Beautiful interior and exterior detailing. Pleasant vibe, reasonable price. Accommodated my schedule. Thanks!

From the very first interaction I knew I was in good hands with David. My parent's car had toddler stank, unidentified crumbs and reeked of sour milk. It looked and smelled like a brand new car after a few hours of deep cleaning. Exceptionally reasonable and friendly. The only place I will go for car detailing in Germantown. read more

I had a great experience with Fineline. I called to schedule a complete detail for my VW Beetle to get it ready for sale and they were able to fit me in the next day. The car came out beautifully. It's a convertible and I had some algae growing on the top that I couldn't get out myself, but they were able to. The inside was spotless. David is also a really nice guy, so it was a pleasure to do business with them. read more

I was introduced to Fineline Auto Spa from a friend that I know is pretty critical when it comes to car detailing. I met Dave and explained what we needed and left the car. When I returned, not only did he do a fabulous job on the vehicle, he was also able to address other imperfections on the paint! To say that I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. Since then, we have done full details, tint, wash/wax, etc. Dave is the consummate professional and he has earned my trust and respect. Hands down, we WILL continue to work with Dave and Fineline Auto Spa! Great work for a very fair price! read more

Service was quick and efficient! The man who detailed my car a week or two ago was very nice and accommodating, and helped me figure out the tv while I waited. There were a little crumbs left in the console and a slight smell in the car but overall the car was clean! I had spilled chocolate protein shake in between the seat and console so it was hard to clean but it looked as good as new. read more

Amazing service. Friendly customer service. Fairly priced. Would definitely recommend it to everyone

5 stars for service, 5 stars for courteous, 5 stars for quick response, 5 stars for being so so friendly and 5 stars for accommodating me

"This jawn SUPA CLEAN. I would lick the floor." Words from my 17 year old daughter after having my car interior detailed. This is actually my second time using Fineline Auto Spa. The first time was back in about 204/2015 with a different car. That first time the cleaning was well done and I was pleased. After neglecting my car for many months I finally decided to get a detailing from here. When I called I did have to leave a voicemail but I actually received a return call from a different number that helped me schedule. I was told there was a cancellation for the same day and I could being my car in immediately. The car was dropped off at about 1:30 and we were told 3 hours. We went to pick it up at 5 and I an once again pleased with the result. You can see before and after photos below. read more

Started very optimistic: Great deal on Groupon, place is very close, reviews were fairly good. Made the appointment (they never answer the phone) and after a few calls we were good to go. Rewind to last Thursday. Showed up about 40 mins late, was told it takes 3-4 hours to clean the car... and after literally begging this dude through his guilt trip about how he'd have to stay late (he's not salaried, he still gets paid) he finally agreed to it. I dropped the car off and was told to come back 8-9 hours later. Typo, no, that said 8-9hrs later. I knew the guy would be there late so I even brought him dinner (I run the kitchen) and his response, "thanks man but you still owe me $20 for the 3rd seat." Cool, here's an Amex. "Nah man, the credit card machine is down, I need cash." I don't carry cash, this isn't 1996, so I said I'd come back on Friday. Friday I worked 6-2 so as he called yet again and told me he put his own money in (this makes no sense but will as you read on). I informed him that I headed out a little early and while it's $20 and not hundreds, and I'm walking distance from the shop, I'd come by Monday. Fast forward to today. Let me start by saying my building, being a historic in Germantown, is over a hundred years old and isn't equipped to take on the kind of rain we had last night. Flooding everywhere, ceiling tiles collapsed in, hallways needing to be professionally cleaned. Anthony calls again. "Yo man, what's up, I'm expecting you this morning." "Hey sorry, we had quite the situation at work." "I'm not tryna hear all that, it seems like you duckin me." Lets me honest, first off don't talk crazy to people you don't know. Second as I started to explain "I need to use a card as it's a business car and I need a paper trail." (Anthony) "nah man, I'm going to contact the police". "Calm down, I literally have the card in hand, $20 is not something to start crying about, I just need to, for business sake, put it on a card". "I told you cash as the credit card machine is down man, I'm going to the cops" (4 days later the cc machine is still down?). Lol Let's review... You had me sign the agreement on an Amex supplied clipboard. You want cash because you don't have to report it you scumbag. So let's do this. I have a friend of a friend who is a Chief Auditor for the IRS. Let's make sure they take a deep look into your place of employment and your cash requirements in lieu of posted credit card acceptance. Enjoy the audit chump Apparently the vacuum and spray to get milk off the seat were down too... read more

Purchased a Groupon to detail my minivan and from get go had trouble ! Wanted me to return the Groupon and pay direct and when I refused asked me to pay extra because of the size of the vehicle ! The Groupon was for $125 and when I asked for 125 worth of service he said you paid $95 for the Groupon so you still have to pay me extra . Ok fast forward - minivan was left two days and when completed there were so many places where dirt and grime was left (see posted photo for an example)! Then they charge extra for the "taxes" and then additional "$10" for credit card fees !!! Very disappointed ended up paying $40 extra than Groupon value at the business . The quality of detail was no better than what many car wash places offer ! Very poor job . Sorry won't be recommending them to anyone. read more

