** the pictures I'm uploading are not showing on this review…read more I made an appointment a week out to get my daughters car detailed. I was told it would take most of the day. I was a little worried when I got a call 2 hrs later that it was finished. When I went to pick it up it was not detailed, the car was not clean even outside, it had bugs all over the front, inside the seats were not shampooed, the dash was dirty, gear shift and steering wheel were dirty. So I just asked about some of it and said I was confused about what I was paying $160 for. The owner said they would do it again. I left and came back and he said they cleaned it again and that the seats were a lost cause. So I left. Still unhappy. I texted him the next day and showed him pictures of the still dirty car. He said hed like to clean it agin , personally himself to make the experience a good one. So I dropped it off the next Sunday and picked it up that afternoon and it still looked the same. Not only that it smelled inside like it had when originally dropping off, not like a freshly cleaned and shampooed car. At this point I just left, very disappointed. My husband and I cleaned it ourselves. I'm so upset I paid $160 for a car vacuum. Barely even washed. And some cleaner/ wax they used outside dripped down the car and left build up that was nearly impossible to get off. I would not support this small business again, unfortunately.

NEVER AGAIN! My…read moreexperience here was awful, please see photos. What I could not capture was the haze on the hood which was supposed to have waxed and the streak marks on the inside of the windshield that were so bad that I had to pull over on the way home and clean it myself. Cup holders, center console not cleaned, literally the worst detailing job I've ever had done. This was clearly not a effort worthy of the $240 bill. When I called the owner about my experience I found him passive aggressive and unapologetic for his team's attempt. Do yourself a favor and look at the recent reviews of this place, may have been good at one time but mine is the 3rd glaringly bad review in the last few months.

I got a email from Glenside Auto Spa for a Ceramic Wax special for $80 that runs to the end of September. I've never heard of a ceramic wax, but sounded good. So I called Brian to make a appointment. I decided, while the car was there, to get the inside detailed as well. He was very nice and professional setting the date and time for me to come in. Louis (very professional and personable) is the young man that did the work and my car looks like a brand new car. The wheels are shining, upholstery looked like new, trunk clean, car just shining from top to bottom! So, so pleased with the job he did. Took the car in at 9am, he was done by 1:30pm. Once again , I'm proud to drive my car. Only downside. they only take cash! I still would highly recommend Glenside Auto Spa!

Perp did not leave a note and security cameras did not capture the incident. I was hoping paintless dent repair (PDR) could be performed, knowing that the dent being placed at the crease of the aluminum fender would make for a challenging repair. I learned that a master technician named John at Thompson Detail Center at 450 N Broad Street in Doylestown was a true expert in PDR. One should be aware that this Center performs many more services than detailing, including wheel protection and restoration, PDR, scratch & dent repair, Paint Protection Film, Window Film Tints, Ceramic Coat, and more. I stopped by the Center, and John assessed the damage and provided me a very reasonable quote for the job. I dropped off this SUV the following week for the PDR to be performed. When I returned to pick it up, I was massively impressed with the quality of John's work. Both to the eye and upon feel, the fender looks like it did right out of the factory (please see the photos). I realized I had made the best choice possible by having this tech perform his craft. I will be very happy to refer family members and friends to John and Thompson Detail Center.

We opted for the valet service which was very convenient. They sent a text to let us know when they were on their way and how long it would take them to arrive. Did the same upon return. It felt a little funny letting a stranger drive off with our only vehicle, but they returned it in ship shape. It smells like a new car and it is spotless. It feels good to support a local women-run business. Natalie is fantastic (didn't meet her daughter, I'm sure she's fabulous). We'll return to Magic Motorz for the magic touch!

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

Not only did the interior shine and smell amazing, but the staff was really cool too! I don't ever remember my car being this clean, not even when I first bought it. They reached all those tiny nooks and crannies that are impossible to get without the right equipment, I'm amazed! There wasn't a spot un touched. The whole exterior was cleaned as well, even the gas tank exterior was wiped down. It was truly Magic! The staff was friendly, attentive and hardworking. When I arrived to drop off my 2005 Toyota Scion XB a man was currently working on another car. I took notice to how much effort and meticulousness was put into each individual vehicle. I was impressed yet again when I came back to pick it up. I hopped in the driver seat and noticed a bag on the passenger side. I came to realize that they put all my belongings in a plastic bag for me. Some items may have appeared to be disposable but they didn't make that call. They even put that temporary paper floor mat down so my feet wouldn't undo their amazing work. I love driving my car again and now have a lot more incentive to keep it clean until the time comes to bring it back to Auto Magic Car Care!
