Matt and his team did a superb job on my wife's Mercedes G550. The plan was for full ceramic coat, windows, wheels and interior detail and it all turned out as expected and on time as Matt promised. I got my Subaru WRX bumper re-painted and I still saw all the marks on it when I brought it in. I smelled paint when I picked it up but it was at night from a dorp off and couldn't see it up close. Then when I did, it looked just the same as when I borught it in. I went back there to tell them about it and got some story I didnt believe. Execellent job. My car is an older Toyota, so the headlights were a bit cloudy over years of use. I took it to all pro and they cleaned it out really nicely. Receiving a quote was fast. I actually requested quotes from multiple locations and they got back first so I went with this location. Customer service was friendly when I was there and they finished it extremely quick. These guys are miracle workers. My teens trashed our subaru over the years driving to school with food and coffee in hand. I wanted to spruce it up for my daughter to use for college. Detailing was ok, pretty much average despite being more expensive than other places I have gone in the area, although there was some missed things. Most disappointing was after spending $200+ with tip, how rudely I was spoken to when I called with questions regarding a missing mat. I understand they don't want to accept fault but it could have been handled with a lot more understanding and empathy than just insisting they didn't do it and barely a word more. read more

If you want your car to look brand new, you need to utilize All Pro Detail. I was selling my 2011 Maxima and wanted to make sure it was acceptable to the buyer. I honestly had second thoughts when it was finished. I wanted to keep it. I did not have the chance bc it sold in one day bc of how "new" it looked. I then purchased another vehicle and sent it to be detailed and WOW is all I can say. Again, my truck looks brand new. Having the same type of detail given on two different vehicles speaks volumes to me about how this business takes pride in their work. Matt and his staff were attentive, thorough and considerate. I had my car detailed and dents removed at All-Pro Detail last month, I clearly pointed out the dents and I was asked to pick my car up after dark. In the morning I found that the 2 dents had not been fixed. I went back and Matt argued that I did not point out one dent but the other was missed and promised to call me when his dent repair technician came in the next time. So, after being contacted by Matt S. of All Pro Detail offering to refund my money since I was dissatisfied with their service, I called him back today. At first he didn't recognize the car in question. After a moment it take him long to get to the heart of the matter. Not the poor attention to detail, but the mirror I suggested they damaged while machine compounding my car. Matt was all too happy to refund my money after arguing with me for ten minutes on the phone, if, and only if, I agreed to remove my "slanderous" remarks from Yelp. He said I couldn't have known whether or not the scratch was there before bringing it in to his shop. Even though I walk around my car every day. I couldn't have known it was there. Two large gashes in my passenger side mirror.... So, next comes the threat of a lawsuit. For slandering. First off, Matt, defamation of character..."Under common law, to constitute defamation, a claim must generally be false and have been made to someone other than the person defamed. Some common law jurisdictions also distinguish between spoken defamation, called slander, and defamation in other media such as printed words or images, called libel." Now it appears that I am confident this was not there before bringing it to you. And either you know you did it and are hiding it or someone else there did it and didn't say anything so you in turn think it wasn't your doing. Either way you slice it, it's your word against mine. But you have video Surveillance. Isn't that what you said? You threatened me with slander then said u have proof via video Surveillance. So, if you have proof, why not put the whole thing to bed and just show me the tape? I'll admit I was wrong with an apology and remove my negative review regarding the gouge in my mirror. It's really that simple. But according to you, you don't have to show me the tape. I wonder why that is Matt? read more
