    Worst customer service ever! Appointment is available 4 weeks later and fails to give appointment because it's through groupon.

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

    I recently took my car to Certified Recon for detailing and I must say that I was very pleased with…read morethe job they did. However...when I returned to pick up my car the driver's side mirror was turned outward. I thought I could simply snap it back into place and that seemed to work...bad idea. The next time I got into my car I pushed the button to turn the mirrors back to the correct position and the mirror fell off. In retrospect I should have brought it to their attention before leaving but it seemed O.K. when I drove away. When I returned the next day they denied it was their fault. They suggested it happened after I left...less than 24 hours ago. Coincidence? I don't think so. They had a gentleman from the auto body shop next door look at it and he said it had been that way for a long time...despite the fact that the detailer acknowledged it was not that way when it came in. They made me feel like a scammer...someone who was trying to perpetrate a fraud. I was more than offended. They offered to have the auto body shop repair it at their cost. Given his statement about my mirror being broken for a long time...I didn't want that guy to touch my car. I decided to decline their offer and I took my BMW to the dealer instead. This turned out to be the most expensive detail job I ever received. I won't be going back. This is a cautionary tale...make sure EVERYTHING on your car works the same way it did when you took it in. Otherwise they will deny responsibility. One more thing...I asked the person on the telephone if someone could pick up my car as they say they will on their website. She said it would depend on whether the owners were there...they weren't. Don't offer something that is conditional unless it is stated on the site. In addition to paying to have my mirror replaced I paid the cost to have an Uber return me to pick up my car.

    They came to get my car and dropped it off without any disruption at work. Figured out where I was…read morewith minimal explaining - they are smart. Priced so reasonably. Support a local business! And best of all it was the best wash, wax and interior detail ever in my car. I didn't have to do anything and it was less expensive then I had been paying. On time. Great communication. Highly recommend! I have used them again and someone asked me if my car was new! It's is most definitely not new.
