I've used this car wash a few times already and I am impressed with how my car comes out fairly clean every time. Sometimes there is someone at the kiosk helping guide you about the car wash offerings and informing customers about the monthly program they have. I opted out since I am out of state, but I come home often and have passed the word around to many of my friends and family. I think it is $30 for as many car washes for the month, but I am not 100% sure on that. Their pricing is comparable to many other car washes in the local area. There are bays available for people to wash their own vehicle. I know it can take sometime, but I personally appreciate the availability to use the bays at my own leisure especially for those who may not have access to a hose hook up or a driveway to wash their car. If you are in a rush and prefer to wash your own car, I would plan well. The employees have always been helpful and considerate. They guided me well to get my car lined up, and they had great communication. This business is locally owned and operated. The owner is a great support of all things local. He has supported various fundraising needs for the schools and local sports teams. He is very generous and so willing to help out. read more

First time that I had my car washed here. I was having some difficulty with how to pay when a gentleman stepped up to my window. He was the owner. He explained how it all worked and then told me my wash was free. My car hadn't been washed in a while and when it came out it looked fabulous. If you want to vacuum and clean the inside of your vehicle there are clean rags for your use. I think this place is wonderful and would not hesitate to recommend. It's a nice feeling to know your business is appreciated. read more

Free vacuuming is offered with unlimited plans of which I have been a member of since they opened. Today when trying to use a vacuum, the tokens that were given to me when I asked for them would not work. I approached an employee who said they would eventually work and inserted a token, punched in a code and it started and said let him know. He asked for my tokens (7) and I gave them to him thinking he was going to exchange them. When asked for them back he gave me two and confiscated the rest saying that they were his property. These tokens have a monetary value and have no markings saying whose property they are. He refused to return them to me unless I was going to use them all. This will be the last time there. There are other newer car washes around who I will patronize. read more

I live in Phoenixville which recently opened two car wash businesses. I currently have a $30 unlimited car wash plan with Captain car wash. Their wash is excellent! Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The drying process is much longer than other facilities. I never need to towel off my car. the $30 unlimited plan includes wax and tire shine. Much cheaper than other places. I will continue to use Captain car wash. read more

I will need to go again to give it a fair and honest review. Liked how they could tell if I was a subscriber by my plate.

Friendly service, many options and prices Free towels Great service , products Offers everything from touchless to full service read more

I've been coming here for years, but this place has become unusable. The wait for a self-service bay is now consistently over an hour because people are allowed to treat the wash stalls like their own personal garage. I have even waited while some people have waxed their vehicles in the bays while a massive line of cars sits waiting. There is zero management or enforcement to keep the lines moving. It shouldn't take an entire afternoon just to wash a vehicle. I won't be back until they start enforcing rules to get people out of the bays once they are done washing. read more

Somehow they signed me up for the monthly plan at $30/ month. I did not sign up for this, but my credit card was charged. I spoke to them about this and and he insisted that I did. BEWARE and be very careful when you give your card to the guy standing at the kiosk, they may sign up for you! The guy I spoke to was very insistent that I did sign up. He did refund my money, but was rude to put it nicely. I will never go here again. So tired of these companies pushing these memberships! read more

Let people bucket wash in the self serve bays poor managed car wash. Offer towels to dry your car and they are wet, not fully dried. Went down hill with service read more

Captains car wash does clean your car fairly well. But watch the attendant when you hand him your card. They entered me into a monthly fee that automatically charged me the next month. He did not tell me he was doing that. I did call the mgr. when I saw this on my acct. The mgr argued with me that I approved that. I did not. I don't live in that area and wouldn't get my moneys worth. Mgr did refund me, but was nasty about it.. read more

Loved the experience! I received a free car wash and thought I would be just a regular gas station car wash... it WASN'T. When pulling in they have rear wiper covers, to protect it. A+ for something I didn't know I needed. The older gentleman at the booth saw I saw struggling entering the code and provided excellent customer service! He was polite and kind, entered the code quickly and we were on our way. The young man who guided the car in was patient as he gestured to come forward and to stop. I really enjoyed the colorful lights as the car moved through the car wash. The brush less wash got off 99% of the pollen and bird poo. Even the dryer seemed to last long enough to actually dry my SUV pretty well. Overall an excellent experience from start to finish! I'll be returning AND purchasing the membership! read more

I don't live close to this car wash. As a matter of fact I pass at least 6 other car washes to drive to Captain Car Wash. The 30 minute drive is well worth it. I recently took advantage of the $30 Monthly special full unlimited washesin 30 days. Don't worry about bringing dry rags as this wash has an entire section of dryers that leaves your car almost completely dry. The sales, service and ownership are great and very attentive to customers. I highly recommend this car wash which keeps my BMW 540i spotless. The Ceramic Wax keeps my car looking new. read more