Great work! On time and a quality job done. I agree that getting through via phone was a bit challenging but they are a small shop so it's understandable. Worth the wait. Thank you! read more

I found Fineline through Groupon, and I could not be more grateful! Here's how it all went down... I purchased my Groupon, made an appointment with Fineline (receptionist was friendly and sweet... and returns calls quickly!), and dropped off my car the evening before they were to complete their work. The next day, I called to check in and see what time I would be able to pick up my car. They were able to make my car look brand spankin' new before close of business that day! David (the owner) and Anthony did the most incredible job on my car. I have to note that I have a one-year old son. You guys can imagine what my car must look like after his milk and his snacks get thrown around during long car rides. My car is surely no longer as clean as it used to be - it required a looooot of cleaning, and these guys made it look like a completely different car! They were even able to lift most of the scratches from my car doors! This was undoubtedly the happiest I've ever been with any service I've ever had done (not even just for my car, but for myself also). I've never seen this high quality of detail in any service... I am beyond impressed!!! There was seriously NO CRUMB LEFT BEHIND! This place is worth every single dollar! A huge thank you and hug to David and Anthony - you guys are unbeatable! read more

David and his crew have done an outstanding job of detailing the interior and exterior of my little Mini Cooper S. I had some doubts because his web site didn't have a lot of before and after pictures, but when I saw my car after it was done, I couldn't stop smiling, just like his web site said. In fact, the first words out of my mouth were "Holy sh*t!!!!" with my eyes popping out of my sockets. My car definitely looks better than when I first drove it out of the dealership. About a year ago, an idiot woman in an SUV sideswiped my Mini just as I left my dealership for a yearly inspection. She scratched up my rear leftside wheel rim pretty bad. David and his crew made the scratches disappear. A few months ago, I drove down a little side street and another idiot had his car parked a little too far from the curb. My side mirror on the passenger side violently turned in and scraped against the window leaving some gloss coat on the window. That stain also was pretty much gone after David's detailing. There are only minor things, such as a little dust here and there and fuzzies left by cloth rags caught on the edges of an emblem or crevice, but these are easily fixable/removable. All in all, an excellent job and I will definitely return again. Highly recommended! read more

This place won't answer their phone. I've called 5 times in the last two days to schedule an appointment (and two times the week prior) but no one will answer and their mailbox is full. Oh! And their website isn't functional so you can't book an appointment there either. It's super unprofessional. Update: I called them one last time and they picked up. I scheduled my appointment, dropped off my car outside of business hours and followed their drop off procedure exactly as described. I parked my car outside of their shop within 25 feet of the storefront. I then had my friend pick me up and drive me to work. Just in case I decided to call Fineline Auto to ensure they knew my car was there. No one answered! So I show up after work to pick up my car and it isn't done. I ask the man in the office what happened and he said I wasn't on his schedule despite getting verbal confirmation and a text message confirming the appointment. He refused to put me in touch with management and initially refused to give me back my car keys while yelling at me that it wasn't his fault. I had to threaten the police with a call before I returned them. Need I remind you that I have no paid for any services at all? I then saw a missed call from an unknown number a few minutes before at 5 pm (1 hour before the store closes). I call it back and it's the owner. I ask him what happened and he said that I was a no show! Wait, your employee told me that I wasn't on the schedule, so which is it? He asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I asked for a free detail (the package was $36, not an astronomical amount to comp considering all the hoops I've jumped through) but he laughed and refused. At that point I hung up and left. Don't give these people your business. I jumped through a bunch of hoops I shouldn't have and ignored a ton of red flags as well. Even with the cheap price the value isn't there and the customer service is nonexistent. read more

Refused to clean my car. Said they were "booked for the day" when there were only 3 cars, that were already clean, and were gonna be open for another 4 hours. Disappointed read more

I purchased the deal from Groupon for inside and outside of car cleaning. They charged extra for so called pandemic. I didn't see them do anything extra for the extra charge. It too them just about the entire day to finish. It was almost closing so I went to the shop because I did not hear from them. When I got there they were still working on my car! I took the car home with the seats still wet! The next day after the seats dried there were new stains on the seats. My car was cleaner when I brought it there. Review is late posting but true! read more

Solid shampoo and vacuum! Despite seeing very mixed reviews, I decided to try out Fineline Auto. I've own my car since 2013 and I haven't cleaned it since. My car was in dire need of an interior cleaning. I found a Groupon for interior cleaning and decided to try it out. I saw many complaints about the company not answering the phone and not having a credit card machine etc. HOWEVER, I have to hand it to Yvette who helped me schedule my appointment. She was VERY attentive throughout the entire process. If she couldn't reach me at work she always left a detailed message and was contactable through text message. A WHITE GLOVE scheduling process in my opinion. The place is a little out of the way but a regional rail stop is about 3 blocks away from the place making it easy and affordable to get back and forth from the city. I had no problem paying with credit card. I would not hesitate to pay $45 dollars for this service again. read more

