Hit or miss. If your car is lightly dirty, may do the job, and miss a few spots. If it's super dirty and things caked on, you're gonna leave with a dirty car, regret you wasted time and money. No touch car washes never do a great job because nothing touches your car but the water pressure here is weak, the cleaning products/solution barely do anything and the dryer at the end gets about half way through your car before it shuts off. Better to drive 25-30 minutes to Bergeys in Souderton. Better bang for your buck. read more

On Friday, Jan 10, I stopped by at 9pm on my way home from work to use the automatic car wash. It charged me. There was a car in front of me already in the stall, but as I waited for my turn, nothing seemed to be happening in the bay. I started to wonder if the car was stuck in the bay as the doors had closed. But then the doors opened. BUT, then the credit card screen said it was Out of Service and to try again later! I didn't want to risk getting trapped in the bay, so I just drove around the side and left. Then I tried to reach out to someone using Facebook messaging (never heard back), phone number (goes to a fax machine), and email (no response). These contact points are listed on their facebook page. I finally ended up disputing the charge with my bank. It would have been great to have some response (I gave it 5 days) - I would have taken a free wash. But with no response, my trust is broken, and I won't be using them again. Sad. read more

I've used this establishment twice in the last year in hopes of improvement. The last was a few days ago. At the end of the automatic wash the dryer didn't go on. I waited for a few but still nothing. Drove around to one of the open bays to see if I had a drying towel in my truck. A woman in a blue car ended up behind me parked asking if the automatic dryer went on for me, because she too had a car that wasn't dried. To pay all that money and not get the full service is a joke. But the real reason I'm writing this is because I gave the owner a chance to fix it by writing them on Facebook and received no reply. Failed service is generally backed by poor ownership. Go to colmar and try the car wash there. I use them them once a week and their consistency and quality is what Chalfont's wash is lacking. read more

my gas cap cover was ripped off my car in the automatic wash. When I attempted to call the only phone number listed both on the door and on line, it is a fax number so, there is no way to get through to anyone. I am going to contact Chalfont Boro and report this. read more

Don't waste your money. First, The auto drive through clean is terrible !!! the light inside do not work and your car will come out just as dirty as when you went in... Waste of 10$ Second, the do it yourself washes - Convenient that it will never expect you paper money so you have to use a credit card. So if you need to do a quick power wash, you will get charged a minimum. The brushes are terrible and it takes a long time to switch between settings, again wasting time to rack up more charges. Save you money use a garden hose - you will get a better wash !!!! read more

This is quite possibly the worst car wash I have ever been through. I think a light rain shower would do a better job cleaning my car. I went though the automated wash and purchased the most expensive wash ($13). I honestly cannot see a difference. What a waste. read more

Terrible. Very long processing time. Wash stopped prematurely and attendent told me it had to be "reset". Fine. But then he said I'd have to drive around and get back in line to get a complete wash. I left. Don't go here. read more

This place is awful. The touchless car wash does not clean your car at all. Not worth the price of the wash at all. I went to use the vacuums the other day and used my card and was charged $10 just to use a vacuum for 4 minutes. I absolutely hate this place, it's robbery. read more

The washing station is good, but the vacuums bot so much. I tried to vacuum my car and somehow the very large stationary vacuum machines had less suction than my small handheld vacuum at home (not an exaggeration). So it begs the question as to why I should pay to use their machine when it couldn't pick a dry piece paper off a flat surface. read more

I was treated very rudely by the alleged owner, he would not give his name, of this establishment today. However, I must thank him and the ignorant person behind me, for his banter and name calling and cursing at me! Because they were so rude, I left. I would recommend you go to Doyles town or Warrington Pennsylvania for carwashes. The prices are lower and a much better job! I even got my car towel dried for a lesser wash price! Come here every week to wash my truck the automatic one does good but misses some stuff so I normally go to the diy bays and pre soak with soap and scrub the wheels before going thru the $13 wash then go back to the diy bay because some of the regular water runs out from under the trim and I get water spots on my black paint so I rinse out the excess with the spot free again. So as you see I spend some money there every week so when I was scrubbing my wheels for a minute and your attendant tells me I need to pay to use the brush? Ok fin e you now got my extra $2 today and next week someone else will get the rest of my business, hopefully the greed for that extra money was worth it . I won't be back read more

So I went to this carwash (being as how I live in the area) and I pull into a bay to wash my car. Let me preface by saying I drive a sports car/preformance vehicle. Well after finding out they do not offer a change machine I reluctantly started my car again and pulled out of the bay.....which is so damn high it scraped the undercarriage of my car. Not really thinking too much of it and chalking it up to my car being lower than your standard mom and pop car I drove around to wait in the line of people to get the touchless wash instead.....well the owner comes out yelling and cursing at me to not rev my engine in his bay. I told him in a very polite manner I did not, that I started my car and simply drove around. Apparently that was not good enough to him because he then began cursing and yelling again telling me I have it on camera. I told him show it to me. He said and I quote: "don't F-ing come here anymore." I straight up told him he was extremely unprofessional for coming to me in the disrespectful manner he did, and that honestly his business doesn't deserve my money or nanyones money if he treats potential customers with blatant disrespect and ignorance. So I wrote this to say....DO NOT GO THERE .DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON SOMEONE'S BUSINESS WHO IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL TO THEIR PATRONS. I live within 5mi. Of other car washes that know how to treat their patrons with respect and dignity. And those other businesses will be getting my money. Maybe he thought because I was young that maybe I would not say anything to him or put this experience on social media and any other outlet. Everything was good with the car wash until I used the brush. The red and blue soap that they use stains your skin if it touches it. My hands and parts of my legs are stained blue. I will not be going back and I hope this stuff is not toxic. read more
