I couldn't be happier with the stellar service and professional experience I received from Sam of Maestro Auto Detailing. Sam is very welcoming, informative and he has a very clean shop that reflects the pride and attention to detail he provides in his work. Sam was never pushy, but was very patient taking time to explain to me all the products, service options and answer my questions. Sam didn't try to "up-sale" me, but his goal was to understand the outcome I was looking for and ensuring that outcome exceeded expectations in the most cost effective manner...and he succeeded! I was able to get a great deal a 10 year old used car (2012 Toyota RAV4), but the car needed some love to bring the vehicle back to "showroom floor" condition and protect it going forward. I looked at a lot of shops in the Philadelphia area and it was well worth the drive to deal with a professional, like Sam, who truly cares about the service he provides to his customers. While Sam has worked on many cars with price points over $100K+, he treated me and my RAV4 as if it was a Rolls Royce. Sam knows that a well maintained vehicle means a lot to everyone regardless of the make, model or MSRP. Sam was even nice enough to update me throughout the detailing process (see pictures of PPF being applied and steam cleaning leather seats). I ended up having the following services done to my RAV4: Polish, Headlight Restoration, Ceramic Coating on the interior and exterior, Paint Protection Film on the hood, behind the door handles and headlights. It should not be overlooked that Sam uses the highest quality products on the market available to him at the time. The produces he uses are all professional grade, high-end materials- he doesn't try to short-change you by using inferior products. Quality and value don't often come together in today's world, but Sam is a true craftsman and I am so happy when I look at my car. My wife, who isn't a car person, was so impressed that she told me "our car looked better than the new cars on the showroom floor." The attached pictures of my car simply do not do Sam's work justice! My hand glides over the smooth body panels. Wish I could give more then 5 stars!!! I got my son's car detailed as a Christmas gift and Maestro exceeded my expectations. My son's car is old and dirty, very dirty. Embarrassingly dirty. The car looks amazing now. Maestro went above and beyond. I couldn't ask for more. Not only is he amazing at what he does, he is very prompt at responding to messages, and very flexible. Went out of his way to fit the detailing into my schedule. It's clear the owner has a true passion for what he does and cares about his customers. I contacted Sam during the holidays between Christmas and New Year's, and he didn't skip a beat getting back to me about interior detailing my Corolla. We coordinated a drop-off time and I left my car overnight. This car had been through hell and back. It had about 4 years worth of sand, dust, foliage, husky fur, and other awful contaminants in the deepest recesses of the vehicle. At some point my dog had expelled waste matter from every single orifice of her body (sorry Sam). I previously tried to take a hand vac and upholstery cleaner to salvage the inside but my efforts were futile. When I picked up my car from Sam's, it was like a whole new sedan. Every part of the carpet and seats were spotless. The dashboard that was previously covered in white fur was wiped down. Even the trunk was completely cleaned out! I wish I took before/after photos, but Sam had his work cut out for him and he rose to the challenge. It's clear that he puts a ton of care and effort into his work and I recommend him to anyone in Montgomery County looking for a quality detailer. I contacted Sam at Maestro Auto detailing about an interior detail for my van after a 3 week road trip. He was super quick to respond and fit me into his schedule. My van was bad. It hadn't ever been detailed. There was food everywhere after years of being abused by three small kids. After having my van overnight Sam performed a miracle!!! He removed each seat and cleaned underneath, cleaned each seat, cleaned the carpets, wiped down every crevice and removed every stain!!! My van looks brand spanking new!! I'm incredibly impressed with the hard work he put into it! I absolutely will be a returning customer when my van gets (inevitably) trashed again. And I will share with everyone I know!! These 5-star reviews are not exaggerations in the slightest. I came in with my dinky old Subaru and he hooked it up; it took 60 gallons of water to clean up the seats but they look brand new now. Just picked up my car a few minute ago and Sam did a great job on my Civic SI. This was the first real detailing I had done on the car since I bought it and it looks even better than the day I picked it up from the dealership. As a birthday present to my boyfriend I contacted Sam to get the white interior of his car detailed. I was very pleased at Sam's constant communication and prompt responses. Brought in my wife's Rav 4 to Sam on short notice for an interior and exterior detail. Sam explained his process and I could tell he is a very meticulous person. He had the car for the better part of the day and the results were amazing! My wife had numerous scuff marks on her doors and Sam was able to remove all of them. I will be back again and again and have recommended him to everyone I know. I was searching for a local detailer for a while after I moved to the area and didn't see anything that really seemed to meet my expectations. I finally came across Maestro Auto Detailing, and am so glad I did. I emailed Sam on a Wednesday morning and he was very responsive. We spoke about the services I was looking to have preformed and arranged a drop-off that night. Sam immediately looked over the condition of the interior and the paint to give me a more thorough understanding on what I had going on and how he could take care of everything. Just from looking at my paint he know I had been going to the auto wash(I was ashamed to admit it, but it was true, lol) I have always detailed my own cars so I was looking for someone to have the same amount attention to detail as I always have. After Sam gave me the rundown and walked me through a few of his processes and super high quality products he uses, I knew this was going to be my new go-to detailer. I picked my car up Thursday night and was completely blown away. The paint was so clean and clear(car is black by the way.) I honestly never expected it to be this good since he did not preform any paint correction. The entire car was immaculate as if it was brand new, not 6yrs old with 95K on it. He detailed the wheels, my stainless steel exhaust, all the trim, windows, headliner, the grill, absolutely everything. Not only was the service and work amazing, but the price is very reasonable. This is by far the best bang for your buck you will get with any detailer. Many other places are preforming inferior work for way more money. Seriously, if you are looking for a detailer, you need to check out Maestro Auto Detailing and talk to Sam. Had my six year old Rav 4 detailed by Sam the other day. Results were absolutely astounding. Particularly the interior, which, trust me, was a real mess. Went to Sam for a full paint correction and ceramic coating. My black car's paint was in terrible condition when I brought it in. I was blown away with the results! It is obviously that Sam has extreme attention to detail and works on the car like it's his own. He was very good about setting expectations and recommending the best level of service for the look I wanted to achieve. I had called Sam on short notice to detail my Corolla. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate me, which was awesome since it meant I didn't need to take unnecessary vacation. It was my first time EVER having my car detailed. I feel like I take good care of my car, vacuum and clean regularly, but I recently had my new puppy get carsick and figured i was out of my depth. Not only was he able to clean my car, but it looked better than the day I bought it. You can hardly tell that a puppy had even been in the car, let alone barfed all over it. I have a rare mustang which I only drive occasionally and am very particular about its care. After doing some research I decided to try Maestro auto detailing and couldn't be happier! Sam is extremely thorough and pointed out some things I didn't notice after owning the car for over a year. Twice I called him for a last minute service and he squeezed me in and charged me less than I thought both times! He could of charged me more but told me what I initially wanted wasn't necessary which showed his honesty. My car looked as good as new both times.
