There was no prewash service to catch the places like the rear window, which was still very dirty after I exited the car wash. For $22 I have to clean the windows myself. The wash was okay, but the car was not as clean as I expected. The tires were kind of half cleaned, do not look very good. Very ambivalent about trying this place again. Possibly being part of a national chain of carwashes is not all it is cracked up to be.

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

Yesterday their brush wash broke off my rear wiper and nearly broke the rear window. This is from their machine not being calibrated correctly. At this point the machine stopped abruptly and left soap all over the car. The damage will cost me almost $200. I'm done with Sanatoga. I guess I finally learned my lesson. Don't bother trying to call, their phone is out of service. I recommend going anywhere else.
