It felt a little funny letting a stranger drive off with our only vehicle, but they returned it in ship shape. It smells like a new car and it is spotless. It feels good to support a local women-run business. Natalie is fantastic (didn't meet her daughter, I'm sure she's fabulous). We'll return to Magic Motorz for the magic touch!

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

Once you walk into the main area, just go to the front desk and they'll have a listing of all their services and you tell them what you need to be done. They have large windows as well as a few hanging TVs so that you have the choice of watching your car being washed or enjoying some good ol' television. They also have a kitchenette area where you can make your own Starbucks coffee or tea to enjoy while waiting for your car to be finished. Oh, if you're into free puppy time the owners also have their super cute Japanese Chin lounging about waiting for belly rubs too. I requested an interior as well as exterior cleaning. All in all, they did a great job with my car. The inside still looks spotless and minus the bit of mud I went through a couple days ago, the exterior of the car is still super shiny.

I go to the beach, drive two dogs back and forth and for the first time my car looks great and I can vacuum getting up sand and hair. I just joined the membership which allows me to go anytime I want for a month. It is 21.95 and I get a wash, wax, tires clean and more. Today, I saw that there was paint splattered on my car. Dry! I have a Lexus SUV. Drove up to Blue Tide, owner came out and suggested options to remove the paint. He then came in to the car wash and blasted the car with spray which removed it all.
