After finally…read moregetting to the right people, one of them being the owners, I can't complain about how I was treated. Initial customer response was very poor and needs to be fixed. However, from a car wash standpoint, this is my "go-to" wash - fast, convenient and, with their monthly plan, inexpensive. With the plan I can get the car washed a couple times a weekend so that if it rains after I run it through in the morning, I get it washed again later when the sun's out. I also like the fact that they don't have people hand drying the car that expect a tip - which is a sneaky way to add to the cost of the wash (I'm not cheap and I do appreciate what those people do but they should be paid by the car wash owner as part of the washing process and that should be clear - otherwise not good for you if they are paid okay and you pay twice if you tip and not good for them if customers don't tip them and they are underpaid). Anyway, this Cloud 10 is a good car wash, good deal and, if you keep working at it, good customer service.

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

When he showed up for the appointment, he was trying to talk me into the up charge before he even looked at the interior of my car. He backed off when I told him I only want the basic $179 detail and said he would do the 90 minute $179 interior detail. About 45 minutes into detailing my car, he texted me that he was going to charge me for $215 to clean and $65 additional charge for a total of $295 for stain issues and excessive debris. I don't know where he pulled those numbers out of (which is more than what an exterior and interior detailing is on his site and I wasn't even having my exterior or trunk cleaned) and the numbers don't even total to $295. When I saw his text message, I told him to stop cleaning and that I didn't agree to that and I only wanted the $179 basic cleaning. He said he didn't know how to do that. He then finally said he would only charge me $179, but then sent me a link to pay $215 (including my $50 deposit). I paid and he refunded me $36 about 15 minutes later of his own volition. He is a total scam artist. He is not using professional/commercial grade tools. He is not a professional whatsoever. He lost his phone in my car. He came an hour late to the appointment. You can do a better job using the free vacuum and spray at a car wash.

They told me my car wasn't in their system and I have been bringing it there for years. After the oil change was complete I went to check my windshield washer fluid and the low warning light was still on, the car wasn't vacuumed and I wasn't offered a free car wash which was always offered before. They don't offer a service printout of what was done. Instead they said it would be emailed. When I got home, they said they performed those services and they basically lied. I had to add washer fluid, add air to the tires and reset my service lights. Sorry, I won't be back anymore.

They work with Enterprise Car Rentals so if you need a rental a shuttle from Enterprise picks you up and will take you about 5 min away to get you to your rental. They really went above and beyond with making sure my car was fixed and looking and feeling like it did before it was damaged. Caliber has fair pricing in my opinion and they truly work hard to make the experience as efficient and easy as possible. They did a great job on my car!
