We opted for the valet service which was very convenient. They sent a text to let us know when they were on their way and how long it would take them to arrive. Did the same upon return. It felt a little funny letting a stranger drive off with our only vehicle, but they returned it in ship shape. It smells like a new car and it is spotless. It feels good to support a local women-run business. Natalie is fantastic (didn't meet her daughter, I'm sure she's fabulous). We'll return to Magic Motorz for the magic touch!

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

BEST in the Delaware Valley area. Exceptional customer service…read more I did a lot of sleuthing for stores, and thankfully found out about World Wide Stereo. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, and Patrick and Bob generously stayed with me for an extra 90 minutes at their desk after the closing time passed in order to answer all of my questions and assauge my anxieties. Their passion for the products I bought (all Sony) and their technical knowledge blew me away. They have been with the company for a very long time. By the time I left the store, I saw them as friends of mine, almost even good friends. Both of them are very genuine. I felt a lot of trust with them. And their installation team will be coming soon to my home to put everything in.

Well, I'd be lucky if it could get through the last 10 minutes of a 70+ minute CD without the sound dropping out momentarily. You call that, 'working'?!? Now, take note, FOR $600, I CANNOT BUY A CD PLAYER THAT WORKS TODAY, at least not from Denon. (By 'works', I mean, plays the CD faithfully from beginning to end without skipping or having the sound drop out momentarily, even if the CD is 79 minutes long.)

My husband has been an auto adjuster for 35+ years and was confident, based on his business dealings with 3D, that they would do the job correctly. LaMia Thorpe scheduled my repair, and Kalie wrote the estimate. Kalie promised to have the estimate the day following her inspection, and she most certainly did! LaMia helped me with the car rental so I was ready to go! I received texts advising me of the progress of my vehicle while in the shop. It was amazing and assuring to know my vehicle was easily going through the repair process. The care and concern expressed by Kalie and LaMia was extraordinary. They made me feel like a part of the 3D family! My front bumper had to be replaced and there was also hidden damage. No problem there! The supplement was written and I was notified of the situation promptly. The paint on the bumper matches perfectly, which is sometimes hard to do, according to my husband. My car was sparkling clean when I picked I up also! We have referred friends to 3D in the past, but now we can say with assurance that 3D is the best body shop in the area!!!

I could have included more reasons why I would not recommend them but that type of Service is absolutely unacceptable and them telling me "sorry" sarcastically isn't a remedy.
