even the "Basic Car Wash" is more thorough than I expected. After a manual pre-rinse of problem areas where salty winter road dirt had accumulated, my car went through the automated tunnel, and then a small army of guys wiped it down, inside and out. There were a couple of stray drops left from the interior window cleaning but for this price who can blame them? Took me all of thirty seconds to get rid of those. I just got the platinum express car wash and my car has never looked so good. Their prices are fair and the guys working here are hilarious. The platinum express wash takes about 30 minutes because after your car goes through the machine they spend quite some time detailing.
