** the pictures I'm uploading are not showing on this review…read more I made an appointment a week out to get my daughters car detailed. I was told it would take most of the day. I was a little worried when I got a call 2 hrs later that it was finished. When I went to pick it up it was not detailed, the car was not clean even outside, it had bugs all over the front, inside the seats were not shampooed, the dash was dirty, gear shift and steering wheel were dirty. So I just asked about some of it and said I was confused about what I was paying $160 for. The owner said they would do it again. I left and came back and he said they cleaned it again and that the seats were a lost cause. So I left. Still unhappy. I texted him the next day and showed him pictures of the still dirty car. He said hed like to clean it agin , personally himself to make the experience a good one. So I dropped it off the next Sunday and picked it up that afternoon and it still looked the same. Not only that it smelled inside like it had when originally dropping off, not like a freshly cleaned and shampooed car. At this point I just left, very disappointed. My husband and I cleaned it ourselves. I'm so upset I paid $160 for a car vacuum. Barely even washed. And some cleaner/ wax they used outside dripped down the car and left build up that was nearly impossible to get off. I would not support this small business again, unfortunately.

I couldn't be happier with the stellar service and professional experience I received from Sam of…read moreMaestro Auto Detailing. Sam is very welcoming, informative and he has a very clean shop that reflects the pride and attention to detail he provides in his work. Sam was never pushy, but was very patient taking time to explain to me all the products, service options and answer my questions. Sam didn't try to "up-sale" me, but his goal was to understand the outcome I was looking for and ensuring that outcome exceeded expectations in the most cost effective manner...and he succeeded! I was able to get a great deal a 10 year old used car (2012 Toyota RAV4), but the car needed some love to bring the vehicle back to "showroom floor" condition and protect it going forward. I looked at a lot of shops in the Philadelphia area and it was well worth the drive to deal with a professional, like Sam, who truly cares about the service he provides to his customers. While Sam has worked on many cars with price points over $100K+, he treated me and my RAV4 as if it was a Rolls Royce. Sam knows that a well maintained vehicle means a lot to everyone regardless of the make, model or MSRP. Sam was even nice enough to update me throughout the detailing process (see pictures of PPF being applied and steam cleaning leather seats). I ended up having the following services done to my RAV4: Polish, Headlight Restoration, Ceramic Coating on the interior and exterior, Paint Protection Film on the hood, behind the door handles and headlights. It should not be overlooked that Sam uses the highest quality products on the market available to him at the time. The produces he uses are all professional grade, high-end materials- he doesn't try to short-change you by using inferior products. Quality and value don't often come together in today's world, but Sam is a true craftsman and I am so happy when I look at my car. My wife, who isn't a car person, was so impressed that she told me "our car looked better than the new cars on the showroom floor." The attached pictures of my car simply do not do Sam's work justice! My hand glides over the smooth body panels. If you've come this far to read this review to the end then you owe it to yourself (and your car) to have a conversation with Sam about having your automobile cared for at Maestro Auto Detailing.

Both of our cars came back scratched in multiple spots and my front plate was ripped off. The interior was barely touched, dirt everywhere on the doors still and they didn't even vacuum the rugs under the weather mats or in the back seat, same exact outcome for my husband's. We both tip heavy always and I'm disappointed we wasted $ there. The workers must be lazy anymore and the owner clearly doesn't care. I have to add we also witnessed 2 other people unhappy with their wash for interior/exterior today. Typically I would say everyone has a bad day but this has happened the last 3 times I've been. They've lost a loyal customer.
