After the oil change was complete I went to check my windshield washer fluid and the low warning light was still on, the car wasn't vacuumed and I wasn't offered a free car wash which was always offered before. They don't offer a service printout of what was done. Instead they said it would be emailed. When I got home, they said they performed those services and they basically lied. I had to add washer fluid, add air to the tires and reset my service lights. Sorry, I won't be back anymore.

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. I'm upset because I don't know where I would go to get my car washed without it getting damaged. For a whole dollar more, I could've just gone to Pete's Express and gotten a tire wash, wheel blast, clear coat protectant AND an power air dry on top of everything this express wash offers. Another thing to keep in mind is that the wait times here vary depending on what type of wash the individual in front of you chooses. If they choose the express, it'll be much faster than if they went with the super wash, etc. But on the bright side, this car wash is open 24 hours a day so you could probably come here at night and not worry about any lines.

I started to wonder if the car was stuck in the bay as the doors had closed. But then the doors opened. BUT, then the credit card screen said it was Out of Service and to try again later! I didn't want to risk getting trapped in the bay, so I just drove around the side and left. Then I tried to reach out to someone using Facebook messaging (never heard back), phone number (goes to a fax machine), and email (no response). These contact points are listed on their facebook page. I finally ended up disputing the charge with my bank. It would have been great to have some response (I gave it 5 days) - I would have taken a free wash. But with no response, my trust is broken, and I won't be using them again. Sad.