Not worth the headache you will have to find someone else to clean up what they attempted to do ! You can't clean something with dirty rags ! I literally have dirt streaks on my tan seats and they left the dirty rag in the back seat ! I should've known when I called to make another appointment for my husband's car and they couldn't find my appointment for the next day ! Took 10 mins to find it read more

I bought a groupon here and called to make an appointment, but when I got there right on time, they were busy and I still had to wait about 45 min before they could even start my car. They did a good job with the seats and carpet and the door jams especially but I noticed once I drove away that there was still quite a bit of dirt in all the cracks. I felt like they rushed because I waited, vs leaving my car there for the whole day. read more

I made an appointment weeks in advance with specific timing due to my busy work schedule. When I arrived at the agreed upon time for pickup, I was made to wait an additional hour for my vehicle. Just to clarify: they had the car for the entire day 9am- 7pm...and it still wasn't done at the time that was agreed upon. I work more than 8 hours a day, and so does my wife. Neither of us have spare hours to wait on someone that can't keep a simple schedule - especially at these prices. In addition to this the "hand wash" was lackluster at best. Car came out with streaks, dirty spots, and fibers from the towels stuck in the cracks of the door handles. With all these stellar reviews, I expected a lot more. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I cannot say enough good things about these gentlemen! I also used the Groupon, and while my car was absolutely spotless, there's another reason to be fans of Dave and Anthony: they're good old-fashioned decent people. While trying to pull my car out of the lot, my battery died. Our fault, since we hadn't changed the battery in about seven years. Glad it lasted that long I guess. Dave and Anthony stopped what they were doing, removed the rusted bolts, drove me to Auto Zone, then helped me install the new battery. Who does that? They literally stopped what they were doing to make sure I was all taken care of. I'll definitely be back. Thank you guys! read more

I just got a groupon for this establishment on Monday, and they were able to get me in on Wednesday. They really tried to have my car done early since we had an early dismissal due to the heat (I'm a teacher). I am SO mad I didn't take a before and after. Greg worked wonders on my car! I had 3.5 years worth of stains (coffee, water, dog pawprints, etc.). I even had dog vomit between the middle consule and seat that I couldn't reach. They didn't even charge me extra, which every other detailing location said they would. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Also, someone always answers the phone. They were very pleasant even when I called multiple times! read more

Totally drove past and missed it...So if you're going you have to really look for it... it is like in a warehouse/garage. I had them do an interior detail of my car. i have 2015 ford fusion that is gray cloth... This material easily stains even with water. well, my preschool somehow managed to get candy smeared in the seats and spilled chocolate milk in there. The candy had been in the seat for at least a month and they were able to get it out and make the seats look new again. The took me on a same day appointment... They were kind and welcoming. read more

Buyer beware! I recently purchased a groupon for an interior detail. I how to give up the car for the whole entire day. When I returned, some of the vents weren't cleaned, there were still stains in the carpets and seats, dirt on the side panels of the doors, amongst other signs of a very sloppy detail. In all honesty, I was highly disappointed with the service. Maybe I am very meticulous for detail, but when it comes to getting your car detailed, you would think that they would be a good eye for keeping the car clean. It looked liked a cursory wipe over with a wet rag, and vacuuming the car. I pointed out the faults, and they did clean it a second time. I do not intend to come back to this business and I recommend that you don't either go to somewhere more reputable. Hopefully there they will not take your car the whole entire day to do something that would maybe at most have taken a quick 30 minutes. read more

My car interior was a wreck after a cross country drive. I've been meaning to get it cleaned and finally jumped on it. These guys immediately responded on Yelp. I was able to drop off and pick up the same day while at work nearby. Super convenient. Good people. Good price. Clean car (better than multiple services I've used in the past). There was solid dirt going on and they got rid of it. It wasn't an easy job. Super happy. Will be back! read more

I called last minute on Saturday morning after being totally over the dirt on my car and the thought of going to this other place that was 45mins from my house. I called and mentioned my Groupoun deal and originally he told me they were booked until next Thursday. He said he said he would give me a call back to schedule for then. And just as promised, Dave called me back. Said that he could put me in the next day at 10am! I dropped my car off and went to church. I had plans for after and he said I could just leave it and pick up when I was ready b/c one of the guys lived close by and someone would still be at the shop! How super convenient and nice of him? When I picked my car up at around 6:30pm (only that long b/c I had plans) it was dark so I couldnt see much. But honey the next day!!!! My car looked AMAZING. Dave and the Fineline staff did an amazing job on my 2012 Subaru Outback. Five years after buying it, I no longer remembered what it looked like when new. Interior and exterior detailing brought it back to new and my wife thinks it is even better than new. They did great work. The price is very reasonable and it was done earlier than promised. made an appointment the week before. was unable to reach them again to confirm. they're not close to my house and it required changing my work schedule to go, so i called many times and could never get anyone on the phone but the phone (a cell number) sometimes only rang once or twice - meaning someone was choosing to not answer those times. i texted & nothing. so i went there anyhow the morning they were scheduled to work on my car and honked and knocked and called as the sign at their door said - and nothing. a really bizarre and frustrating waste of my time. read more
